System.out.println("Response due to COMMAND2_APDU : " + arrayToHex(ra.getBytes()));
JOptionPane.showMessageDialog(null,"Response due to COMMAND2_APDU : " + arrayToHex(ra.getBytes()), "Status", JOptionPane.ERROR_MESSAGE);
//implementation for connectwithCard()
try {
card = c.connect("T=0");
// System.out.println("Terminal connected");
JOptionPane.showMessageDialog(null,"Terminal connected", "Status", JOptionPane.ERROR_MESSAGE);
} catch (Exception e) {

I make some changes like:
1. make sending Command in separated Thread to take its time.
2. change P3 from FF to 00
the result was :
-NO Exception incase P3=00 , but the returned status was 6E 00
-When i put P3 any value except 0 , The Exception occur in all cases (even separate Thread or in the main thread)
The problem now :
I must send 9 commands (Card Recyle Command) to format my card , first eight commands (1---->8) should return
9F 20 as status byte , but when i made P3=00 the returned status was 6E 00
but the last command returned 90 00 (P3=00) as it is expected
the Card OS was Bantry OS
-Question can i make format the card in different way ?
-According to Reader:
I use 3 different readers (PC/SC)
- Dell USB Keyboard Smart Card Reader
-SCM Microsystems SCR33x USB Smart Card Reader (http://www.crownhill.co.uk/product.php?prod=1786)
-SCM Microsystems SCR24x PCMCIA Smart Card Reader
if u recommend reader for me
-Can i use Linux (to use different stack rather than PC/SC) ?
Another thing could be is that some of card readers do no support 255 bytes data field in one command. In this case data shouold be transfered by smaller portions.How can i do this (data should be transfered by smaller portions.) ?
give me example if possible.
Thanks in Advance.

  • I got "Invalid link" when I to reset my security questions from rescue email. Moreover when I log in into my Apple ID and click on Passwords and Security I'm thrown out with the message "An unknown error has occurred".

    Here is my problem:
    Need to change my email with the one that currently I'm using for rescue
    Planed to change first the rescue email with a new one.
    But:
    I Forgot the security questions
    Followed the reset security questions instructions.
    Got the email on the rescue address but The link I've got on my rescue email to reset my security questions is invalid. By now the 3 hour window for the validity of the link is gone.
    If I go via Apple ID, I login successfully but when I select Security I'm thrown back into Manage your Apple ID screen that displays now as well this message "An unknown error has occurred"
    Tried several times, the same again and again.
    On top of the long hours on the forums I spent 20 minutes over the phone with the US support on  international charge, eventually I hanged up while waiting too long for the 3 rd expert but got an email later on indicating to clear my browser history and try again, which didn't work. Case number 519598448. Used my laptop with IE and my iPad, same result.

    This problem now appears for me too.
    When using iforgot.apple.com email-verification clicking the reset link results in the "Invalid Link" error.
    The error, that caused me to do this (password failing to verify against iCloud) has vanished since though.

    I tried using the downloaded update. It still didn't work but at least I did not have to restart my computer. The message was a little different too: "The installation failed. I keep getting an unknown error when trying to connect to the store. I ran diagnostics and it says secure link to itunes store failed. I've tried all suggestions from apple and nothing will work.
    Please Help

    I received this email from Apple and this corrected the problem for me...  I only had to reset the iTunes cache
    1) Open iTunes
    2) At the top menu, click File > Preferences (iTunes > Preferences on a Mac)
    3) In the Preferences menu, click the Advanced tab
    4) In the Advanced menu, you should see a button that says "Reset Cache". Please click this button.

    While trying to update my ipod touch 2nd generation to ios 4.2 i get the messge this ipod could not be restored. Unknown error occured (-1). Tried updating with security software disabled, restarting both computer and ipod still same results any suggestions?

    Since Apple says:
    Error 1 or -1
    This may indicate a hardware issue with your device. Follow Troubleshooting security software issues, and restore your device on a different known-good computer. If the errors persist on another computer, the device may need service.
    It sounds like you have a hardware problem ((device may need service). Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

    Can anybody tell/help why I am getting this error?
    Thanks
    Syed

    I believe this counts to be a bug in adf. I met with such errors as well in migration 1012 from NT to AIX platform, and after decompiling adf jar code and tak a look at it, the following code block indicates that In class- oracle.jbo.client.Configuration
    , it is hard coded to get secure provider- sun/security/provider/Sun, as listed below...
    import sun.security.provider.Sun;
    static void checkSecurityProviders()
    Provider aprovider[] = Security.getProviders();
    boolean flag = false;
    for(int i = 0; i < aprovider.length; i++)
    if(!aprovider.getName().equals("SUN"))
    continue;
    flag = true;
    break;
    if(!flag)
    try
    Sun sun = new Sun();
    Security.addProvider(sun);
    catch(Exception exception)
    exception.printStackTrace();

  • "Unknown error : Support information ; Security Code - 359"

    I've got a user who is attempting to input his digital signature however upon doing so he receives the error message "Unknown error : Support information ; Security Code - 359"
    Does any one eccountered this problem and knows how to fix it?

    I think that you may have the answer already, contact iTunes Store Support. I see more users posting about purchasing problems with that game than I have ever seen with any other game or App since I have been participating here over two and a half years ago.
    Email iTunes Store Support and seek their help.
    https://expresslane.apple.com/Issues.action
    If you really want to try something other than contacting support, try signing out of your ID, restart the iPad and sign into your ID again. Then try to update the information again. I do believe that you will have to contact iTunes Store Support in order to resolve this.

  • Keytool error: sun.security.x509.X500Name

    hello ... im using jre 1.3.1 and wanna generate my csr ...
    first i do
    keytool -genkey -keyalg RSA -keystore keystore -storepass 123456 -validity 360
    then
    keytool -certreq -keyalg RSA -file juan.com.csr -keystore keystore
    and then i get one of these error:
    keytool error: sun.security.x509.X500Name

    You should specify the correct value for -dname option of -genkey command in the following format "CN=Mark Smith, OU=JavaSoft, O=Sun, L=Cupertino, S=California, C=US".
    http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.1/docs/tooldocs/windows/keytool.html#DName
    Case does not matter for the keyword abbreviations. For example, "CN", "cn", and "Cn" are all treated the same.
    Order matters; each subcomponent must appear in the designated order. However, it is not necessary to have all the subcomponents. You may use a subset, for example:
    CN=Steve Meier, OU=SunSoft, O=Sun, C=US
    If a distinguished name string value contains a comma, the comma must be escaped by a "\" character when you specify the string on a command line, as in
    cn=peter schuster, o=Sun Microsystems\, Inc., o=sun, c=us
    It is never necessary to specify a distinguished name string on a command line. If it is needed for a command, but not supplied on the command line, the user is prompted for each of the subcomponents. In this case, a comma does not need to be escaped by a "\".

  • On new MBP, wont download pdfs from secure sites, like banks. "unknown error" reported. Using Acrobat.

    Recently started using a Macbook Pro, formerly ran Firefox on a PC. Installed Acrobat and it works fine, and will download pdfs from internet fine, UNLESS it is from certain sites, that as near as I can tell have in common that I needed a password to get in (eg, Bank, insurance company). At this sites I can't download a pdf file, and am told that an "unknown error" occurred and I should try saving directly link to the disk. But this doesn't work either, it just wants to save a .cgi file, not the pdf. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

    Did you try to save that cgi file and give it a .pdf file extension?

    I really don't understand what is going on.
    Can I Ignore expired certificates? Any property?
    When I use -Djavax.net.ssl.trustStore pointing to my keystore, will cacerts be also used?
    Do I need to import all the certificates in the chain of the server, or the top most is sufficient?
    The server where I am having the problem has limited connectivity. It should have connectivity to the issuers of the certificates, in order to validate them, or not?
    Thanks in advance,
    Victor

  • [Security:090398] Invalid Subject error in clustered deployment

    Hi,
              I have a simple Java client that calls an EJB which works fine when the EJB is deployed on a non-clustered server, but it fails intermittently with a [Security:090398]Invalid Subject: ... error when the EJB is deployed on a clustered server. Looking at the log files, it seems that one of the two servers in the cluster is throwing the exception consistently. I believe the servers are in the same domain, but since I've migrated the WL 6.1 config.xml file to 8.1 perhaps there is something I missed.
              Also, I noticed that the two servers in the cluster are able to see each other. The messages about the other node joining the cluster are in both logs.
              Here's the exception on the client side:

    Hi Joshua,
              Make sure that
              a) Servers in the cluster are in the same domain;
              b) Server in the cluster are named differently.
              Also, check this:
