Songs I have purchased on iTunes are not showing up in my Purchased playlist but are in my iTunes library

This has only been happening since updating my iPhone 5 to the new IOS 7.0.2 software and it has duplicated a new purchased playlist on my iTunes library. I have tried syncing the iPhone to my computer but still no luck they are not showing up in my purchased playlist.
In saying that, some songs I purchase do show up in the playlist but others don't or only half of an album shows even though I have downloaded the whole thing. It is driving me crazy!! Has anyone else got this problem and what did they do to sort it?

I'm not sure how the Purchased Playlist decides what to put into it, but if you want to see all of your purchased items, then you need to go to the iTunes Store, and on the right side, under Quick Links, click on Purchased.
Then, click on the Music (or whatever other purchased items tab you want to look at). If you are looking at Music, click on All Songs, and then on "All" or "Not on this Computer" (depending on what you want to see).

I recently had to wipe out my phone and lost everything! I have been able to recover all apps, pics, songs. Lost alot of my contacts due to me not backing up my info to icloud more often. (my mistake) However, I cant find any of my purchased ringtones. They are not showing up in my purchase history on itunes either. I do have the receipts for all of them tho.

Ringtones are currently a one-time only download, they won't appear under the Purchased tab nor in the cloud. Have you got copies of them in the Tones section of your computer's iTunes library or in the backup of your downloads that you can use to re-sync them to your phone ? If not, and they are still in the store, then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then try selecting Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Elements Organizer 8 - some WMV are not displayed properly in the Play Video but are in Play Vide

Elements Organizer - some WMV are not displayed properly in the Play Video but are in Play Vide on Full screen. What's the problem? Wrong codec?

Because WMV's can contain a lot of flags, like DRM, they can exhibit odd behavior, indeed.
Usually, AV files will display in their native resolution, i.e. in their set Frame Size/Aspect Ratio and with their set PAR (Pixel Aspect Ratio), but sometimes those flags are missed, or are altered by other programs.
Remember, WMV's are designed to be streaming delivery-only, and are not intended, or designed to be edited. Most NLE's (Non Linear Editors) will allow them to be edited, but will require extra processing to do so. As is mentioned, WMM is designed around editing that delivery-only format, but most others are not.
There are many other formats/CODEC's, that ARE designed to be edited by the vast majority of NLE's, such as DV-AVI Type II's.
The best workflow is to NOT bring WMV's into the mix, unless one is using WMM exclusively. Converting those to an easily editable format/CODEC will always be the best course of action.

So what version of Premiere Pro are we talking about here?
Describe what "cant select" and "cant increase" means.
We cant see what you are doing or with what or where!
These arent things that get "broken".

I purchased several songs and they are not showing up in my purchased file. Tried to go online and re-download them but ITunes is not giving me option to download only the ones I am missing. It *****

I contacted Itunes and they told me to go to my account and re-download the songs. I opened my account and found the recent purchases, but they are not recent, there are 250 songs in that list, how come? And ITunes didn't give me an option to download only the ones I am missing. I don't want to download 250 duplicate songs.
The Itunes updates are worst each time, BTW, Just starting to get sick and tired of Mac and Apple and Itunes and all this complicated stuff because of your paranoia of people "stealing" songs, but in fact, who is going to download songs ilegally is going to do it anyway, So all you are doing is to make it difficult for honest people who actually buy the songs and can't have them. I reported the problem several times and didn't get any more answers. Hope this works before I disoute the charges of the songs I don't have.

Downloads are not showing up in apple tv or on my computer in itunes

I bought several movies and had a problem with my internet and switched companies...I couldn't find the dowloads link. I go to purchase the movie to makde sure I rented it. And sure enough it says to go to downloads ....but I don't see downloads anywhere in settings. When I go to rentals in the itunes link it keeps "loading" but never loads. I checked my computer and don't know where to find downloads in itunes either. I used to be able to see these..but I don't see downloads on my computer or on apple tv.

Sorry- not trying to be obtuse. My browser prefs do state that they should go into my Download folder. But they aren't. I use web based mail- being Yahoo Mail. I just tried again to download an attachment. It does not show up in the Downloads folder to the right of the dock. But when I go into the download window (showing that the download is complete), it allows me to click a magnifying glass that says "Show in Finder". THat opens a Download window that is housed under my User name and in there I can find the file. I just don't understand why they stopped going into the downloads folder down in the dock area, since that is supposedly the purpose of having that folder there.

Download DVD movie for iTunes Store not showing up in my purchased items

I downloaded a DVD movie from the iTunes store but it's not showing up in my iTunes application or any where else that I can see. What am I doing wrong?

How do I find a purchased app that is not showing up in the purchases tab?

I am trying to help a friend install OS X 10.8. She purchased it about 3 months ago but wasn't too sure about installing it. Today, I looked up the order number, and it is confirmed that it has been electronically delivered via e-mail. I couldn't find an e-mail with a link to the purchase, so I assumed it would be in her purchases page in the Mac App Store; however, when I visited her purchases page, it has no record of any purchases. Does anyone have any suggestions of how I can locate it, or who I should contact to receive help with this?

It sounds like she may be using a different account then the one that was used to purchase 10.8
If you cannot locate the purchase, contact the iTunes Store so they can help you figure out which account it's attached to.

I have some movies I used redempetion codes for in iTunes on my computer hard drive, but they are not showing up on my Purchased list nor in the Cloud. I am concerned if something should happen to my computer that the movies will be lost.

Like the topic says, in the past year, I have used redemption codes on blu-rays I have purchased in iTunes and downloaded copies of the movies to my desktop. The problem is I am not seeing them in the Cloud if I want to watch them on my iPad or Apple TV. It also worries me that should my computer crash, the movies are lost since the codes are already redeemed. Advice?

I can only answer your first issue. In your ipad go to settings, iTunes & App Store, click on your Apple ID and sign out. Wait a few minutes and then log back in. The hidden apps shouldn't show any more on your ipad.

If they are iOS apps and you are signed into your computer's iTunes with the same account that you originally bought them with then they should show in the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page.
If they are Mac apps bought from the Mac App Store and you are signed in with the same account, then they should show under the Purchases tab in the Mac App Store.

HT2729 A movie I purchased and downladed is not showing up on my purchased or downladed screen?

I downloaded a movie that I paid for, it was going to take 245 min so I closed my iPad and went to bed. Woke up today to watch my movie and I can't find it anywhere. It's not on my purchased page or my downloads page and when I looked up the movie to possibly re-download, the download button tat ou would normally click on was light gray, like it cant be selected. I want to watch the movie I paid for! I paid for it as a rental btw.

If it's downloaded successfully then it should be in the Videos app - the Downloads tab in the iTunes store app just shows downloads that are happening/queued, and the Purchased tab shows content that can be re-downloaded (films can't be re-downloaded in all countries, and even where they can be, not all film studios have agreed to it).

They have not - your events are sorted manually - go to the view menu ==> sort events and select your choice of event sort order

Just installed firefox updates today and now several icons are not showing up. The link works but the icons are blank. Especially annoying when needed on certain sites like eBay.

Why are the icons not working? I depend on the icons on several sites to tell me the status of orders etc. and with them not working now, I am in a jam. I dread the thought of going back to Explorer.

Thanks one again. I know you helped me the last to. I do have the Deja Vu font set in my folder. I downloaded and the last time. So I don't know if there is supposed to be more or not, but those were installed with Windows-XP after my reformat.
This is really driving me nuts. as I've done several re-formats on my computer and several friends computers and even upgraded hardware so I am not necessarily a software or programming expert, I am somewhat advanced when it comes to computers in general and can usually diagnose the problem but these font's are the problem and they never were before.
I did see in another forum that if you had a Dell Computer and did the Microsoft update for the onboard video card driver that it could be the culprit, but I have that disabled being I have a much better graphics card so the updates from Microsoft for the onboard video weren't installed.
It' a Dell Dimension 3000 with an Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller so I don't believe it is the culprit being it is disabled. The actual video card that I am using is a PCI Nvidia GeForce 9400 GT with 1 GB Memory. And I didn't have any problem before.
I appreciate the help. But still can't get things to work. Live Help Chat doesn't open for another two hours so maybe they can do "Remote Access" or something and can check setting and help me. But if you come up with other suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated.
