Status of PO no.? URGENT

HI All,
Can anyone tell me, how do get the status of PO number in R/3. Do we have any FM for that?
Its very urgent .

hi you can use the following function modules in R/3 to get the data regarding Purchase order in R/3.
But you have to call this from SRM as remote function with the rfc_destination.

Change system status in Product Master - Urgent

Hi,
How to change the Sales Status in Product Master for the products which has been downloaded from R/3 to CRM?
Sales Status field is appearing in Gray colour and it is not allowing for changes of the status?
It is urgent.

Hello,
When you download a product from R/3 to CRM, R/3 remains the 'master' for your product. Since there is no two-way synchronization of products between R/3 and CRM you should change that field in R/3 and perform a new initial load.
This is only true for R/3 related fields, CRM specific fields (like links with accessoiries, related products....) are always changeable in CRM since they do not occur in R/3. This mechanism is to protect desynchonization of your product master in a distributed environment.

BPM in red status in RWB--Very urgent

Hi all,
I did post installation for PI and its successfully working. In run time workbench everything in green status except the business process engine.It indicates red color.Is there any configuration should we need to do?

I am using Java card (JCOP v2.241) and eclipse. Few days back I have implemented Caesar cipher and now I have installed another applet for DES... I did not do init update or key ..

1. Where should I run this code. what will it show when I run this. It enumerates all installed applets and packages, currently installed in the JCOP emulator running on TCP port 8050.
2. When I compiled it javac cardinfo.java I got 28 errors. I too. I corrected the code (see my post in the thread "Code Sample: cardinfo for JCOP41V22 Card").
my first error says import com.ibm.jc.*; doesnot exist. should I add this package if so how can I ...You need to add the JCOP-library "offcard.jar" to the project classpath.

Work item struck in 'Waiting Status'.

HI All,
I have a problem with SRM custom workflows for PO and Invoice approval. Work flow has started but stuck in the status "waiting" at the first step 00002 "Parallel Section Between Approval "
I've checked SWPC (continue workflows after crash) and SM58 (RFC connections), but its not in either.
Can any one tell why work items are going into waiting status?
Its very Urgent.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with SRM related matters. Can I just check with you if the task in the workflow is an 'Wait for Status Change' kind of activity? E.g. WS12300111 (ECC 6 Leave workflow).
If so, you may want to simulate in your test server, and run program RSWWCOND to see if the workflow will continue. Not too sure if this will help you.

Confirmation of Support notification and Change request.

In my clinets landscape we are using ChaRM for Change requests and Urgent correction. We have two situation here to handle.
1. I (Change Manager) should only be able to confirm a support notification if all the dependent/subsequent change requests have been confirmed
2. I (Change Manger) should only be able to confirm a change request if all the dependent/subsequent urgent corrections have been confirmed.

Hi,
you can customize that your change request will automatically get a new status if the linked urgent correction reached a specific satus.
You can then do the same with support message and change request. This will lead to a chain where your support message is confirmed automatically if your urgent correction is confirmed.
Check SPRO - Make Setting for Change Transaction Types - Assign Actions "SET_PREDOC"

Delivery deleted but schedule line status shows as fully delivered - Urgent

I deleted the delivery related to the order but teh schedule line status says its fully delivered....

For one Urgent Change during performing the Approval(chnging the status to 'To be Tested') system does not recognize any changes using the CTS WBS BOM in the development system. The transaction is therefore incorrect or the status was reset by the system.

For above error Table /TMWFLOW/REP_DATA_FLOWwas refreshed as well but still the same error.

If you are in Test System, you can use function module AA_AFABER_DELETE to totally delete the depreciation area (tcode SE37, specify chart of depreciation and depreciation area), After that recreate your depreciation area and run AFBN. But before you do that, have you created a retirement transaction type that limits the posting on your new depreciation area? If not create one.

Cannot set status of Urgent Change after manual transport

Hi all,
We are usng CHARM in Solution Manager 7.1 for import to the SAP ECC (EHP6) systems.
I cannot set the status of the Urgent Change document (ZMHF) to status "To be Tested" after the transports were manually released and manually imported to the ECC QA system.
When I use action "Pass Urgent Change to Test", the system stopped with error "Not all task are yet released" and will not change the status .
Based, on the Task List log, the system started the release process although no transports were released.
Is there any way that I can update the status of the Urgent Change document to "To be Tested"?
I tried program CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT but still did not change the status.
Any suggestion?

Hi Venu,
have a look under System Administration - System Configuration -- Knowledge Management -- Configuration --Content Management -- User Interface -- Commands -- UI Command Groups -- StatemanagementGroup.
See Java class: com.sapportals.wcm.rendering.uicommand.cm.UIStatemanagementGroupCommand. Take the class and decompile this and everything needed around to understand how this class works.
Then you can choose to extend this CommandGroup to also have a command "Resubmit for Approval" or you can implement your own UI Command only for resubmitting (you will also have to activate your command (group) by settings within the configuration).
On the other hand, if all this is completely new to you, I'm a bit sceptical if the task isn't a bit too big as a first task on KM implementation topics...?

Urgent- production order error- ERTR status

Dear PP Gurus
i have an urgent production issue, we have full fledged WM implemented and production order components are issued automatically when order is released via a Pick list
Now the problem is that the BOM components are NOt correctly staged during picking
after the order is released , the status shows ERTR- Error in transfer requirements, so how should i solve this error
i have created production supply areas and maintained supply areas in MRP=2 views, i have also created Control Cycles for all the materials
please help and appreciate your valuable expertise on how to solve this urgent issue

If your procurement type for the material is X - Both Procurement typesin MRP2
view,then after MRP run Planned orders are obtained,only these planned orders
you can convert either to Production order or else Purchase Req.
So check in MD04 or MD16 for all the planned orders.
CO40 - Individual conversion of Planned order into Prod.Order.
CO41 - Collective conversion of Planned order into Prod.Order.
MD14 - Individual conversion of Planned order into Purchase Req.
MD15 - collective conversion of Planned order into Purchase Req.

we have a requirement in campaign the user should not set the status of a campign once it is rejected
we made settings its working fine but the problem is
after rejected status there are some more status having the value higher than rejected status when they are selecting that they are able to change the all statuses including rejected status.
plz tell me how to solve this pbm

Hi Madhuri,
Your problem can be resolved by maintaing the status numbers in the status profile:
Example of how Lowest Status Number works:
Status A has status number 30 and the 'lowest status number' 10. Status B has status number 40 and the 'lowest status number' 20.
- Once status B was active for the object, only statuses with numbers 20 or higher may be activated, even if status A is currently active.
- However, if status B has never been active, statuses with status numbers 10 or higher may be activated if status A is currently active.
Example of how Highest Status Number:
- Status A has the status number 30 and the 'highest number' 50.
- If status A is active, only statuses with status numbers 50 or less can be activated.
Therefore, while defining your status profile for the status 'Rejected', once you assign a status number for it, make user that other statuses doesn't possess the same number in both Highest Status Number and Lowest Status Number as well.
So according to your current requirement, maintain the status number accordingly to your need. This can be done while defining status profile in the following IMG path:
IMG->Customer Relationship Management->Marketing->Marketing Planning and Campaign Management->General Settings->Change Status Profile for User Status.

Remediation status in OIA-Urgent

Hi Experts,
I need to find actual remediation status (required,completed),remediation end_date(remediation completion date) for all accounts and entitlements for a perticular certification displaying in remediation tracking tab.
I am retrieving from Id_certs,idc_user_accounts,idc_user_acct_attrs tables, I considered remediation status '0' means completed and '1' means required.
Please help me which table actually reflect the remediation information displaying in remediation tracking tab.
This is very urgent for me please help ASAP.
