So I created my Apple ID when I was 12 and used a fake email, now that I have a real email I can't remember the answered to my Apple ID therefore I cannot change it to my proper email. How do I change my email because?

You won't be able to change the rescue email address until you can answer your security questions, if you can't remember your answers and gave a fake email address for it then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

Try answering them at least once to see if you can get them right, even if you are not sure you remember the answers to your security questions.
If you are confident you can't remember them, try one of the following:
If you have three security questions and a rescue email addresssign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to send an email to your rescue email address to reset your security questions and answers.
If you have one security question and you know your Apple ID passwordsign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to reset your security question.
If you have one security question, but don't remember your Apple ID passwordcontact Apple Support for assistance. Learn more about creating a temporary support PIN to help Apple confirm your identity when you contact Apple Support.

So basically I need to confirm my identity but I can't because I can't remember the answers to my security questions. I scheduled a meeting with Apple, to see if they can fix it. Nod I would just reset them from my rescue email, but I don't know what that email is and it's also no longer in use.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

Didn't the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article work for you? If you don't already have a valid rescue email address, only Apple itself can reset the questions.

If you have a rescue email address set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. If you don't have a rescue email address set up then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
