[SOLVED] LXDE,one little problem

hello everyone,
i'm new to arch linux,and i've installed it sucessfully,to an extent
the problem i'm having doesn't seem to have a solution in the Wiki,so i'm going to ask here,maybe i missed something
the problem is that i can't move,maximize or minimize any windows as the bar responsible for that isn't there,maybe i messed something up in xorg.conf,but i really don't know what's wrong
can somebody help me with that?

EDIT : openbox wasn't installed as a dependency of LXDE,that's why the problem occurred,installed it,and it was fixed

I created two layers. One with a square which I converted to
a button symbol named "myButton" so as to sync up with the code.
The second layer was devoid of objects and just contained the
script. I also tried this script in the same layer as the object,
just for good measure. In either case I got this:

The trouble is there are no characters beyond the end of the
program. I took a virgin file with no content whatsoever in it,
copied that script and ran it. Has anyone encountered this? What
the heck is going on?

Just for investigative sake, put a trace in each function and
see what you get... I'm curious if an old non-friend is at work.

After that, try changing the instance name in frame two (both
the button and in the code).
One other thing to consider... change MOUSE_UP to CLICK. I
know in AS2, onMouseUP relates to a mouse activity, regardless of
an object being clicked on or not--the act of releasing the mouse
button. In your case, the buttons are definitely the things being
interacted with, so CLICK is more appropriate.

Got iChat to work, just one little problem...

After a long period of constantly getting the message: couldn't connect because 'user' didn't reply", I've managed to get iChat to work again - sort of. I set my outgoing port to 443 under Accounts, and in my router configurations. There is just a small problem, it seems I have to restart my router for it to work - every time.
If I restart my router, then iChat will gladly open a videochat afterwards, and it works every time I start a new chat, until I quit iChat. If I quit iChat and then start up iChat again, it won't work, and I'll get the same 'didn't reply' error message. If I restart the router again however, it will work again.
Just wondering if anyone knows why this is or what can be done about it.
iChat used to work a treat for me every time, until I installed a Tiger update, I believe it was 10.4.3 - then everything stopped working properly in iChat...
Would appreciate if there were any tech-savvy iChat users out there. I haven't been able to use iChat properly for months (without having to restart the router every tim- which I just figured out) Thanks!

It sounds as if you router isn't responding to UPnP commands correctly. Some routers have UPnP but are not certified.
You may want to consider setting a static IP address on your MAC, then port forwarding the correct ports in your router to you mac.

Sharepoint WebParts 2007 / UCM 10g - Having one little problem

So I have everything installed and configured, I've done this several times following the documentation, and I'm having a hard time getting the webparts to display in my sharepoint site.
When I open my UCM site in Sharepoing the IPM Web Express page opens up and asks me for my Oracle Web Portal login. I am using sysadmin and it seems to accept my login BUT - the url looks like this - IBPMExpress/Login.aspx?closeOnLogin=1 . The page is closing (as expected closeOnLogin=1) but it goes back to my sharepoing site and is refreshing the page after UCM authentication and it is going back to the IBPM Express login page. It's stuck in a constant loop doing this and never ends.
I have stopped the IBPM Express login page and changed the parameter to closeOnLogin=0 and it tells me "Welcome sysadmin!" meaning I believe it to be authenticating to my UCM box.
Anyone have any ideas? I've tried setting up an entire sharepoint UCM site... I've just adding a webpart to an existing sharepoing site.. and they all do the same thing.

I am having the same problem as you and was wondering if you have found a solution yet.
I have installed sharepoint and UCM on the same server because it is a test system and I don't have a domain which I thought might be the problem. When I try to log in to UCM via sharepoint the Oracle portal login screen appears and it does not matter what I put in, it never authenticates. I have tried sysadmin, other UCM users that I have created, the sharepoint administrator user (after I added it into sharepoint), users in ucm that I have entered with domain\username (where domain was just the server hostname). Because this is a standalone test environment I do not have any LDAP server that I can link to UCM for authentication.
Any info you have would be greatly appreciated as I have been working on this for a few days now and have never goten past this point.

I'm not trying to minimize your issues, but I have an iPhone 5S and find that I have not had these types of problems on AT&T. I'm wonding if something has gotten stuck in a loop that is continually trying to use data. If you make a good backup of your phone, try restoring it as new, and do not add anything to the phone right away. Let the device run like this for a little while and see what kind of usage you have. You report you phone is showing usage of 21GB. Did you rese this setting on the phone to begin at your billing period? The reason I ask this is some people believe this setting resets on its own with your billing period, it does not. This has to be manually reset by the user, so it might not be that accurate depending on the last time that you reset it.
If the phone seems to not use so much extra data during the period the device does not have extra apps on it, then try restoring from your backup and see what happens. If this increases your data usage quite fast again, then there is probably something corrupt in the backup that is causing this issue.

Usually the Color mode is the one you want for the color replacement tool, you
might have it set to luminosity or your trying replace black or white colors.

You are actually making your users key in things like
"\026"? Not very user-friendly, I would say. But
assuming that is the best way for you to get your
input, or if it's just you doing the input, the way to
change that 4-character string into the single
character that Java represents by '\026', you would
use a bit of code like this:char encoded =

DrClap has the right idea, except '\026' is octal, not hex. So change the radix from 16 to 8. Unicode is usually represented like '\u002A'. So it looks like you want:String s = "\\077";
System.out.println((char)Integer.parseInt(s.substring(1), 8));Now all you have to do is parse through the String and replace them, which I think shouldn't be too hard for you now :)

Little problem ALV - Download to Excel

Hi Friends !
I have a little problem, when the user download the data which are in ALV, the positions of columns change .
Example:
In ALV.
1 - Column A
2 - Column B
3 - Column C
In Excel
1 - Column B
2 - Column A
3 - Column C

This sounds pretty weird. Are they just running ALV and then they do a download on the ALV screen using the Excel icon? Are they running it with some type of Excel template? Is it using a special layout - if so are they sure they saved the layout before they download? Never heard of or saw this one before. Also are you the Cesar I worked with a few years ago in Memphis? Just wondering - don't think this will help much but let me know.

Little problems at start

I own a zen micro 5gB 3 months, and was satisfied of it, but now it begins to...disapoint me a little...Sometimes it just froze on startup screen, or when the "zen micro" logo was displayed, so the only thing to do was to remove the battery then reboot...Until one day, when this funny message appeared : "Hardware problem" ..... I sent the player back to support, and got another one, 2 weeks ago... But it still freeze sometimes! Not EVERYtimes, but VERY often...When i try a remove battery/reboot, it displays "rebuilding library" and sometimes freeze after completing, and again and again even after removing the battery... It did it several times since i've acquired the player... The only thing to do then is a clean up through recovery mode... Despite that, when it's on, i don't have any problems playing music...
-Is it due to the few left disk space? I splitted the disk: 3GB for the library, 2 for datas, and filled up the library (only mB left)
-The version of the firmware is ..0, i think it's the last one?
I think that's all, please tell me if you need additional informations...

I had this problem for weeks despite reloading firmware, formatting player etc the answer to your little problem is to hit pause before turning the player off. If the cd/tracks you were listening to have finished you can just turn your player off.
I had problems of zen logo splitting in half, re-building library problems, fuzz, buzz and squeal noise etc. I have not had these problems since pausing the track before turning the player off.

3D product rotation images sequence little problem

I made a sequence of images and make the code the rotate around it but I have a little problem with the loop ( from frame 100 to 1 || 1 to 100 ).

It works pretty well without the "easing" effect and the only think I change in the code is that I removed the line : TweenMax.to(mc, .3, {frame:frame}); and change it to a basic mc.gotoAndStop(frame);

The support desk has agreed three weeks ago that they will arrange for my Playbook to be collected - and I have follwed up a number of times - but still nothing. I am still sitting with a useless Playbook.

only use decode and sign funtion to solve this one. no case or no other way will be used.

Unfortunately Charles response uses UNION, and I'm guessing the exercise is about not using ANY other methods, including union, to solve the problem. The answer without using anything but decode and sign is going to be complex to the point of silliness. Here are the base ideas you will need:
1) to use sign on a range, you must multiply your value - the bottom value * your value - the top value. For example, if I wanted to locate values of X between 6 and 9 (inclusive), I would use sign((x-5)*(x-10)). This would produce a negative result for 6,7,8 and 9, and either 0 or 1 for any other numbers.
2)So your 'first' decode for this example would then be:
decode(sign((X-2500)*(X-3000)),-1,X+300,X)
Now the range you would use here MUST be the HIGHEST range in which you are going to make a change to the value. That's because you then have to embed Decode/Sign statements within each other. Each 'STEP' in the process adjusts the original salary upwards if it falls in the range, so since each subsequent step works on a 'lower' range, the already adjusted salaries would be left alone. In this example I'm using 'X' to represent the salary from your table.
3) For each subsequently lower range, you create a new version of the statement above, this time I'll use 'Y' as salary. That would give me:
decode(sign((Y-1500)*(Y-2500)),-1,Y+200,Y)
BUT, I then have to substutute my original decode/sign statement for EVERY INSTANCE of 'Y'. So the next step would actually turn out to be:

And that's just the second step.
So, I would have to keep doing the new variable and substituting the entire previous step for the new variable each time. Perhaps there is a shorthand way of coding this that I can't come up with. This way will work, but the code will be ridiculous. I am hoping that the real 'lesson' in this exercise is DON'T USE SILLY METHODS LIKE DECODE/SIGN WHEN CASE IS MORE APPROPRIATE!!!!! I know in the application I work on daily there are about 100 examples of where someone used DECODE/SIGN when GREATEST or LEAST would have taken up 90% less code.....

Little problem in Logic Express 9

Hello all,
I'm having a little problem there..
I bought recently an akai LPD8 controller, i set it up in controller assignment and it works fine.
Now, if i quit Logic, and re-open it, the controller assignment still there. great.
If logic crash or quit for some reason, the assignment are deleted, and this is normal.
The problem starts here, i read that the preferneces file of logic : com.apple.logic.cs and .plist should be present in : myHD/library/prefernces/
There i find all my .cs and .plist file, but not the logic one!
The strange fact is that logic actually save my prefernces, like controller assignment, or arrange window color and go on..
I need to know were to find the controller assigments save file for keep a copy in my mac, for when logic crash, and not reassign everything to the controller.

You are looking in the wrong "Library".
Logic preferences are saved in the <User> Library:
My HD:Users:YOU:Library:Preferences
Note that the User Library is hidden by default in Lion and M Lion. One easy way to get there is to use the Finder:Go menu whilst holding down Option (the User Library will appear in the menu).
