Some calculation is wrong

i have this code to calculate people that done the test per manager,I have these tables sliptrip,r_managers,agents
sliptrip contains the test info and people who did it,r_managers the management info,agents the employee info
with sliptriip as(select a.manager,count(distinct(p.salary_no))Partake,
round((SUM(Case When score >='80' then 1 else 0 end)
/count(agent_id))*100,2)||'%'Slipstrip,
round((SUM(Case When score <'80' then 1 else 0 end)
/count(agent_id))*100,2)||'%'Not_done
from SlipTrip p ,Agents a
where salary_no = agent_id
GROUP BY a.manager
total_emp as(select a.manager,a.surname,count(distinct(agent_id))Total_emp

:::so the above is not giving me the expected results and i see some people have done the test twice and passed on 2 occasions which it's suppose to pick one test that has been passed
