Dear Experts,
Pls can u tell me table for multilevel bom exposion where i can get the lower level material.
Regards,
Sunil Patil

Dear Mr.Sunil,
Use tables MAST,STKO,STPO,STAS.
STPO               BOM Item Details
STPU               BOM Sub Items (designators)
STKO         BOM Header Details
MAST              BOM Group to Material
STZU              BOM History Records
STAS              BOM Item Selection
STPF        BOM Explosion Structure
PLMZ     Allocation of bill of material items to operations
T codes are CS11 - Display BOM Level By Level
CS12 - Display Multilevel BOM
CS13 - Summarised BOM.

  • Tables for BOM Header and Components

    Dear Friends,
Please let me know which tables provide a link between the header Material and corresponding Component Materials of a BOM?
I have seen STKO and STPO but couldn't find such a link in them. STPO gives the component material but I couldn't get any link to Header material.
    Regards,
    Alok.

    Hello Alok,
Table for BOM header             - STKO
Table for BOM item                - STPO
Table for material to BOM link - MAST
Check if MARC table has a material in it and the same material is available in MAST also, it means that BOM has been created for that material..
If Material is available in MARC and not available in MAST, it means BOM has not been created for that material.
    Reward Points, if useful.
    Regards,
    Nitin.

  • Agile PLMA: MDS mapping table for BOM table

    Hi,
I'm looking for BOM equivalent table in mds schema.
    Currently OBIEE 10g is installed.
It would be really helpful, if you could share the entire schema mappings (Agile to MDS schema).
    Thanks,
    Prem.

Any hints on this would be highly appreciated.
    Regards,
    Prem.

  • Database fields and tables for BOM

Please help on following points which are from requirement on the new program i have to develop.
    (1) Source the Material Quantity
The new program will need to search all plant/s if the plant field in the search criteria is blank, or alternatively, search the material, plant and storage location criteria combination, for the current unrestricted stock quantity of material/s.
i can find this Unrestricted stock value  from the material master field – MARD-LABST. am i correct?
(2)Locate the Bill of Material  High Level materials.
When the quantity of material/s at the plant/s is sourced, the program will then need to goto the Bill of Material (BOM) functionality in SAP to find the Valid (on the current date) High Level material/s, associated with the BOM Low Level material number entered into the program screen. If the materials entered into the program matnr field is not a Low Level BOM, then report the error in the spool report.
this is the point where i am stuck, please tell me how cani do this. i mean from which tables i have to fetch the high lavel material associated with BOM low level material number. also i don't know how do we identify the high and low lavel materials in a BOM.
Finally i have to create a batch program for Transfer Posting (Material to Material Transfer) to convert Low lavel BOM material into high lavel BOM via transaction MB1B, which can be done only when above secoond issue is resolved.

  • Table for BOM changes

Is there a report that I can run to find all BOM changes for a specific date? Is there a table that I can query that would hold this information?
I would also like to perform the same search for recipies and material master changes.

    Hi
    YOu can use CS80.
I think you must be aware about the BOM history maintenance which you select at the time of customization.
After you select the indicator please go to the table MKAL and find out the BOM.
It will show you all the changes made in a particular BOM
also you can find the change records in tables CDHDR (Header records), CDPOS (Item records), CDATA (Details)
    Material master changes - MM04
Recipe change report - check C260 and C261

  • Table for Valid to date in BOM item

    Hi Exeprts,
Can any one help me on this in which db table Valid to date:DATUB is Updates with reference to Change Number.
    Best Regards,
    Venkata Siva.

    Hi
The Valid-to date will always be set to 31.12.9999. Instead you can get the valid-to date using the below logic.
-> Get all the BOM from T415A table for the material number into T_T415A
    -->LOOP AT t_t415a.
ON CHANGE OF t_t415a-matnr OR t_t415a-werks OR t_t415a-stlal.
          IF sy-tabix NE 1.
            MOVE : v_matnr TO t_dates-matnr,
                   v_werks TO t_dates-werks,
                   v_stlan TO t_dates-stlan,
                   v_datuv TO t_dates-datuv,
                   v_stlal  TO t_dates-stlal.
            IF v_matnr NE t_t415a-matnr.
              t_dates-datub = c_99991231.
            ELSE.
              t_dates-datub = t_t415a-datuv - 1.
            ENDIF.

  • Table for Assembly indicator checkbox in BOM

Please inform me about Table for Assembly indicator checkbox in BOM
    Field name--- STLKZ.
If table is not there then how to find if this field is checked or Not checked  in development program

    Dear Mayuresh,
There is no table where in you can get this information which has got an assembly of its won.
Either you can use CS11,CS12 or CS13 for limited level explosion or else to identify for which
components an assembly exists for itself.
Or else at Functional module level.

  • Report for BOM materials

    Dear Experts,
i have scenario which i need to capture but do not have any standard report and for that reason i am going in for Z development of the reports. please guide me so as to which field to be pulled to get the desired output.
    Scenario:
We create Purchase order with a version control
    1. First version has the data which act as baseline and we want to compare rest of the  versions as variance
    2. If the line item in PO is a subcontracting material with L- then the subcomponents will be present as a BOM
    3. when i ammend the PO for the Qty the BOM items also get ammended but do not reflect in the version control - display changes
    4. I want to capture the PO with each line item against which there is qty change and also the material BOM change due to qty change.
Is there any table from which i capture the data.
Pl. help me out it would be of great help
    Thanks & Regards,

    hello,....
problem: using BOM in VA01...for free goods material.....
I am working on user exit for BOM...I need to write a code in FV45SFCO_CONFIGURATION_SET_STM under this we have call customer funcion '003'
if we click on this we will enter in include ZXVVAU12.....In this including I need to write the code(user exit) by using XSTB table and the values in that table I have to populate in XVBAP.......for the BOM Explosion........when we use VA01......
so please tell me how can i write the code in that exit ...by getting the data from XSTB to XVBAP........by using the field STLAL (It is Alternative BOM in BOM Screen)...for example if I select '05' (stlal) BOM type.....the values in XSTB populate in XVBAP...
    anyone help me on this........
Otherwise give me any other sample code for the userexit BOM so that I will learn...a lot from that....
    Thanks in advance,
    Madhu

    Hi Madhu,
You can try something like this to read XSTB in user exits EXIT_SAPFV45S_003.
DATA: XT_XSTB LIKE STANDARD TABLE OF SDSTPOX WITH HEADER LINE.
    FIELD-SYMBOLS: <XSTB> TYPE TABLE.
    DATA: FIELD_NAME(30) VALUE '(SAPFV45S)XSTB[]'.
    ASSIGN (FIELD_NAME) TO <XSTB>.
    XT_XSTB[] = <XSTB>.
READ TABLE XT_XSTB WITH KEY STLAL = '05'.
    IF SY-SUBRC = 0.
....                      <--- your logic to move to VBAP
    ENDIF.
