I have a big problem, I a have active the ODS 0SAL_DS01 with the update rule 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1.
I have upload the data without problem.
When I want to see the data I have this message :
Your user master record is not sufficiently maintained for object Sales Org
System error: RSDRC / FORM AUTHORITY_CHECK USER NOT AUTHORIZED 0SAL_DS01 0SAL_DS01
Can someone help me please?

Hi Farchid,
You need auth for the SalesOrg Auth object that is securing this ODS. In RSSM, you can enter 0SAL_DS01 in the check for InfoProvider box and then click display. You should see a check mark against this auth object for SalesOrg. Makre sure that you have the related role assigned to your ID.

Run Su53 and check the authorization for the user that is getting this error.
Also, check for all the obejcts in the cube, whether any of them are marked "authorization relevant". If so and if you have authorization objects created on them, and have a variable on that characteristic and if values are maintained for that variable, make sure the user who is getting this error has value in that variable.

Hello,
I am having a problem regarding the execution of an Infospoke. This infospoke has an ODS as source and a DB table as a destination. Whenever I try to start the extraction of data a window pops up telling an error has occurred during exportation process. The monitor shows the following message: "System Error: RSDRC / FORM AUTHORITY_CHECK RSDRC". Its ID message is DBMAN.
I have been trying to solve this problem through several ways but I didn't succed. I look forward to receive some helping comment so that I can get throuh this problem.

This is a authorization errror. Please make sure you have enuff authorizations to run the infospoke. Refer to the following thread...

THe error message occurs whiulw reading data from ODS.

Though the note explains about the error while running report, it holds good in your case too.

First, word of caution with the logical file destinations... Sometimes they don't work as expected... I had a problem once that BW was ignoring it and still trying to copy the file in the default folder...
Ask your Basis or Security guys to activate a "Trace" for your user and then try to do it again... They'll be able to capture any issue in the Trace Log...

If you are a superuser, you should not get this error.
If not, you can not change any autohorizations.

AnyConnect error " User not authorized for AnyConnect Client access, contact your administrator"

Hi everyone,
it's probably just me but I have tried real hard to get a simple AnyConnect setup working in a lab environment on my ASA 5505 at home, without luck. When I connect with the AnyConnect client I get the error message "User not authorized for AnyConnect Client access, contact your administrator". I have searched for this error and tried some of the few solutions out there, but to no avail. I also updated the ASA from 8.4.4(1) to 9.1(1) and ASDM from 6.4(9) to 7.1(1) but still the same problem. The setup of the ASA is straight forward, directly connected to the Internet with a 10.0.1.0 / 24 subnet on the inside and an address pool of 10.0.2.0 / 24 to assign to the VPN clients. Please note that due to ISP restrictions, I'm using port 44455 instead of 443. I had AnyConnect working with the SSL portal, but IKEv2 IPsec is giving me a headache. I have stripped down certificate authentication which I had running before just to eliminate this as a potential cause of the issue. When running debugging, I do not get any error messages - the handshake completes successfully and the local authentication works fine as well.

Internal Error - User not authorized to use the gross profit module

We have a client who has a limited logistics license and just recently moved to 8.8. in the past he could deliver directly from a pick list but now he is getting an error "User not authorized to use the gross profit module". Is this something related to an authorization setting? Before the move this task was not an issue. Please advise.

Hi Gordon, one of our user just experienced the same problem in sales order.
In Form Settings he ticked "Display BP Catalog Number", and while he entered the catalog number he got the same error message.
I'm not sure what this has to do with the gross profit base method...maybe the fields "Gross profit" and "Gross profit base price"? Don't know where to set them up.

1. Execute the remoteGUI
<<Installed drive>>:\usr\sap\J2E\JC00\SDM\program\RemoteGui.bat
2. Click the "Connect to SDM server" (Menu "SDM GUI --> Login")
3. Give the hostname (DYNPRO) and port (50018)
4. Enter the password and click login.
Check whether you are able to login or not. If you are not able to login through the RemoteGUI, then the password might be wrong. Check the password.

Watch ESPN - User not authorized error

I'm a U-200 subscriber, I get all of the ESPN channels on u-verse. I recently moved to Kansas City from Chicago, and since the move I haven't been able to access Watch ESPN online. I've tried from my laptop, phone and two different tablets. I just get the User Not Authorized error. Does anyone know how to fix this? I don't have time to spend an hour on hold waiting for tech support.

I'm a U-200 subscriber, I get all of the ESPN channels on u-verse, and also BTN, NBCSN, etc.. I recently upgraded from Internet U-verse only to U-200 and Internet, switching from DirecTV. Unfortunately, when I try to use TV network apps on my iPhone and iPad (like ABC, Watch ESPN, NBC Sports Live Extra, Fox, BTN2Go, etc), after selecting ATT U-verse as my participating TV provider and entering my U-verse credentials, I just get the User Not Authorized error from every single app. Does anyone know how to fix this? I don't have time to spend an hour on hold waiting for tech support, and I am about to switch back to another provider after only three days with U-verse. Examples of errors: NBC Sports Live Extra: "We're Sorry it looks like you're not a subscriber to this channel. Please contact you're provider."ABC: "Error code:400-1. Unfortunately, you cannot access this content. Please contact your TV provider for further assistance."BTN2Go: "User is not authroized to this content."Watch ESPN: "Unable to play video. You are not authorized to play this content. Please contact your provider." Can someone please help??? Talked with two techs who have basically thrown up their hands saying they cannot help. Update on 6/9: So I sent a PM to ATTU-verseCare and quickly got a response from SadathCS. He called me and noticed that when I upgraded from Internet Only Uverse, the database they use to authenticate TV subs on these apps was not properly synched after my upgrade to the TV/Internet account bundle. He forced the sync and it is now working. Thanks SadathCS! issue solved.

Abort Syatem Error :RSDRC/FORM DATA_GET_ODS error in RSDRO_READ_ODS_DATA

Hi ,
when I execute the report/query from ODS i'm geting the follwing error and it is disconnecting from BW server.
" SQL Error 4030.
Abort Syatem Error :RSDRC/FORM DATA_GET_ODS error in RSDRO_READ_ODS_DATA .
ABORT system Error :in Program SAPLRSDRC and FORM DATA_GET_ODS "
I have checked the ODS seting and it was enabled and active.

I do not have problem loading data into my ODS.
My scenario is as follows:
1. The source field is OPTIME of type P and stores date and time
2. I created a Keyfigure ZOPDATE as date field of type DEC.
3. The aim is to take YYYYMMDD from OPTIME into the ZOPDATE InfoObject (KFG).
4. I Created a conversion routine to pick YYYYMMDD from OPTIME and assign it to ZOPDATE.
5. It worked fine and stored the data in ODS as DD.MM.YYYY.
6. I have a similar IO ZPUBLISH but getting its data from a date field POSTING_DATE
7. The problem is that ZOPDATE cannot be displayed as date in my query wheras ZPUBLISH can.
8. If I insert ZOPDATE in the query I get the error, and if I remove the query runs fine.
If I store the date field as Characterestics I may not be able to use as colunm in the report, that is why I wanted to have it as KFG.
Please someone should help out.

Error Message For BISystemUser: User not authenticated

We have migrated from DEV to PROD env.(11.1.1.1 -> 11.1.1.3). Along problems with bipublisher - there are some strange thingths: we successfully loging using weblogic account into AdminConsole и Enterprise Manager, but in Answers we get an error: invalid username or password.
nqserver.log:
...[ERROR:1] [] [] ... [tid: 1090] Error Message For BISystemUser: User not authenticated.
...[ERROR:1] [] [] ... [tid: 1090] [nQSError: 43126] Authentication failed: invalid user/password.
In oracle support we found such issue (Doc ID 1308389.1):
OBIEE 11g Error: "Unable to Sign in. invalid username or password was entered" After Changing Repository, Deleting BISystem User, Adding it Back (Doc ID 1308389.1)
Applies to: Business Intelligence Server Enterprise Edition - Version: 11.1.1.3.0 [1905] to 11.1.1.5.0 [1308] - Release: 11g to 11g
Symptoms: In OBIEE 11.1.1.3.0 using default authenticator, it is not possible to log in to OBIEE after changing repository. To troubleshoot, BIsystemuser was removed from global roles and added back again.
Getting error: Unable to Sign in. invalid username or password was entered
Changes: Changed repository, deleted BISystemuser, added the user back
Cause: Several changes e.g changing rpd, deleting bisystem user, adding the user back etc. occurred in the environment and caused log in to OBIEE to stop working
Solution: After a lot of troubleshooting e.g re-starting system in the correct order, refreshing GUIDs, re-start OBIEE with default SampleAppLite.rpd and web catalog, the error persists. The system was uninstalled and re-installed to avoid further corruption and configuration problems in the new installation. This resolved the problem
Does we have to 'reinstall or make a lot of troubleshooting e.g re-starting system ' to solve this error?
It seem to be funny for PROD environment. How we cam resolve this problem?

Are you saying you upgraded both dev and prod from 11.1.1.1 to 11.1.1.3 or that you migrated a dev 11.1.1.1 to a prod 11.1.1.3? What did you migrate?
At a rough guess the BISystemUser password is different in dev and prod (created by system on install) and in your 'migration' you've moved the dev credential across to prod.
If that's the case you need to change the bisystemuser password to something known and update the credential store password.
Another possibility might just be that you need to regenerate the GUIDs:

User not authorized for message processing

Hi,
I have a SM59 connection from SAP PI --> SAP R3.
Targethost sapr3T.mydomain.
Path prefix: /sap/xi/engine?type=entry
Process: From PI send a message to R3 (scenarie is a Server Proxy...)
User: PIPROXY has Role SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER
This is not enought I get error "User not authorized for message processing" when trying the connection from my PI server. (I tried with SAP_ALL and then it works)
What would be the right user role for this operation ?

I have the same problem in a XI -> BW scenario (Abap proxy).
I get error "User not authorized for message processing" when try to send message from PI to BW.
(I tried with SAP_ALL and then it works)
User: PI1REMOTE has Role SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER and SAP_XI_IS_SERV_USER
What would be the right user role for this operation ?

FI Archiving - System error: Customer/vendor line item not on OI basis

While archiving FI Documetns using object FI_Documnt, I am getting message System error: Customer/vendor line item not on OI basis for few non archivable documents. Is it like these also open items and can not be able to archive them. Or what is the root cause of these error message.

This error pertains to the accounting fundamentals and SAP does not have anything to do with this....you ask yourself that if you were not using SAP and simlar problem came your way what would you have done...this has no solution...
Either you wait for the next invoice with big amount but which seems bit impractical..
In this we really need to consult the Accounting Standards to see what it could allow.

Hello Everyone,
We are getting an error while trying to create an Universe via Microsoft -> MS Analysis Services 2014 -> OLEDB for OLAP Provider under Connection in UDT -"DBD: Error while trying to load the transport provider for odbc. Failed to load the library. System error: The specified module could not be found." We have installed BI 4.1 SP05 in our system. As per earlier posts in scn in BO XI 3.x this issue used to be for improper installation of Integration KIT but in our scenarion Integration KIT is within the BO 4.1 package so no seperate installation is required. Moreover I have checked whether all the driver is present under file: "C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\dataAccess\connectionServer\drivers" and seems everything is fine. But still I am getting this error. One important point is we could use IDT because in IDT still we don't have option to connect with 'Microsoft Analysis Services - 2014 (XMLA)' as we are using Microsoft Analysis Services 2014 version.
Kindly help if anyone has faced the same problem with SAP BO 4.1.

The problem is solved now after installing "OLEDB drivers from SQL Server 2012 Feature Pack". We had OLEDB drivers that comes directly from SQL Server but that did not worked out in our case.
