Sumbit form by email won't "send" from email

The form that I am creating - using both Live Cycle as well as adding a "submit by email" button direct from Acrobat, pulls up the email message window when clicked - correctly showing recipient address and pdf form attached...problem is when I click "send" nothing happens. It's as if my email program (outlook 2003) crashes when trying to email form attachments. Please help & thank you ahead of time. ~Kate

Do you have an anti Viris program running? Sometimes they are setup so that you cannot automate the sending of email.

  • Emails won't send from any account

    Hi all,
Had a problem for an unknown period of time now where emails won't send from Mail on the iPad. I had a couple of people ask me why I hadn't responded and after saying I had, they told me they hadn't received anything. I checked my sent box and the emails hadn't been sent.
I thought it was just with iCloud.
I have just tested it with another iCloud account and also my Gmail account and none of them will send an email. All work perfectly on my iMac - and Gmail works perfectly on my phone.
The strange thing is that I get the sent noise as soon as I hit sent, which is why there's been confusion. It doesn't sit in drafts or fail to send. There's no error. As far as you can tell it does sent - but it's never in the sent items/outbox and never received the other end.
Any ideas? Such a frustrating problem that I've never, ever had before.
    Thanks for any help,
    Ste.

Oddly, the test email sent from my Gmail account on my iPad has just appeared (after a five minute or so delay).
The email however, is still not inside the sent folder - there's still no record of it having been sent.
Problem persists in full for iCloud - nothing sending from iPad and being received by the recipient.

Triple check the Outgoing Mail server info that you entered in your Mail account. If that area says the info is optional enter the outgoing mail server and your password anyway. Also if you have more than one email account check the server that is selected for the GoDaddy account and make sure it's the correct server for the account.

  • Email account won't send from iphone

I just switched from a blackberry to iphone 4. I have set up all of my email accounts but my work account won't send emails to any accounts that are not from our server. I never had this problem with my blackberry so I know it can be done. The message always says "email address rejected by server". Anyone else have this problem?

    hi there
Sorry no answer, just to say i am getting the same message when trying to send mail from my yahoo account. I have a Microsoft exchange account for work which seems to be fine.
    Glad i am not alone!
    Cheers

  • Emails won't send from Hotmail account on iphone as message says password is incorrect

I recently had a problem with my hotmail account which meant it was blocked and I had to go through a securitiy process to unblock my account and change my password. I can now use my hotmail account again and changed the password on my phone settings to be able to use this account on my phone again. However, when I try to send emails from my iphone from my hotmail account, it says my password is incorrect and the emails won't send. I am also not convinced that I am receiving all emails, although some came through when I initially re-added the account. I have tried to delete the account and add it again, as well as restart my iphone, but I am still having the same problem. The password I have for the account is correct! I would be so grateful if anyone could help.
    Thanks.

For anyone else having this problem I have found a solution! You need to change the outgoing server settings as well as the incoming server password which appears on the main settings page. Go into the account in settings and select the box under outgoing mail server. Click on the box under primary server. This will take you to the settings, including the password which you can change.

  • Can't send emails on my S5.  Sends fine from gmail, but won't send from verizon account.  Keep getting "Sending Failed" message.

My S5 won't send emails from my verizon email account, which is the default email for my phone.  It will send fine from gmail, but when I try to reply to messages in the verizon account, I get a "Sending Failed" message and an eternal loop from my outbox trying over and over to send the message.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  I took it to the Verizon store for help, and they were completely useless.

The tech help is useless.  You have to load it manually but you must know the ports to use for both sending and receiving. You must get them from your Verizon fios account.  This worked for me.

  • Emails won't send from phone

Just found out that people are not receiving any emails that i send from my phone. Not sure why and have no idea how long it has been going on. Could be as long as I have had the phone. How do I fix this?

First contact your isp or email provider to get the correct pop3 and smtp server settings. Write them down. The under setting up email in your owners manual follow the instructions on setting up email. after the correct settings are entered and you put in your email login and password you should be good to send and receive email.
    Good Luck

  • Outlook 2010 - Multiple Exchange Accounts - Won't send from second account

I've setup multiple exchange accounts in Outlook 2010.  I receive fine for both accounts, but cannot send from second account.  Sent email goes to the Outbox and stays there.
I've tried going back to a second profile, and it works fine.  Mail in Outbox from efforts above stay in Outbox.  If I pull them up, I can resend with no issue.
I need to be able to send with multiple accounts in same profile to do other projects I'm currently working on.  Any ideas???
    Thanks,
    Mike

I was able to fix this with Outlook 2010 Service Pack 1.
Another area that I had to change was the inbox for that other account I created a rule to put in the primary inbox folder (email 2).
After that the email was only checking one to send and recieve based on the highlighted account, so to resolved that I went to Send/Reveive Groups > Define Groups > Edit Account Properties and made sure they refresh every 1 minute(s).

  • Messages won't send from iMac

Posted this elsewhere, but think this may be the best spot for it.
Yesterday about 3:45 PM Eastern, Messages for the account I have tied to Messages stopped working. We have 4 Apple IDs in the house. Mine, which is on my iPhone, my wife's (which is the now troublesome one) on the iMac and new iPad, and two daughters (one original iPad one on an iPod touch). Aside from my wife's, all is well. My wife can't send to anyone from the iMac, and when I try to go into the Account Setting in Messages.app, it won't let me save anything. This has worked fine since the Messages beta started, and since we got the new iPad on launch day. Yesterday is the first time there has been an error for more than a few minutes, and it has seeped into a second day. If I send from the iPad to my iPhone, I get the "Not Delivered" on the iPad, even though it is delivered to the iPhone. Reply from the iPhone and get the "Not Delivered" but the iPad gets the message. Nothing on the Messages.app. Quitting Messages doesn't help.

    Hi,
Whilst the ID is truned Off in Messages beta (And the app is Quit)
Does the ID then work from the iPad (2 ?)
IF that does not work does  it work if the iMac is shut down ?
The reason I ask this is that a support app for iChat and FaceTime performs a "Listening" watch that will start either app up if some one Calls.
If the iMac is On can it be called on FaceTime (I presume the same ID is used ?)
If the iMac out of the lop works Start up the iMac and in the Finder use the GO menu
Hold down the ALT key to see the Library (and Select)
Go to the Preferences and drag com.apple.IMAgent.plist to the trash.
As this app starts up when the computer does restart the computer to get the .plist to be rewritten from defaults.
It is late where I am and it will be several hours (close to 20) before I get back for more replies.

  • Mail Won't Send from Account Selected

Having a real problem with Apple Mail. When using the From: account dropdown menu to select an account different from the default one, I expect that the recipient will receive the email as coming from that account. However, I just learned today that ALL email I send from Mail is using only the default account and completely ignoring whatever account I selected in the From: dropdown.
I also tried setting "Send new messages from:" to "Account Mailbox" in Mail Preferences, but, made no difference.
The exact same problem is happening on my partner's Macbook, who's running the same OS version I am: 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard).
Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it? Thanks!
    Tom

I am also having the same problem that just started this morning. The mail is using my smtp server e-mail account from my serverice provider (Bell Canada) for all outgoing mail as the "From" and totally disregarding whatever e-mail account I select to send from. As I have 14 different e-mail accounts for different work activities, it is just not acceptable.
At first I thought it may be a problem with my service provider, but after 2 hours on the phone testing it with them, it is obvioulsy a system problem and not a server one. was there an update that changed something with the mail program??
I am also 24" iMac with 2.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor and 4 GB of 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM running Mac OS X 10.6.8

  • I need to make a pdf form that is fillable and send from ipad to email not tracked just the complete email. Can someone help me.

I have forms that I have created with submit buttons, that are filled out and sent complete to an email box.  I would like to do the same only have my form filled out on an ipad and then have the submit button send the completed form the same way.
I don't want to gather the data, since i am doing this for another department.  They want to track there own data via the Pdf's they receive.  Is this possible?

    majende,
Adobe Reader for iOS does support a Submit button.
    (a) Button action to submit an entire PDF document via email
    (b) JavaScript submitForm to Adobe FormsCentral
Do you use the desktop version of Adobe Acrobat to create a PDF form?
    For option (a)
Add the "Submit a form" action to your Submit button.
Enter "mailto:" (including a colon) followed by email recipient(s).  Please add a comma between two email addresses.
    Example: [email protected], [email protected]
    Select "PDF The complete document".
This particular type of PDF form will work with Adobe Reader desktop and mobile products (including Adobe Reader for iOS and Android).
In Adobe Reader for iOS, a user can do the following steps to submit the particular type of PDF form.
    Fill out the PDF form.
Tap the Submit button in the PDF form.
Select "Share Original Document" or "Share Flattened Copy" from the Share File dialog.
Adobe Reader for iOS will automatically fill in the email address(es) that you specified when you created the PDF form.
Tap the Send button in the upper right corner.
Adobe Reader for iOS will send the PDF form as an email attachment via Apple Mail (the default mail app for iOS).
Please let us know if you have additional questions.

  • Added another email account, won't send from it?

I have a couple email accounts on my phone and all is great. I just added another account from a local internet provider for a small business I have. It will recive mail from there but when I try to send i get "The sender address is invalid" I checked and double checked and all seems to set up correctly???
The account is with Plantation Cable in Georgia, if that means anything to anybody.

If the local internet service provider for this email account does not provide an authenticated SMTP server (most ISPs do not provide an authenticated SMTP server), you won't be able to send with the account using the ISP's SMTP server unless you are connected to the internet with your ISP via an available wi-fi network. When connected to the internet via AT&T'a network, you can use AT&T's SMTP server to send messages with the account, which is available on your iPhone to select as the SMTP server for the account. This may or may not work for sending with the account when connected to an available wi-fi network with a different ISP used for internet access.

  • My emails won't send from my primary email address.

Why can't I send emails from my primary account.  I can receive emails.  I have checked my settings and that's not the problem.

    Hello Noony88,
I understand you are not able to send emails from your primary email account.  Is this an iCloud email account?  Are you able to send messages from your email account provider's website?  Are you able to send email from your computer or another iOS device? Is there a message sitting in the Outbox for your email account that is not able to be delivered for some reason (ie. file size)?  These are a few factors to consider.
Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:
Get help with Mail on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Mail settings you might need from your email provider - Apple Support

If you experience issues sending or receiving mail on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Check the System Status page to find out whether any known issues are affecting iCloud Mail.
Make sure that you're connected to the Internet: try opening a webpage such as apple.com in Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Go to iCloud.com on a Mac or PC to verify that you can receive email for your iCloud account.
Make sure that Mail is turned on in Settings > iCloud.
Make sure that Push is turned on for your device in Settings > Mail, Contacts, and Calendars > Fetch New Data. Then send an email to your account to verify that Push is working correctly.
Make sure that Push is turned on for your iCloud account in Settings > Mail, Contacts, and Calendars > Fetch New Data. If you're using iOS 6, tap Advanced. Then Tap your iCloud account and make sure that Push is turned on. If you have multiple iCloud Mail accounts set up on your device, Push can be used only with one account at a time. Make sure that Push is turned on for your primary iCloud Mail account.
Turn your device off and back on.
If the issue persists, turn off each of the settings in steps 4, 5, and 6 above, then turn them back on. If that does not help, follow these instructions to delete the iCloud account from your device, then add the account back:
Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, and Calendars.
    Tap your iCloud account.
Tap Delete Account. If you store Contacts, Calendar, or Bookmarks data in iCloud, you will be given the option to keep that data.
On the Mail, Contacts, and Calendars screen, tap Add Account, then tap iCloud to begin setting up your iCloud account again. If data from your device is stored in iCloud, you will be given the option to merge that data with the data on your device.
