SPRO- invoice- Item list variant
Hi
In SPRO under LIV we have a setting "ITEM LIST VARIANT" for incoming invoice.
Suppose i need to have my own variant...,,Can you please tell me how to create a variant according to my requirement.

Could you please advise if itu2019s possible to run a query in SAP based on the Open Items List in the reporting area that can detail the following;
Both AR Invoices and Credit Notes and show additional fields, taken from the AR invoice u2013 Account Manager, Item Group and Project Code?
The Project Code and Item Group can be taken from the Item Line however the Account Manager field is located below the item line area on the contents tab.
Would someone have a query which might enable us to do this or at least give us a directing to go in ?

You can try this one.
It will check if the document is open on document level. The query is written so that it will give a result for every line in the document so you might have a problem if there are many line per document. For the account manager I used Sales person, I am not sure if that is what you mean.

Function module to retrieve the account number linked to an SD invoice item
Hi all,
I should retrieve the gl account number linked to a certain SD invoice item. The
program starts from VBRK and VBRP data. Is there a function module which
enables to get it starting from these header lines? I already used the function
module: RV_INVOICE_ACCOUNT_DETERM ( release: 4.0 ), but in some cases it
doesn't seem to function properly ( the export table TKOMV doesn't contain a
value for the SAKN1 field ). For the invoices for which the function isn't able to
retrieve the account number, the standard accounting analysis functionality returns
the following message: account determination carried out via KOFI type. So I'm
searching for a function module that's able to retrieve the account number in these
cases also.

Closed base Document appears in the open item list
Hi all,
While we are fully copying a base document to a target document, the base document header and rows will be closed, but it will appear in the open item list report.
So the customer has created a Sales Order -> Delivery -> A/R Invoice.
The Sales Order document status gives 'Closed', but still appears in the Open Item list (Sales - AR --> Sales Reports --> Open Items List).
The customer using: SBO2005A PL22
Further i also have looked in the SAP Notes (Note 1083366) but i can't solved it.

In open items list of sales order,
*select reqd. sales order,net amount,tax & total amount open in
sales order,
also open delivery document & compare with it,
there must be difference in tax total/total/they
must have changed quantity,unit price,date,changed payment terms/tax codes which causes delivery created without reference to sales order.
That's why sales order is open.
You can manaully close sales order by Data-->Close.

Open Item List including Fixed Assets
Hi All
I need to create an open item list for a customer that includes all open AP Invoices of all vendors including fixed asset acquisitions. Something like SELECT 'Purchase Invoices', T0.DocNum, T0.DocDate FROM OPCH T0 WHERE T0.DocStatus = 'o' but also for the fixed asset acquisitions. Does anybody have an idea?

Web item : List of documents of an infoprovider
I have problems to display all documents of an infoprovider in a web item "list of documents" of a web template.
I chose as type of data provider : SELECTOR_DATA_PROVIDER and selected an infoprovider but I have the error message :
" The referenced data provider "DP_1" is not a query view
In the Web Application Designer, set parameter DATA_PROVIDER_REF in template TEST_COMMENTAIRE1 for Web item DOCUMENT_LIST_ITEM_1 to a valid data provider of type query view "
And the type "query view" does not respond to my needs because it is too restrictive.
Do you have an idea ?

Goto RSA1 --> Metadata repository click Multiprovider , select requried MP and click again .
System would generate a detaild report including report list in next screen.

i am new to Blackberry application developer. I done one application in blackberry in default simulaor, I changed my simulator to Blackberry 8900 simulator. The features is more in curve phones like instant messaging. So i need to get the full menu item list from the API. Do i neddd to change the API ?.. I wanted to get the list like .. camera,maps,contacts,messages,weblin,sms,instant messaging etc. Can anyone help me in this case. My intention to get all the menu items in a list.

Open Items List contains closed Document
Hi guys,
Hope you can assist? I have a client with a issue on the Open Items List, whenever she opens the report for A/P Down Payments - Not Yet Fully Applied and A/R Down Payments - Not Yet Fully Applied it brings up a list of Documents but when you view the document the status is Closed. Some of these transactions are dated back to 2005.
Have any of you seen this before?

Since there is no stock therefore data shows Available -10.

Yes, i'm sure. When i test it, i copy Sales Order (eg. got 5 items - 4 of 5 item is 0 amt) to Delivery Order (got 5 items - 4 of 5 items is 0 amt). Then i delete the row of 4th & 5th item with 0 amt.
FROM Sales order:
Example: 1) Item A $1,000.00
2) Item B $0.00
3) Item C $0.00
4) Item D $0.00
5) Item E $0.00
To Delivery Note:
Example: 1) Item A $1,000.00
2) Item B $0.00
3) Item C $0.00
4) Item D $0.00 (Delete row in Delivery Order)
5) Item E $0.00 (Delete row in Delivery Order)
After i check the Open Item List - the amt, net & tax do not show the figure for this Sales Order. The Sales order just show $1,000.00 in "Original Amount" in Open Item List.
Please check for me, the SAP B1 system std is like that?

How to customize Category and Category items list while creating New Model
Hi,
what the most convenient way to customize the Category and Category items list while creating New Model?
This is standard:
Now, what we want to achieve, is to customize this menu, to:
1. Display in the Category window only f.e. two categories:
- EA Diagrams
- BPM Diagrams
2. In the EA Diagrams, we want to have f.e. four copies of City Planning diagram, each of them should have different elements available, f.e. in the first copy, only Architecture Areas shall be made available, in the second one Architecture Areas and Business Functions, in the third on f.e. only Business Functions shall be made available. Additionally, it should behave like a hierarchy ... meaning you can create the second diagram, only as child (related diagram) of the first diagram etc.
I know, excluding the particular diagrams/diagram elements can be configured using the right/profile settings, but how to:
1. Customize the standard New Model menu window
2. Create copies of City Planning Diagrams with different set-ups
3. Set the relationship between diagrams
Is such a configuration change possible?

Click on Properties => at right of Default category set
Note : Model template does not work as Category. We can't set. An enchancement request has been open to SAP
In the following example I defined a new default (MyNewDefault.mcc). As you can see only BPMN models are available.
To create a new category set with BPMN choice
a) Copy default.mcc in MyNewDefault.mcc file.
Go to Tools=>General Options=>Model Creation : Select your new category
Go to Tools=>General Options=>Model Creation : Edit properties and remove all things you does not want keep
or
b) Go to Tools=>General options=>Model Creation : Edit properties and click on Save as button and specify the file name "MyNewDefault".
Quit the window.
Select you new category : Go to Tools=>General Options=>Model Creation : "MyNewDefault"

Specify yours conditons in your extension attached to your model
Example : When the user want create a child diagram : You can display a list of Parent Diagrams to select from.
You can set in your extension by VBScript parent-child relationship

If I understand well your question. I suggest to take a look in
Repository=>Administration=>Objects Permission Profile
You can specify objects to show, mask, deactivate at model level.
You can specifiy your own metadata.
But I'm not sure you can mask, deactivate functions following diagram selection. It seem to specific.

My question is --> In order to hide this kind of CLOSED sales orders in the Open Item List, can I just change RDR6.status from "O" to "C" ?

Rpd - in order to track Good Returns that remained open.
