Skype is a communication company? What do I do?

Skype Name is: (removed for privacy/security) Was told by email that my credits are expiring and when I tried to login to re-activate them, I could not log in. I reset password - was told to contact support. I was told that I breached their terms and my account was suspended indefinitely. Why? Sorry, I can't tell you. When? Sorry, I can't tell you but you sent "unsolicited communications". I tell them I have not used Skype - To who? please check. Sorry, we can't tell you. This account is attached to a Microsoft account can you unlink ? Sorry, can't do that. I am now getting emails from Skype in Russian, Why? I am told to customize the alerts and notifications. - I cannot get into settings because the account is suspended! - I live in the USA. I do not know anyone in Russa! Skype is a communication company? I am getting canned responses that don’t answer my questions – What do I do?

How can a communications company have such poor communications?

I received an email titled, "Your Order Conformation" that lists the two iPhone 6 models I ordered. The status states that the order is waiting for credit card verification, etc. When I open my Verizon account it shows no order has been made.
Have my phones been ordered or not. The estimated delivery date for these two phones when I ordered them was 10/7. Is that still happening? I'm planning to trade in my two iPhones for your promised $200 certificates. Evidently your computer systems don't talk with each other because the trade in department doesn't see my order and said they can't mail the boxes for me to mail in my trade in phones because they have no proof that I ordered these iPhones. Obviously someone didn't see a need to communicate between ordering and trade ins nor did they feel that communication with your customers was important. This is pathetic for a "communications" company.
The other issue is how can I trade in my iPhones by September 30th if my iPhone 6 models aren't going to be shipped by then? It sounds to me that there is a discrepancy in all this. Obviously the program wasn't well thought out our you are doing another poor job on communicating with your customers.
My wife and I have been customers with Verizon for a long time. We used to carry around one of those big Motorola phones and were limited to ten minutes of talk time on our plan. It seems that Verizon no longer truly cares about our loyalty to your company. We're not asking for anything special. We just want Verizon to follow through with their promise to provide a "free" iPhone 6 to those have iPhones that meet the requirements. Our iPhones are in perfect condition. Once the cases and film over the screens are removed no one will be able to tell if they have ever been used. Perhaps it's time we started looking at the offerings of other carriers. Maybe we won't get new iPhone 6 models but at this point it's a matter of truthfulness in advertising. Quite frankly I'd love to stay with Verizon but if you can't come through with your promises after all our years with your company, why should we.

For a communications company why is it so hard to get a phone number to talk to a real person?

Verizon is a communications company: why is it so hard to get a phone number to talk to a real person? Why when I call to set up a payment plan I get an auto response the sets up my payment date with no option to decline? Why hasn't the FCC shut this company down for breech of contract and lying to its customers?

Breach of contract? You are in breach of contract by not paying for services rendered.
Why should you be late paying an invoice and yet expect Verizon to keep your device on? You are breaching the contract.
#PMT from your device gives you an option for payment arrangements. The system more than likely can only extend the due dates by a certain number of days.
*611 or 1-800-922-0204 and ask to speak to financial services and ask them to extend the date.
Verizon would be out of business if everyone just paid them when they please.

Skype Premium invoice to company

Hi,
I've searched for this topic but I've got nowhere, so I was hoping someone could help me out. My employee has a personal skype account that he also uses for business purposes. As so, he wants to purchase a premium subscription, but the invoice must be made out to the company. As so, when I was in the process of purchase, I noticed that no company information was requested, only personal information. How can I solve this then? I've seen the Skype Manager solution, but no deal, since he does not want to join his Skype account due to the fact he also uses it for private conversations. And no, a new account won't work either, since he has a lot of contacts.
Any ideas?

Skype is the worst company I have ever dealt with

I purchased a subscription to Skype to call 1 specific number in Japan, my in-laws number where my wife and son live while we are separated for a year because of my job, however when I looked at my credit card I was double charged. I contacted my credit card company who reversed the second charge. Skype took that to mean that the one number I called in is fraudulent. In fact this is what they said
“Much as wish to assist but we cannot unblock the since due to an increased number of fraudulent calls to that number”
I asked for a refund but because the annual plan had used 128 minutes since the annual plan started on 8/25 I cannot get a refund either. xxxxxxxxxxxx

I understand. I had credit in my account (in the past) but I received an e-mail telling me if I did not use it at the 1 year mark I would lose it so I made a quick call so as not to lose the money. As far as your questions is concerned I am unsure. I wish I could help you.

SKYPE Manager has left company

The (sole) administrator for our companies SKYPE Manager account has been made redundant and left the company.
Is it possible to promote someone else in the account to administrator so they can remove the previous admin and take over the running of the account? And if so how?

Skype for a small company.

Hello.
We are a small company with 5 employees.
We have 2 requirements.
1) Our phonenumber continues (the one to our previosly cellphone.)
2) Our employees can forward the call to another employee
We do only use the phone for outgoing calls inside Denmark to both mobile and landlines.
Is it possible, and what would unlimited outgoing calls to denmark (landline and mobile) cost?

I am no expert on Skype, but i am pretty sure that you cannot move your phone number from a mobile phone operator into Skype.
I am currently working from Ukraine with an office in Denmark, and i have a danish phone number. What we do is the following:
- We bought a Skype number (http://www.skype.com/intl/da/features/allfeatures/online-number/)
- We are routing the call from the danish phone to the Skype number (A setting your danish phone operator can help you with)
This now means that, when somone call my danish phone number, it will actually call you on Skype.
What i then also did, was forward my call on Skype to my Ukrainian phone number. Which means if i am not at work, or don't pick up on Skype, then i will get the call on my Ukrainian phone!

Use Skype for a business. What is the best way to ...

We have a new business that is starting and a lot of the work will be done by people in different parts of the United States. We would like to have incoming calls be to 1 number, and have them be able to select whom or which department they need. If a calling tree is not available not a big problem.
We also would like to have control of the skype account so it can be assigned, and if then reassigned based on personnel change. We are unsure of how you control this or if it can be controlled. We are assuming that would could simply change a password and then someone new could use it. We know that on a personal account the user would be able to take control as they can see the account info and change the primary email and reset the password. Unable to find anything out about a business account.
We would like to set up each account on a subcription, that has a number and unlimited calling in the US and voicemail.
Would love to be able to talk to any business person that has used skype on a business level so we know what it can do well, and what it can't do at all.

If you have an SSD you can run the cache and programs on the same drive. However, many recommend a scratch disk size of 100-200 gigs so that will not work here unless you opt for a larger SSD. Otherwise an internal spinner is recommended that does not contain the program files, or idealy any other files that may want to get acessed at same time (only one read/write head per drive).
With 32 gig of RAM you may not need the constant use of the scratch drive unless working on large images with lots of layers. So see no advantage to moving folder to SSD for temp work environment.
From what I read the new crop of SSD do not have the wear problems of the older versions.

We have been using Skype at my company for some time now. Each employee has a personal Skype account they created. I created a Skype Manager account yesterday and am wondering if I can import their existing Skype accounts to merge them with the corporate account I created. Or, do I have to create new account for everyone? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

All Apple services use your Apple ID, so just sign into the service using the new ID you wish to use.
You will not, however, be able to transfer items purchased from the iTunes Store from an old Apple ID to a new one, nor will there be any way to change an existing iCloud account to a new one so that any documents or backups stored there will transfer over. Nor any way to change an existing iTunes Match account to a new Apple ID that I am aware of.

Can you see it using image capture? You may need to gert a card reader and us it to download photos and then use the camera's format command to drase and reformat your card

Skype question- want to know what set up to use

Bottom Line is My Company wants to know how
I can make calls to different area codes but let the receiver see them as a local number where they live. I will mostly being calling out. Trying to find out what package or best way to go to accomplish this. My company greeting is the same for all area codes so I don't think I need different account for different numbers.
What is needed to accomplish this?
My PC doesn't have a mic. Do I need one?
Do I have to call through the computer like a phone?
Can All Incoming calls be set to forward to my Landline?
Is the process going to be that I need a mic to talk to them using the computer by choosing the area code number to call from the list.
How is it possible to use your phone to call out using different numbers?
I read something about verifying a company. Doesn't seem very user friendly, maybe it would be once you start, but very frustrating that you can't actually speak to someone on the phone.
I have been reading up but it seems like I can find answers but not in reference to my whole scenario..

sharepoint could definitely be acessed from a browser on an iOS device....you might want to start with the enterprise deployment guide..the question you have is a big one and there are a lot of operational issues.....the deployment guide will start with how to implement iOS devices in an enterprise environment...

So, I would like to share with you some ideas.
Requirement
- Skype will be used primarily to talk to customers.
- we would like our employee not to steal all of his contact list
- usually some confidential phone calls are recorded
I know there's Skype Manager that helps to configure internal users, but I didn't see any way of limiting the ussage of thouse account to the internal network
ANd I cannot see neither a way to record conversations.
Did anyone use skype inside the company?
Which are the features that have been enabled/ and where are the internal procedure for Skype use?
I appreciate all the response
