Is there any way to show the Cc or Bcc fields in column view in Mail?

In fact, Bcc information is not saved with your messages.

  • Why an email address not show in the Bcc field in Send Items folder?

    Hi,
My user use Office 2007 and Exchange 2008. She sent an email which Bcced to 4 people for example A, B, C and D. However when she opens this email in her Send Items folder within Outlook, it only shows A, B and C in the Bcc field, but if she opens this email
in OWA, she can see 4 people in the Bcc field. It is the exact the same email. Outlook is in online mode (not cashed mode). I don't understand what could be the problem. Why D isn't shown in the Bcc field within Outlook?
    Please advise!
    Thanks in advance!
    Grace

    Hi,
Since it's a Client-only issue, we can try starting Outlook in Safe Mode to determine if it's 3rd-party add-ins related:
Press Win + R and type “outlook.exe /safe” in the blank box, then press Enter.
If there’s no problem in Safe Mode, disable the suspicious add-ins to verify which add-ins caused this issue.
I suppose the recipient D is not listed in the mail Filter lists?

You can also test if this problem exists when you switch to Exchange Cached mode.

  • Manipulating fields in a view

I have a table with a date and a time and I really need that data in a datetimestamp format.  I'm trying to avoid creating a custom table and a custom program to get this information that already exists in this table.
If I put the data in a view, is there any way to perform calculations on the fields and show that as another field in the view?
I've got a view partially set up, but I just don't see a way to manipulate the fields to that degree?
Or any other way to do this without creating a custom table with the right field type and a program that converts the data from one to the other?
    Thanks for any help.

    Within the view?
Let me restate my question, because I think we're all confused.
I am looking at the table PEVSH.
I need to use a few fields from this table, including the date and time, but I need that together in a timestamp format, not in two seperate date and time fields.
Is there a way to create a view of PEVSH that displays those two fields together into a timestamp field?
I'm not seeing how I can use a maintenace generator to do that if I don't have the field.  The same with the edit mask, there's no field to put the edit mask on.
If I can't do it in a view, is there a way, if I create a custom table, to have lines inserted into it everytime PEVSH is updated?
I'm happy to award points for helpful answers, but please consider my total problem when answering.  Thanks.

  • How to always show the BCC field in Apple Mail in Yosemite

I've been searching for this through various websites, but the instructions I've found correspond to older OS versions and I cannot find how to do this for Mail in Yosemite.
I would like to be able to see the BCC field in all Mail message windows. I've figured out how to bring up the BCC field while composing an email, but I can not see the field when I review my sent mail.

I can only speak to Yosemite 10.10.1  and Apple Mail 8.1 at the moment. You can simply press Command-Option-B while in Mail and it should toggle the setting. You can see the option in Mail by pulling down the "View" menu in the Menu Bar where you can simply tick beside "BCC Address Field."

  • Adding fields in costing view of material master

    Hi gurus,
I need to add 4 fields in costing view of material master. I have followed the steps in SPRO, for configuring customized screen in material master.
    1) Created a function group YMMCO and copied the screen 2904 from program SAPLMGD1.
    2) Added 4 fields in my customized screen.
    3) Created copy of 01 ( Screen reference ) to z1 in OMT3B.
Since 2904 is not there in the sequence . I changed one 0001 sequence at the end to 2904 . I also assigned my program
SAPLYMMCO to it. I can see the changed fields in data screen and subscreen.
    4) Then I assigned the SSq to z1 in transaction OMT3E.
But unfortunately, when I go to MM01 to create a material , I am not able to view the fields I added in costing view.
I have checked the screen for the previous field, it shows 2904 only.
Two days back, I did the same thing in basic data view 1 , it was working properly. As per client's suggestion I put it in
costing view, it is not working . Please give me suitable suggestions.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Email address list populated drop down disappearing on the to / cc / bcc fields when composing emails

    First the symptoms:
As far as I can see this effects only the v5.0 RIM OS. We have a multitude of users and the ones who are affected all shared the same trait: they had newer, v5.0 OS preinstalled on their BBerries. The ones with v4.7 never had the problem (might be a coinsidence, nothing solid here)
The user cannot see a drop down of email addresses prepopulated with the recently used ones, and with the option to "lookup" the email address. User starts typing the email address, and no drop down is shown while composing email.
If the user manually types in the email address into the To, Cc or BCc fields, the adress will not be permanent and the email will not be sent at all. The "send" menu item will not be visible when the track ball is pressed.
    Quick remedy to send emails:
Hit the enter key after typing in the email address. Do NOT switch to the next row using the track ball, or pressing the trackball. Hit the enter key. Then you will be able to send the email.
Backing up the user files and wiping the handset and re-installing the OS seems to resolve the issue, alas, one user had the same problem again in a month after the operation. So that is NOT a permanent solution.
Funny fix: On the affected device, go to email options -> Options / General Options / "Show recent contacts when composing email" and just switch it to whatever is in there. If it is Yes, make it No, if it is No, make it yes. Then save. And the drop down should become visible again. Counter-intuitively, this setting was YES on on affected device, we switched it to No just for the sake of having made a change, saved the settings and the drop down became visible with the setting at "NO". When we switched it back to "YES" the drop down became invisible again

Once you have the Write window open, press F9 to open the Contact Sidebar. Select your contacts from there.

  • Bcc field not displayed in sent messages

I've seen the posts regarding this and tried adding the bcc field to the headers display but it still isn't appearing on the messages in my sent folder.
I know that the bcc addresses are in fact being sent because I got a reply from one of them today. Yes, when I choose view/message/headers or view/message/raw source, only the contents of to: or cc: field appear. I also tried this with some test messages to my own addresses.
One caveat here is the account I am sending here is an exchange account.
    Any ideas?

    Alan,
This info is available in at least two ways.
    1) open the message in the Sent mailbox, click on View in the menubar, place the cursor on Message, and choose Long Headers, or
    2) use Mail Preferences/Viewing to choose to use Custom header view, and choose to include the Bcc header, with all messages where it is available.

  • Downloading fields from a View to a file

    Hi,
I want to download certain fields from a View to a file.
Is there an example on SDN which shows how this can be done or is there any way to do this?
    Thanks & Regards,
    Yogeshwari Agashe.

    Hi Yogeshwari,
Yes you can definitely do it. If I understand your problem properly, You want to save some of the entries made in an inputfield to a file?? Am I right?
If yes, then you would have bound the input field to a context value attribute. You can read the value in the context value attribute and then using the java io APIs you can write it to the file..

  • I can't see the recipients/addresses in the bcc field in Mail sent messages

I'm looking to double-check the recipients in an email I sent, but it's not showing the bcc line in the sent message. I've never had this problem before... Have recently upgraded my Macbook Pro and updated Mavericks (10.9.2) and now using Mail 7.2. Any ideas how to get the bcc field to show??

    Hi,
I've attached screenshots of the default settings below. The settings are in '''Tools''' ('''Alt''' + '''T''') > '''Content'''
Alternatively you can try to start Firefox in [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe%20Mode?s=safe+mode&r=0&as=s Safe Mode] and in the first screen choose '''Reset all user preferences to Firefox defaults''' and click '''Make Changes and Restart''', but this would reset all your settings in addition to those of fonts and colors.

  • BCC field not appearing in Sent email

When I send an email with a BCC entry, the BCC field disappears when that email is shown in the Sent folder so I have no permanent record of who is BCC'd on that email. I cannot find a way round this.
It's only the recipients I want to keep in the dark, not me! Is there some way of requiring Mail to display the BCC field?

    Alan,
This info is available in at least two ways.
    1) open the message in the Sent mailbox, click on View in the menubar, place the cursor on Message, and choose Long Headers, or
    2) use Mail Preferences/Viewing to choose to use Custom header view, and choose to include the Bcc header, with all messages where it is available.

  • Shows message of custom field in customized ESS?

I customized a ESS detail view by adding an additional field there. This field is mandatory. How do I show the message to say that this field is mandatory like other mandatory fields in standard view. Thanks!

    Hi
To get Standard  Mandatory error message for your  cutom element you need to follow the below procedure as ESS standards. If you put required = true only "star" mark will come.
    1) At webdynpro UI element (Telphone) if you change the property to required only "Star" mark will come. But it not it not acts mandatory.
    2) To make mandatory go to backend acceess following table : "V_T588MFPROPC" using sm30. with infotype ="0006"
Make entry ; Version means "Coutry Group" , Subtypr for Emergency Contact "004" , struktur "P006"
Fileld Name : "TELNR" , check the first check box i.e "Musseingabe" to make mandatory.
Many cases it will work if not works same repeat in "V_T588MFPROPS' table.
Treat above as the example change your field name of your application (Bank ,Address...etc) and Country.
