Hi,
How to sum the  total stock list displayed in T.code MMBE?
It's Urgent....
Reward points for helpful answers.

what is your release? in ECC 5.0 there's a sum on every level (total, plant, storage, batch ... ) as a default.

    Hi,
You can use this method. Are you passing structure value IS_LIPS-MATNR while calling the report for MMBE ?
    Edited :
Hope you are calling MMBE like
SET PARAMETER ID : 'MAT' FIELD is_lips-matnr.
    CALL TRANSACTION 'MMBE'.

  • Periodic Transfer of Master Data

    Hello,
I need assistance understanding the underlying config related to master data updates in R/3 and the resulting entries in GTS.
    Our setup:
    GTS (7.2) is a plug-in to CRM
CRM & R/3 in same logical system group (GTS)
EWM in unique logical system group (FEEDSYS) - based on SAP config guide and direction, we split feeder logical systems from GTS logical systems. all logical systems had resided in a single logical system group (GTS)
EWM > system for warehouse functions
R/3 > feeder system for material master
R/3 > GTS Plug-In activated (per SAP direction)
R/3 > Configure Control Settings for Document Transfer > MMOA mapped to our purchase order doc type at logical system and logical system group level
R/3 > Configure Control Settings for Document Transfer > MMOB mapped to our inbound delivery doc type (EL) at logical system and logical system group level for DTAVI
R/3 > Configure Control Settings for Document Transfer > MMOC mapped to our movement types 101 and 601, in addition to others
I mention the PO and Inbound delivery setup because we do see changes to material qty in R/3 after creating PO's and the subsequent IB deliveries.
We are trying to implement GTS as a bonded warehouse - storing material as duty-unpaid only.  We are not concerned with duty-paid status for this implementation.
There has been an initial transfer of material to GTS from R/3 via /SAPSLL/MENU_LEGALR3.  We have GTS master data marked as BondedWH.  Although T-Code MMBE shows qty's for the material, it does not match the qty being displayed in GTS stock overview.
The SAP GTS Config guide states, page 40, to create a job for RBDMIDOC, with a variant and have it scheduled.  We still need to do this part and it is my understanding this is to synce data.  With this, I am also trying to understand the use of change pointers in R/3, in addition to enhancement project SLLLEG04 for the User Exits for Material Masters.  I don't know if we need to worry about the SLLLEG04 enhancement or not.
I know there is more information I can provide on our current setup, but what major things are there to consider to get the stock overview qty's of GTS to actually reflect what's in MMBE, AND, be displayed as duty-unpaid, rather than duty-paid via the initial transfer function?
Any advise or experience getting R/3 to communicate correctly with GTS, especially in light of a bonded warehouse is greatly appreciated.
    Regards,
    Brian

    Hello Uwe,
Our intent for GTS is the use of bonded warehouse functionality.
As a part of preparation for go-live activities, we will stock the warehouse with material, this is a distribution center of service parts (replacement parts).  The stocking activitiy will be through STO's.  As a result, we expect all the material showing up in GTS to be duty-unpaid.  We will continue to receive material into the warehouse via STO's as no base-receipts are required at this time.
When we process orders through the warehouse system (EWM) we expect the qty's in GTS to reflect what has been shipped (exports).  As such, we will be able to reconcile any stock discrepancies with the authoriities.
My questions about intial transfer is my attempt to get some inventory showing in GTS, so that after I process the inbound deliveries based on PO's (STO) I see the inventory building in GTS.
The use of initial stock transfer may not be correct as I described my activities above, but with very little documentation specifying the actual process of establishing a bonded warehouse, especially in our landscape, I am working through this on a trial-and-error basis.
I hope this provides clarity on our goals.  I will continue to research the change pointers as I am still not sure of the relevance.
    Regards,
    Brian

  • Delivery not created in make to order cycle

    Hi
i am in the make to order process scenario and facing problems while creating a delivery after production order has been confirmed. The steps followed are
    1. i create an order with M1 and quantity 100 - T code : VA01
    2. i create a sales order BOM for the sales order created above and using material M1 - T cose : CS 61
    3. This is followed by a production cycle - planned order, production order and confirmation with lot size of 7.
    4. as one production order of size 7 is confirmed, the stock is generated of quantity 7 for the material M1. using MMBE i can see the stock being created.
    5. Now as i go and try and create the delivery against order created in step 1,  i get the error and that "No schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date".
    6. When i check my order in display mode, under schedule line it shows M1 with order quantity as 100 and confirmed quantity as 0.
Could you please advise if after the confirmation of production order, the schedule line in order will show quantity 7 and if i can delivery against it. Or is there any other way of creating the delivery.
    Thanks

    Hello,
In MTO scenario the following happens:
    1. Sales Order is created - standard requirements type determined is KE which fetches requirements class 040. The requirements class 040 has controls for MTO & special stock indicator will have entry as "E-orders on hand".
    2. After MRP is run the system will transfer the requirements to PP, a planned order will be created which is then converted into a production order.
    3. After running the production cycle the goods will be transferred to the finished goods storage location.
    4. Now when you check in the transaction code MMBE the system will show the material stock & under the sales order stock only.
    5. But when you check the sales order -- line item schedule line, the system displays the confrimed quantity as "zero".
    Explanation:
You created sales order for item A - 100 Quantities. Production was completed for 20 quantities. System shows sales order stock of 20 quantities only.
When you had created a sales order for item A the system after running the availability check would have determined a delivery date by way of which it would have shown you say 2 different schedule lines as under
    Delivery Date.............Order qty............Rounded Qty...........Confirmed Qty
    01/05/2009...................100......................100............................0
    15/05/2009.....................0.........................0.............................100
The second date the system determines taking into consideration the inhouse manufacturing time specified by you in the material master (MRP2 screen) & the other settings which aare applicable for the checking group specified in the material master.
On 15/05/2009, if you create a delivery, the system will allow you to create the delivery irrespective of the stock in the plant. But at the time of post goods issue you will face a quantity deficit error.
If the goods are received in the finished goods storage location before 15/05/2009 say on 10/05/2009, the system will not update the schedule line automatically & when you try to create a delivery the system will display the error "no schedule lines due for delivery".
    Solution:
Transaction code VA02 - select the sales order number - double click on the line item - go to schedule lines - here click on the button "Item Availability" or press "Ctrl + F5" to run the availability check. As you have stock of  7 quantity, the system will display 7 quantity on the curretn date. Select the option delivery proposal to continue. Now the system will show 2 schedule lines as under
    Delivery Date.............Order qty............Rounded Qty...........Confirmed Qty
    01/05/2009...................100......................100............................0
    10/05/2009.....................0.........................0..............................7
Save the sales order & then create a delivery. The system will not give any error.
Note: You have to manually confirm the quantities for a make to stock sales order in case if the goods are received before the delivery date specified by the system.
    With best regards,

    hi,
once your order is created and also delivery, there is no problem in the data of the material.
the only possibility is that you must have skipped the post goods issue step or if PGI is mandatory for delivery creation then there must not be appropriate stock for that item.
you can check the stock of that particular material in the specific plant by t.code MMBE.
    regards,
    Siddharth.

In MB51 you can add fields for selection. You can add "Cost Center" as one of the selection parameter from SPRO.
IMG-MM-Inventory management and Physicl inventory -Reporting-Define field selection for Material document list
when you select this it wil display the fileds you can add for selection screen. If you page down this you can find "Cost center" MSEG-KOSTL , bydefault not Tick marked for Selection screen.

  • Difference between accounting document of PGI and billing

    Hi,
I want to know the basic differences between the accounting document created after PGI and accounting document generated after billing?

    Dear Christino,
To generate Accounting Document after PGI, following settings need to be done:
    T. Code: OMS2
For your Plant and Material-Type, "Value Update" must be checked.
Also, a relevant accounting document is assigned the material document or not.
In Sales Order, we have condition tpe VPRS, which captures the standard value from material master after costing run.
When we do pgi we need to do inventory accounting & stock reduction should take place. As a result, the following posting takes place:
    1. T. Code: MMBE - Stock get reduced from the plant/storage loc.
    2. T. Code: MD04: Out bound del. note and the qty. set off in stock requirement list
Also check, [A/C Doc. for PGI|Account Determination for PGI document]
Whereas, After Invoice, the Accounting Document generates, as an effect:
Customer A/C gets Debited and Sales A/C gets Credited.
For more, refer: [A/c Doc.|Accounting entries and material moment types after PGI]
    Best Regards,
    Amit
    Note: In General,
A/C Doc. Type after PGI: WL
A/C Doc. Type after PGI: RV
