Supplier wise budgeting

can make budget supplier wise in 11i. or is there any module which supports to Supplier wise budgeting
please reply at earliest.
Thanks

Hi Dear,
Supplier wise budgeting is not a standard functionality of oracle applications,if you required so you may need to create additional field(DFF) on supplier/site named as "Budget Amount" then enter budget for supplier and compare this field with actuals by customized reports.
Is it your official reuqirement to report supplier wise budget ?

Ali

  • Supplier Wise Booked Sale Order/Dealer Orde Report

    hello all,
i have to take 6 monthly or Yearly based supplier wise Dealer Order/Sale Order report, so can anyone please let us know is there any standard t-code? if i go for Z report then from which tables i can get the details?
    Regards saurabh.

supplier wise Dealer Order/Sale Order report
If Supplier in above means Vendor and the report requirement is to link Vendor and Customer (Dealer Order / Sales order), there are no such report in Standard SAP. Standard Reports in SAP do not link procurement and sales and ideally not recommended, as it is complex to establish the logic, as to what procurement is done for which sales. Ideally Procument will be generic and not linked to single sales order.
Please elaborate and specify what supplier wise would refer to and more descriptive requirement.

  • Cost center wise budget

    Dear Sap gurus,
Could you please cost center wise budget confuration and availabulity control in system .
purchase value 100000  Name is Cost center1 if i raise of purchase order (Relevant account assignment items) Cost center given then the system should not allowed based on the po with commitment value accross 100000 and we want decrease the value once invoice is released in like 100000- 10000= 90000  .

    Hi,
This issue has been answered several times: you do not have a budget control on cost centres, but you can do a workaround.
    a) create statistical ordersand assign them to relevant cost centres
    b) budget those orders
    c) create a validation in CO not allowing posting to the cost centres without providing internal order
Thus, you will have a budget control on cost centre level.

  • Cost element group wise budgeting

    Hi All ,
Can any one tell me how to do cost element group wise budgeting?
    Thanks in advance,
    Manisha

    Hi
In transaction KPZ2 you can do budgeting for a group. However you need to actually budget for the elements in the group thereby consolidating for the group.
You cannot budget for a cost element group directly without budgeting for a cost element in SAP.

  • Group wise Budget.

    Hi,
Our client wish to implement Group wise Budget and MIS report available on Group wise Budget. Example, under Salary Budget head 10 items are there. Instead of putting 10 items value individually in Budget they will put total value of salary in Budget i.e, group wise of salary budget. Is this group wise budget possible through Internal Order and how?

Edited by: Samrat Roy on Feb 4, 2010 11:10 PM

    Hi Pradeep,
In our business scenario as service industry there is only Cost Centre and Profit Center is available from SAP in Controlling. There is no internal order. At present only actual items are post both Cost Centre and Profit Centre. There is no planning both cost center and profit center. Our client wish to introduce Groupwise budget i.e, planning from cost side only. No revenue planning they are interested at present. This is the actual scenario. So there is a cost center group, under the Cost Center group individual cost center is availale. Under each of the Cost center multiple cost element may or may not be avallable according to actual entry post. Therefore under cost centrer 1 if 5 cost elements are available as A,B, C,D and E and total cost say Rs 100000(each cost element Rs 20000). My requirement is instead of putting 5 planning cost separately against each cost element A, B, C, D, and E in Plan cost column under same cost center 1  we want to put total planning cost say Rs 150000. Is it possible ? If possible kindly guide me.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Samrat

  • Reg : Project wise Budget.

    Dear All,
Is it possible to give Proejct wise Budget estimation using Budget setup.
    Waiting for your valuable response
    thanks & regards
    Venkatesh N

    Hello Rajesh
I had the same requirement from business than you: to develop a solution which allows business to limit document addition basing in project budget limits. After much thinking and thanks to different tips from people on this forum (Nagarajan, Gordon Du, Kennedy T and Johan Hakkesteegt are some of the ones who most have help me on this) I have been able to develop a solution which meets business requirements.
First thing that you have to consider is which document types you want to be blocked from adding when a project budget is going to be exceeded. At our case we have decided to check Draft purchase orders and Purchase invoices addition.
Next step would be to determine the calculation to estimate the budget for a concrete project. This is the calculation that system has to do each time a Draft PO or an invoice is going to be added on system:
Project Budget > Open Draft POs + Open POs + Open PO GR + Purchase Invoices - Open Goods returns
Basing on it our solution consist on:
6 UDF in OPRJ table: one for indicating the budget of each project, the other five for each variable on the budget limit calculation (Open Draft POs, Open POs...)
5 querys to use it as formatted searches in those UDF OPRJ fields, so each one of this fields displays the correct cumulative value. For example Open POs UDF has a query as FMS which calculates the cumulative amount for each project on open purchase orders and so on.
5 TN querys intended to update automatically the OPRJ UDF values when a document is added.
2 TN querys intended to check if the addition of certain documents is going to cause a project overrun. One query is for checkin Draft PO docs addition and the other to check Purchase invoices addition
A UDT to include every project whose budget has to be checked. (Business doesn't need to limit all projects).
I can share the queries in case you think that this solution could be useful for your needs.
    Thanks and regards

  • Internal Order Period-wise Budgeting

    Dear Experts,
I had search with all dimension regarding Internal Order Period-wise Budgeting. But I didn't get any proper information.
Can anyone pls let me know how to do Internal Order Period-wise Budgeting.
    Thanks in advance,
    Regards,
    Balaji Bhonsle

    Hello Balaji,
I don't think the option of budgeting period wise is available if you consider a period to be a month. However, you can have yearly budgets. This is monitored by the budget profiles that are configured in SPRO and attached to order types. However, in Planning (transaction KPF6) you can always plan monthly values but there would not be an availability control.
The reason might be that internal orders are event based cost objects and a month might be too short period to assess and therefore the option is provided anually. Whereas the performance monitoring can happen with help of planning the budgeting should be done only when availablity control is required.
    Kind Regards // Shaubhik

  • GL code FC wise budget

Presently we are using the Fund Center and Committment item mode to upload budget in fund managment and also we are able to get the report committment item wise and Fund center wise for analysis.
Want to know is there any option to upload budget Fund center  and GL code combination  as we are looking at analysis GL code wise
Is there any link from where we will be able to get the report - FC-Committment item-GL code wise budget vs actual data.
    with regards
    sathya

    Hi,
GL Account is a FI module master data and committment items belong to Funds Management module. The only way to achieve you objective is to create every GL account as a committment item.

  • Employee wise Budget and Expense Tracking in FM-BCS

    Hi Experts,
We have Activated FM-BCS to one of our client for budget tracking.  Our client needs Employee wise expenses tracking for better and effective control. There is a requirement of capturing the budget Amount and Actual Amount on the basis of Expenses wise, Department Wise and Employee wise.  For Example: Client wants to maintain the budget Employee wise Department wise and Expenses. Like
    Employee No (PERNR): 1234
    Department (Cost Center): Marketing
    Expenses (GL Code): Telephone Expenses
    Grouping of Expenses: Operating Expenses
Tracking Method: How much one Employee 1234 has budget for Telephone expenses and how much he has spend over a particular period.
So we have mapped as follows in FM-BCS to address the above issue:
    Cost Center = Fund Center
    GL Code = Commitment Items
    Group of Expenses = Fund
Through FMBB, we have given the budget values as follows:
Fund+Fund Centers+Commitment Items.  And actuals also we could capture.
But we are not able to map the Employee numbers in FM. How to accommodate / map the employee nos to FM Account Assignments. Can we map employee numbers to Funded Programs (700 employees in number and Overhead GL codes are around 50)
    Regards,
    Babjee

    Hi,
To start with, choosing 'fund' for representing group of expenses, does not make much sense. Your expenses are already mapped by commitment items, being representative object for G/L. If you want to group those, you can use simple hierarchy of commitment items. 'Fund', when used properly, belongs more to budget domain, rather than to the expenses. For example, it could represent the source of the budget.
Secondly, having budget control on employee level sounds bit strange. Is your client going to budget 700 employees with different combinations of G/Ls? For what reason? And what happens if employee exceeds the budget? They won't pay him? All this does not make much sense. I understand, if you want to collect statistical data on the expenses made by employees. You can do it either via CO (internal order) or via self-developed reports based on PERNR.
    Regards,
    Eli

    Rega
    laxmi

    Hi Friends,
I have an option which i am guessing is in T.Code-7KE1 you can give ur controlling name> give the layout name>version>from period>to period>fiscal year>co.code>profit center>account number>free in Entry down>select in top 2nd buttion period screen (F6) and ENTER so now you can give ur budget cost element wise for each and every month.
    Hope the explanation is clear.
    Have a nice time.
