Single user cannot send in Webaccess

I have ONE user who cannot send or reply to messages in WebAccess. All that happens is that it brings up a blank window and never loads the new email form. This only happens to this user's account no matter what PC they try it from. Ran fix/repair and structural re-build on his account, still doesn't work. Tried it on my PC and get the same result. With the client, it works fine. From home, this guy is in trouble. Any ideas? They only thing I can think to do is a re-create account.
Thanks!

What browser is he/she using? Does this happen on different browsers?

  • User cannot send large attachment from one computer but can send it from OWA and other computers

A user cannot send an email with a 22 mb attachment from a computer he uses occasionally, but he can send the same file from OWA at this desk and from outlook at his normal desk.
We've recreated his outlook profile and we've tried re-installing office. We've also tried a new install of windows, but to no avail. We even tried a different network port, but it just seems to be this computer.
Any help would be much appreciated.
    Thanks

    Hi,
Try compressing the file, will it be sent then?
Please also start Outlook in Safe Mode to determine if it's 3rd-party add-ins related:
Press Win + R and type “outlook.exe /safe” in the blank box, then press Enter.
If there’s no problem in Safe Mode, disable the suspicious add-ins to verify which add-ins caused this issue.

  • Why users cannot send private messages to each other?

why users cannot send private messages to each other?

I think what the forum software has to offer is neither rocket science, nor anything new or generally unknown. The vendor or OTN should have enough experience and at least tested the forum software to make sure it functions as advertised. Unfortunately however it seems that the OTN staff is either not very good at testing the product or they just leave it up to the community to find out. Some of the previous issues are so obvious that I would rather suspect the later.
I would not want to spoil anyone's fun, but I would be reluctant to enable private messaging because I think community members should exchange questions and answers in public and not through private channels. If anybody wants to send me a private message, for instance, my email address is visible in the bio field of my user profile. This way at least I can respond at my convenience, outside of Oracle's jurisdiction, or simply bounce an email if I feel like it.
And btw, I'm somewhat concerned about current privacy settings. What business is it of anyone else to see my bookmarks and the content I'm following?

  • PC Users cannot send mail to Mac

I have had a group of PC users who get error messages when replying to my emails, some cannot even send anything to me anymore. Seems to happen in different version of Outlook. It never even gets to their server, just hangs up or stops when the try to send. Error messages include "cannot send this item" among others.

TIFF is used all the time on PCs. It's the standard uncompressed format for images.
So are properly formatted e-mail messages that conform to the MIME standard. That doesn't help anyone when sending e-mail to PC users.
I regularly send TIFFs (I hate compression artifacts) back and forth to PC users with no problems. The mail programs have no way to know what the file actually is.
In this instance, not using TIFFs seems to have fixed the problem for the original poster. I didn't want to leave this thread unresolved when this is a potential problem that other people could encounter.
I do use Thunderbird instead of Apple Mail. I'm betting your problems are related to something in Apple Mail totally unrelated to image formats.
    I'm bettin' not

  • Calendar: another iCloud-User cannot send me invitations to meetings.

Since a few weeks my friend cannot send me invitations to appointments. Both, the email adress of the sender and email adress of the recipient, are provided by iCloud. Additionally the calendar of my friend cannot be shared with me - surpricingly I am able to share my calendar with my friend.
Any idea how to fix that?

    Hi,
I suppose you are working in Online Mode?
I actually read this kb and I think it might be helpful in your case:
Email remains in the Outbox when you use the DelegateSentItemsStyle registry value
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2703723/en-us
This problem may occur when all the following conditions are true:
Your Outlook profile is configured in online mode (not cached Exchange mode).
You have the DelegateSentItemsStyle registry value set to 1.
There is no resolution to this problem other than to either switch your profile to cached Exchange mode or set the DelegateSentItemsStyle registry value to zero (0).

    Hi,
How does the user fill the "To" field in a new message? If she fill it via auto-complete cache, please try to delete the auto-complete cache entry via clicking the "X" icon and then type the email address in the "To" filed. Send the email and check

  • Single User Cannot Authenticate

I have a user who is constantly denied authentication to iPrint and I'm having difficulties figuring out why.
My system configuration is as follows: The local system is a Windows 7 SP1 Pro desktop, it has a local hosts file entry pointing it to my "new" iPrint server. There was a new printer purchased for this user's office and rather than setting it up on both the old and new server I just wanted to set her up on the new and be done with things. Anyway, when we first migrated the user to the new iPrint server everything worked correctly and the user could print without any trouble. Several weeks later the user gets the iPrint authentication dialog box every time she tries to print and entering her own credentials fails to authenticate, but a generic account seems to work. She recently had to reset her password but this issue was occurring both before and after the recent password reset, and I have verified that neither password is currently working, and that the user does have rights to the printer.
Now here is where things get more curious... In looking at the user's object, the uniqueID attribute had 2 entries, one with the user's correct name and one with the user's name but misspelled. When I first looked at the system and found this double entry I discovered that I could successfully authenticate to iPrint when using the misspelled version of her uniqueID. I later deleted this incorrect entry thinking that it would then allow the correct spelling to authenticate, but it did not. When looking at other Attributes, I'm also finding that there is a 2nd entry under SAS:Login Configuration which none of my other users have but since it is not human friendly to read I'm hesitant to delete either entry. Does anyone have advice for how to proceed? Thank you!

    Bag for scale.

i took the IT Superhero quiz, and it made me a girl! so i tried retaking it until i got what i wanted, and finally, i just decided to reverse engineer their logic answers! it ended up being (somewhat) simple, and yet tricky to decipher, and so i decided to share my findings here at the Water Cooler to anyone in a similar predicament as me :Di highly recommend taking the quiz FIRST to see what you get (it IS rather fun), but once that is out of the way, feel free to have fun (i know i did). and don't forget to use your avatar if you like it!so basically, you just take the address of the Superhero quiz:

  • Cannot send email user name or password is incorrect

I have an iPhone 3Gs with 6.1.6 iOS software and gmail. Until last week I could receive and send emails on my phone. Last week I tried to email a photo from my iPhone and received the following message "Cannot send email the user name or password is incorrect".  About 30 minutes later I received an email message from google accounts with a sign-in attempt blocked message.  Since then I have not been able to send an email from my phone.  Every time I try to send an email I get the "User name or Password for Gmail is incorrect" - message.  I changed passwords but that didn't help. I can receive emails on my phone but I can't send them. The only way I can send email is by clicking on the less secure apps button on the google accounts settings page..  Why do I get this message now and how can I get gmail working on my phone like it used to?  If I delete my gmail account does it just remove it from the phone where the same account can be reinstalled or is it completely gone for good?

    Hey YodaObi,
Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, you are not able to send emails but are able to receive them. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

We purchased a new iPad2 and registered it using a 'new' iCloud email/ID. We are unable to send email from the iPad and iPhone. The error is:>> Cannot send mail. The user name or password for iCloud is incorrect.

About ~20 hours later, this ended up solving itself. We can send email using the '.icloud' email from both the iPad and iPhone.  Advise would be 'wait' before you start seeking alteranatives like yahoo, hotmail, etc.  This definitely is a convenient way to keep all your 'cloud' information in a centralized place, including the common email...

  • TS3276 Cannot send mail from my iPad...."user name and or password is incorrect"......mail can be sent from my iPhone

Why do I get the message   "Cannot send mail, the user name and or password for my email outgoing server is incorrect"?  I use the same account, etc. on my iPhone and haven't any trouble sending mail.

If your email requires a password for the SMTP server you can set it up in the settings in the General mail setup. Some i.e Gmail require a password for SMTP.
Otherwise you will probably get better answers in the iPad forum.

    Hi
I had a power failure 2 days ago, my computer is running again, but now I cannot send email from my iPad using Cox or my gmail account. I am receiving mail in my Cox account but not my gmail account. It was working fine until the power failure. It keeps telling me, the user name or password for Gmail is incorrect. I have not changed anything. I don't know what is wrong. Can anyone help me? Thanks

I agree, unplug and replug your router, then reset your iPad by holding down the sleep and home buttons, ignore the red power down slider, and wait til you see the silver apple. let it reboot and then try your connection.
Chances are rebooting the router will help. You may also need to talk to cox. They may need to reset something on their end.

  • Cannot send email via ActiveSync when user connect from Internet (Exchange 2010 SP3 RU5)

    Hi All.
This is the first time I encounter this kind of issue, whenever user connect from the internet they cannot send email from their Phone or Windows Mail App, but they can retrieve email
But when they connect from Internal Network they can send email. I already test ActiveSync from internet using www.testexchangeconnectivity.com and it pass all tests.
I also check the Firewall and all the necessary ports already opened (we even open all ports) , the default TTL on the firewall 3600 second.
From what I read ActiveSync use some kind of HTTP POST or in MS terminology "PING" command, but still have no idea what kind of configuration that should be made to the Firewall so it can pass this "PING" command. Because from what I
see in Android Logcat the problem always related to this PING command

  • Cannot send texts from iMessage to sprint users (from Verizon)

For some reason I cannot send messages via iMessage to any of my contacts who use Sprint.  I'm on Verizon if that matters.  I talked to an Apple Rep on the phone and they thought maybe sprint users had to have use an email address instead of a phone number, but I cannot find any such thing online.
All the rest of my contacts work fine in iMessage.  Sadly my immediate family is all on Sprint.  Included an image of what I get when I try (the white space is the 10-digit phone number).

If the person hasn't registered their email address with imessage then it won't work. They have to register their phone with their email address in order to use imessage. Try having your friends send you an imessage from their sprint phone and see it if works. BTW imessage doesn't rely on the carrier at all. It just depends on if the person set it up properly and has an email address associated with it.
