Stop Lights in RF Monitor

Does any anyone know how the stop lights in the RF Monitor are to be configured?  The help documentation states
"The queue traffic is green if the relation is less than the value given in the left relation field."
"The queue traffic is red if the relation is greater than the value given in the left field."
"The queue traffic is yellow if the relation is greater than the value in the right field."
I have this value set to 6.  I am having multiple issues with setting this up.
1)  I have 8 TO's in a queue with no users.  So my relation is 8/0.   My light is Green.  I am expecting it to be red as I have 8 TO's and no users.
2)  I have 8 TO's in a queue with one user.  So my relation 8/1 = 8.  My light is Green.  Based on the above it should be Red.
3)  The only way I can get the stoplight to turn yellow is if I leave the left field blank and maintain the right field.
4)  I can't ever get this stoplight to turn red unless I change the configuration and leave the left field blank.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
Thanks
Nick

Ok, after reviewing the program, there seems to be a couple of includes you need to take a look at.
Assuming, you will copy the main program to Z-one, including all the includes
First, use include (Z)LLRFMONTOP to define your custom data...
Second, include (Z)LLRFMONCL5, you can use its method Constructor to fill the additional data to be shown.
Then use include (Z)LLRFMONCL8 to implement the changes in ALV grid.
You actually don't need to modify the main program at all to achieve this as far as I can see.
But this will require quite a bit of coding work, but shouldn't be very hard to achieve it...

Mihailo

Have you tried resetting the PRAM? shutdown the machine, hit the power button then hold down the option and command keys with your left hand, while holding them down with your right hand use your pinky to hold the 'P' key and index finger to hold down the 'R' key. hold them down until you hear the 'bong' sound twice then release the keys and let the machine bootup.
Also try resetting the SMC. Shut the machine down. Hold down the 'shiftctrloption' keys with your left hand, right hand hold down the power button for 10 seconds then release all. Power up the machine as normal.
Hope this helps. Pls update us and let us know if that helps!

  • Stop Light Report

I am trying develop a stop-light kind of report. Basically, I wanted to place a circle on layout and fill the circle dynamically from hexadecimal value retrieved from database. Is it possible in BI Publisher?
    Thanks for any help.

Users will enter the hexadecimal value to database from an I/P screen(they can enter any 6 character hex values) .
As I have no idea what values the user specify, I cannot place the colored circles with "if".
So, I was looking if there is any way to fill the circle on the fly with the appropriate Hexvalue.

  • MacBook Pro 10.8.2 stopped detecting external Samsung monitor

    Hello,
My MacBook Pro stopped recognizing my extenal monitor that I use as an extended desktop. I plugged the same monitor into my old machine and it worked fine so I know it's not the monitor. I reset the PRAM and ran disk utilities to repair disk permissions and that didn't help. I have tried every combination of plugging and unplugging the devices I can think of. I am pretty sure the cause if this is a system software update and not the hardware.
    Any suggestions?
    Thank you!

Crap, same thing here, I used to be able to connect my MBP Late 2008 to Philips hdtv with no problem using Snow Leopard, but as soon as I upgraded to Lion it wouldn't work. I was waiting for Mountain Lion to come out and upgraded hoping for the feature to work again but no success. Money spent on cables are being wasted. Any fix soon to sort it out?

  • Images look too light on new monitor

    Hi,
I hope you can help me. I've been working in CS5.5 on two Dell desktops, using two Dell Ultrasharp monitors. The color was consistent on both. I created files on the newest of the two computers, viewing them on the Ultrasharp 2311 monitor. The files were used to produce both printed and digital books, and everything looked good. Note - I'm not a graphic designer. I never calibrated the monitors or made any adjustments to the settings, either in the system display or in PS.
I just retired the oldest computer and bought a new Dell computer, along with the Ultrasharp 2711 monitor, which has excellent reviews. The files that look fine on my two-year old computer/monitor are too washed out on the new monitor. Dell couldn't figure out the problem and sent me a new monitor, which didn't change anything. The technician at Adobe could see the problem and we played with the settings, but couldn't fix it. If I go to Proof Setup/Monitor RGB it gets closer, but it's still too light. I never made this adjustment on the older monitor.
I KNOW the files produced on the older monitor work, because I've seen the finished printed and digital books. Manipulating the file on the new system isn't the answer. There must be some setting that needs to be adjusted, but neither Dell nor Adobe can help me.
By the way, my older monitor looks fine connected to the new computer, so it's not a computer issue.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
    Thanks so much,
    Chris

Thanks Peter & Sid. I appreciate the advice, but it doesn't match our experience over 12 years of designing web applications so I'm having trouble understanding what's different, can I ask for any more advice you might have?
If we calibrate the monitor using the recommended tools, will Photoshop images look 2-3 f-stops brighter (i.e. as they should look) and will images in all other apps (which look fine now, have always looked fine) look 2-3 f-stops too bright? Or would we be changing JUST the way Photoshop sees the images?
Through probably a dozen different previous CRT and LCD monitors, we've never calibrated anything. Even on our immediately-previous Samsung 213T monitor, images appear pretty much the same in Photoshop as they do in all other places. That includes published web sites viewed with several popular browsers and viewed on literally hundreds of different systems inside and outside of our office.
The previous monitor was being used with exactly the same software and hardware as the new one. The only thing that's changed is the monitor.
Peter asks about brightness or white point luminance. I haven't used any tool to determine that. The monitor is set to 50% brightness, for whatever that's worth, but I can tell you that it is substantially BRIGHTER on white than the previous monitor. The previous Samsung monitor is being run side-by-side with the new one, and it looks quite dull and yellow beside the new one (and we thought it was a great monitor!) The new 30" Samsung has MUCH whiter whites. Does that help even a little?
    Thanks for any further advice.

  • Satellite P300: Display Driver has stopped working using external monitor

I have a number of these Satellite P300 PSPCCA-OC201Y and recently bought external monitors for them.
Since then we seem to be getting "Display Driver has stopped working and has recovered" messages, then after about 5 of these, it crashes.
Starting with one machine, I have updated display drivers, bios was current, all to no avail.
I then did a complete system restore back to original. Has not solved the problem.
    Any ideas?

    hi Keven Dickenson,
as you said you restored the system and still there is no way to get things work it may be a hardware issue...
i my opinion you should consult a servicepartner to check this out...
is there any of the machines working with the external monitor at all?
if none of them is able to connect to ext. display maybe your installation has a problem or the monitor is faulty...
try it with another monitor and recover one system to factory installation....

  • Stop with an external monitor in Mavericks

I moved to MacBook PRO Retina 13" from a MacBook PRO late 2009.
Using an external monitor in Mavericks when unplugging power, the computer doesn't stop and the battery power slowly drains.
In the old MacOS X and with the old MacBook PRO once you disconnect the power the system was going to STOP mode.
    Fast and Easy!
What is the correct way to manage the stop process using an external monitor if you want to unplug the power?
Please don't tell me to leave the power plugged and STOP by clicking the apple>stop button.
    Thanks.

    same as it ever was
do it like nothing is different.
be sure to have an external trackpad keyboard or mouse as you will loose them on the computer once it is closed.

  • Traffic light in RF monitor screen (LRF1) - how it is derive from?

    Hi,
This is a question about WM-RF. My question is how does the system determine the traffic light color in the RF monitor screen (LRF1). I read the SAP help portal and compare it to the screen and it still doesn't make any sense out of it..
On the SPRO, there is DEFINE QUEUE table, with thefollowing setup:
    WS--QUEUEQName-CapacUsed-CapacUsed----AccessLim
    110--B01_GEN-GenName610--
    2StrictLimitation
    Thus the relation is: 6/10 = 0.6
Next, I went to LRF1 and saw this record with warehouse 110, and Queue B01GEN, and having the following value_:
    QUEUE -
    TOs--LOADProc.By--
    Propotion
    B01_GEN----150.0002--
    Green
    Thus the relation is: 15/2 = 7.5
Why is it green? SAP help portal give the following explaination, and I don't know to derive it?
A- The queue tranffic light is green if the relation is less than the value given in the left relation field.
B - The queue traffic light is yellow if the relation is greater than or the same as the value specified in the right field.
C - The queue traffic light is red if the relation is greater than or the same as the value specified in the left relation field.
    Please share if you know.
    Thanks..Tuff

  • Controlling external light levels by monitoring temperature of a solar panel

    Hi there,
I am carrying out a project where I have a solar panel with a light shining down on the panel to mimic sunlight. Further there is a temperature sensor on the surface of the panel to monitor the temperature. The output of the solar panel is connected to a LabJack U12 interface card, together with the temperature sensor.
Within LabVIEW 6.1 I am able to dim the external lights above the solar panel, via one of the analogue outputs on the interface card (with the aid of some external circuitry as well). I am also able to monitor the temperature of the external sensor within LabVIEW.
What I would like to achieve is the external lights being dimmed to some safe voltage
(such as 3 volts) if the temperature from the sensor exceeds 47C, until the solar panel cools down to a safe temperature. When this occurs the user should not be able to have control over the dimming of the lights via the control on the front panel. After the panel has cooled down to say 35C, the user should then be able to have full control over the dimming of the lights again. Please note that I have a fan cooling the solar panel surface at all times.
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Please find my vi so far.
    Thanks in advance,
    Neil.

    Dr. Imad,
Thanks for the quick reply to my question. I have carried out the instructions that you advised. Basically I have the problem of keeping the knob disabled and greyed out until the temperature of 35C is reached from the maximum 47C. The knob is disabled and greyed out when the temperature reaches 47C, but as soon as the temperature falls below 47C, the knob becomes enabled, set at 3 volts. I am unsure how to program my application to keep the knob disabled until the temperature reaches 35C.
Another question I would like to ask is whether it is possible to store the last voltage at which the lights were set to, before the temperature reaches 47C, the knob disables, and goes to 3 volts? After the temperature reaches the 35C, I
would like the program to return to the value of the last voltage applied to the lights, say 4.5volts
Thanks again, and please find my modified vi attached.
    Neil.

  • Audio clips won't stop playing in clip monitor

When I start an audio file playing in the clip monitor, it continues to play to the end of the clip, even when I use the stop button to try to stop it.  Also, once playing the clip, the application can not be killed with an exit or a close command..  the only way to stop is to wait to the end of the clip, or use task manager to kill the application.  I am running on Vista SP2.  The program monitor seems to work fine.
Any similar problems, or thoughts about a solution?

WOW, that does not bode well for Adobe. The cancellation of the tickets seems to be more common now. Not a good sign at all.
My one licensing issue was long ago. Back then, TS was in the US, probably in San Jose. I upgraded from an early version of AI, and had skipped a few versions. The S/N database in the upgrade package did not go back to the S/N conventions of my license. I called Adobe and in five minutes (including hold), had my S/N issue corrected, and the install went perfectly. All later upgrades were closer together for all Adobe programs, so I never had any other problems.
Times have changed now, and most TS seems to have been outsourced. The standard answer appears to be "no." I've suggested that others contact Adobe Sales, rather than TS for similar, and they seem to have all been helped, and in a more timely fashion. The normal response from Sales is "yes, we can find a way to do that."
I hope that if there is a restructuring of TS, Adobe gets it right. I once ranked them up at the top of the list, right behind the old WordPerfect, when they were in Orem, UT/USA. Now, they are Corel in Canada, and seem to have that "no" attitude also. At least I can remember the good old days, when a TS person would help write a printer driver on the phone.
Good luck, and do update us on both issues, please,
    Hunt

  • GGMonitor-Stopping &starting related goldengate monitor processes.

    Hi All,
I have installed the Goldengate Monitor on a server.
For maintenance purposes I am planning to bring down the database.
As part of this What is the procedure for bringing down the Goldengate monitor processes and bring it up back again ?
    Thanks,

Monitor can be stopped and restarted with the <Monitor Install Directory>/bin/monitor.sh stop and <Monitor Install Directory>/bin/monitor.sh start commands
It may or may not be necessary to stop the JAGENTs of each of your OGG installs prior to stopping Monitor. I'm not sure actually. The JAGENT might reconnect just fine though when Monitor is back up. Something to test.

  • Dim Lights Option: second monitor

    Hi,
I guess I am not alone when I say working on two monitors is often setup with a smaller and a bigger monitor in conjunction. In my case, it is a 24 Eizo and 30 NEC Spectraview, the latter is used to work on the picture, and the former holds the main window with menus.
When I dim Lights, the picture on the smaller monitor remains, not on the 30 inch, and this is what I wish for as an option, to be able to choose where the pciture remains, on monitor 1 or 2 or even both.
    Thanks
    Georg

Under the view menu there are a menu item called secondary viewer. There you can select the behavior of you second monitor.
