Subscription Failed

My payment for subscription was due on 23rd August, I have updated the new payment method on 23rd Itself but today it says it is fail & add new payment method.
Kindly advise urgently.

I have problem with connection - you take my money, but did not give me credits. Is it joke?

Please somebody advise me what should i do  or how can i get back that debitted amount of 60 dollars. My previous subscription was expired 2 days back.

    I checked your account and your recent purchases was refused. You should not be charged on the payment method you used. It is possible that the charges on your bank are pending  or reserved charges for your orders but should be canceled since your payment was refused. However, if you can see that you were really charged, you need to contact Skype Customer Service so that they can check further. You can contact them by following the steps on the link below:

  • Windows Event Subscription - Fails To Activate Subscription

    When I try to create a subscription on a GUI server I receive this error:
    "The client could not start a valid listener to receive subscription events based on the specified input settings."
    When I use WECUTIL on Server Core, I get the following error:
    "The subscription is saved successfully, but it can't be activated at this time. Use retry-subscription command to retry the subscription. If subscription is running, you can also use get-subscriptionruntimestatus command to get extended error status.
    Error = 0x3ae8. The subscription fails to activate."
    I have 1 WinRM GPO configured for the domain:

  • Report Subscription fails, shows 'success', specific scenario

    I have a report that will run successfully except for one very specific scenario.  Any help or suggestions tracking down this issue would be helpful.
    The report is named ProjectsWeeklyReport.rdl and takes a single parameter of a specific user's login account "DOMAIN\username"
    The report runs successfully in the web regardless of the parameter  (works for all users, including john.doe)
    The report runs successfully in Report Builder regardless of the parameter (works for all users, including john.doe)
    The report runs successfully as a subscription with the report included as a
    MHTML file and a statically-selected parameter EXCEPT for john.doe.  The same report works for all other users selected as the parameter
    The report runs successfully as a subscription with the report included as a
    Excel file (instead of an MHTML file) regardless of the statically-selected parameter (works for all users, including john.doe)
    To summarize, in order for the report subscription email to fail, these conditions have to be met (otherwise the result is success):
     - Report must have the parameter "DOMAIN\john.doe"
     - Report must NOT be MHTML format in the email
    I can see the subscribed report worked according to the ReportExecutionLog in MS SQL.  Is there any reason why the MHTML version of the report subscription would fail to email?  Any reason why it would fail as MHTML but be fine in other formats
    (PDF & Excel both tested success)

    We can try to check the detail information about the error in the log file. The SQL Reporting Services log files are found on the reporting services point server, in the folder %programfiles%\Microsoft SQL Server\<SQL Server Instance>\Reporting Services\LogFiles.
    Besides, to monitor and troubleshoot Subscriptions in Reporting Services, we can refer to the following two good blogs post by Dean Kalanquin:

  • Reporting Subscriptions Failing - "Failure Sending Mail". Must be something obvious!

    I've spent the last few hours on this and cannot for the life of me figure what it is that I have overlooked. I have created a report email subscription, nothing particularly fancy. It is always failing on:
    Failure sending mail: The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.1 Client was not authenticated
    The setup:
    SCCM 2012 R2
    SQL Server 2012 (on the SCCM server)
    Exchange 2010
    SCCM - Email Notification Component is configured correctly. The SMTP test works and I also receive alerts when one of my SCEP rules are triggered. All good.
    SQL Management Studio - DataBase  Mail is configured; sending a test e-mail works. Using Basic Authentication with a network account specified.
    Exchange 2010 has a Receiver Connector created to relay e-mails from the SCCM Server.
    Reporting Services Configuration Manager - Email Section has been completed.
    Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Thanks for the response. I was under the impression that CM12 uses SSRS (and thus the SQL Mail configuration) to send out the Subscription Reports, if that is definitely not the case I can eliminate that part from my configuration all together.

    CM12 Alerts have always been working fine - no issue here and I understand this is a different kettle of fish to SSRS.

    I actioned the "Send Test E-mail" option when you right-click on the Database Mail option within SQL2012. However, as you pointed out already, if this has absolutely
    nothing to do with the Subscription Reports configuration, then this is no longer relevant. If anything it just proves that e-mails can be sent via the Exchange server (using basic authentication).
    Now, I guess, I just need to figure what within SSRS Configuration Manager is missing, my trouble is that there isn't any detailed settings I can configure
    and Exchange logs doesn't indicate anything that isn't already reported by SCCM:

  • Email Subscription Fails when report includes and Excel ODBC Data Source

    I have developed a report in SSRS vs3 which uses a SQL 2008r2 datasource and an Excel datasource using an ODBC connection.
    The report runs perfectly well manually, and from a subscription it will run the report and write the file to a UNC folder.
    However if i try to setup a subscription to email the file it fails everytime with the following message
    "Failure sending mail: Exception 0xc0000005 was generated at address 0x000007FEF1D95B3B Mail will not be resent."
    I have tried the usual searches online but not managed to find an explination, work around or resolution.

    Based on my research, the problem may occur if the From field of the e-mail message contains more than 255 characters or there are something wrong with cdosys.dll library, because all the errors come from exchange's cdosys.dll library (CDO - Collaboration
    Data Objects) that SSRS uses to send emails. 
    In the first scenario, please ask the System administrator to check if the mail server has been updated or if there is any error in the mail server. In the second scenario, restart report server could help as you basically restarting the process and reloading
    all libraries.

  • Job Created via SSRS Subscription Fails

    We are running a SQL 2012 server and have domain accounts configured for each SQL role.  After removing authenticated users from the Pre-Windows 2000 Compatibility Group in Active Directory (as recommended by an audit) we experienced issues where the
    SQL jobs could no longer run.  We found that the SQL agent account must be a part of this group as per the MS documentation as well as a few other permissions under user rights assignment.  Now that we have added that account back to the Pre-windows
    2000 compatibility group and added those permissions under user rights assignment, any job owned by any account other than the reporting account will run as expected.  Jobs as the reporting account configured in SQL Reporting Services Config Manager will
    not, and we cannot understand why. 
    The error is:  “The job failed.  Unable to determine if the owner (domain\sqlreporting) of job  has server access (reason: Could not obtain information about Windows NT group/user 'domain\sqlreporting', error code 0x5. [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error
    15404)).
    Can someone provide some insight as to how we may resolve, or what steps we may be missing?

    According to your description, jobs owned by other accounts works fine, but those owned by service account of reporting services get the error.
    15404 is the exception when EXECUTE AS context cannot be impersonated. Reasons for this error are plenty:
    When the SQL Server instance does not have access to the AD server because is running as a local user or as 'local service'.
    When the SQL Server is asked to impersonate an unknown user, like the domain or user does not exit.
    In SQL Server Configuration Manager, SQL Server Reporting Services service is configured to run using an AD user account. SQL Server service was configured to run using a local Windows account. The SQL Server service (a local Windows user account) was trying
    to authenticate the user "domain\userName" in AD, which it could not do because it does not have the right/permission to access AD resources. If that is the case, we need to change the SQL Server service to us an AD user account, restarted the SQL
    Server and SQL Server Agent services, re-ran the SQL job.
    Log On account of SQL Server Agent and Owner of the job is not in the same domain. In this case, we need to set the Log On account of the SQL Server Agent to a domain account, then check whether the Owner of the job is set to the same domain user as the
    Log On account.

    Thanks Vinoth. I checked the server nodes. they are configured correctly. I had the working configuration in my DEV system. i tried transporting to this system then i get the etc folder replacement in the import preview.
    I manually checked all the configurations in etc. The notifications folder permissions are right and mail formats are right. but still i am wondering what all things related to subscriptions we need to check in etc folder.
    As of now the subscription is working. But if someone could help what all configuration related things we need to check in etc folder related to subscription activity.

    So the problem seems to be not from that update alone.

  • ADAA 12 month free subscription failed?

    I just redeemed my 12 month free subscription to Creative Cloud that I got as an Adobe Design Achievement Award winner. I already have a creative cloud account, and I was expecting it to add to my subscription or make it free for the rest of my subscription period. Instead, it still says my next bill is the same date, and that my subscription ends at the same date. I need someone at Adobe to look at this for me if possible.

    I was able to download Lightroom 5 and Illustrator but I met many surprises.
    Updating Photoshop CS6 I get the error message U44M1P7 no explanation is available ( it repeats )
    Today the Adobe Application  Manager starts updating itself , dies in the process and results elñiminated from the
    system.
    Today I tried to download Photoshop CC from this site and it does not work.
    What is wrong?

    I just downgraded my Formscentral account by cancelling the Plus account and rebuying the Basic account. However, my clients do get messages that the limit has exceeded. Moreover, I already contacted support on the 2nd of January and they opened a support case. Still nothing has been done.
    Can you ASAP put my account right to the Basic Service, as I already paid for it this shouldn't be that difficult?

    One question, you are sure that you signed up for the Basic service with the same AdobeID (email login)?  Sometimes users do confuse themselves with multiple logins, just checking to be sure...
