Hi,
Table VBFA gives you the complete document flow. Pass delivery number as preceeding document. You will get MIGO doc in the succeeding doc.

To find out the A/c document for a posted condition I have done the following.
VICNCN - Select the RE KEY [INTERNO]
VICDCFPAY Field INTERNO = VICNCN INTERNO gives you the cashflow.
VICDCFPAY -REFGUID - Select this value and then link it to VIRADOC - DOCGUID. [ For posted / processed payment conditions this column will not be blank ]
Select VIRADOC - REFDOCID and provide it as input to BKPF - AWKEY which provides you with FI-document details. -

Thanks.For any PO in ME23n in which Goods receipt has happened, you can check in the itemdetails->Po history tab in ME23n.
Here you will find the material document number. Just click on the material document, it will take you to anpther screen here you will find a button for FI document.
Click that button for FI document. In PO history istelf you can see the Condition types.

I think you can automate that process. In each application I use a one-record-table in the FE with a field Connected. Connected is default False.
Starting a database in the development mode ignores this flag. Starting a database in production mode starts, if Not Connected, a procedure to RefreshLink the tables to the BE, and makes Connected = TRUE, so a next startup does not
result in a new RefreshLink.
Instead of a Boolean you could also use a string containing the path, or whatever you want.

I know that the table HRP1001 links users to Org Unit but i cannot find the BP

you can always find the link between Org unit O and its related BP in table HRP1001.
Key in Org unit ID in the table selection parameter OBJID and execute. It will list postions (S) assigned to the Org ID and its BP number. Look at the relation B207(subtype) which will show O-BP assigment. It will be the last entry in the output list.

AvinashHi, you can link AP and PO tables in this way: please consider for the AP side table AP_INVOICE_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL, where you will find all Invoices' distributions. In this table there is a field called PO_DISTRIBUTION_ID that is the right link to PO.

How to link tables EKKO, EKPO, EIKP and EIPO
What I'm trying to do is create a view based on these four tables. EKPO contains multiple rows with the same values for EBELN. EKKO contains all distinct values for EBELN. I am trying to pick up all rows from both tables where EBELN in EKPO is the same as in EKKO. This is simple enough for a select statement to handle, without creating a view. The tricky part is linking the relevant rows selected from EKKO and EKPO to EIKP and EIPO. I tried using EXNUM to link EKKO, EIKP and EIPO, but I'm not sure that EXNUM contains distinct values for all 3 tables. In the case of EIKP it doesn't matter because the values for the fields I want (VORNU and VORNA) will be the same for the rows selected from EKKO and EKPO. The problem is with linking EIPO to my selections. If I knew that EXNUM was distinct for all rows in EIPO there would be no problem. However, I have seen some cases where multiple rows in EIPO have the same values for EXNUM. If I am using EXNUM in EIPO as a key field I have no way of being sure that the fields I want to pick up from EIPO (NACNU, BEHOE, NACD2, PRUEL and NACN3) contain the correct values I require. An example of what I am trying to do might make this clearer:

GRC PC 2.5 table for task plan and testlog and its link
Hi,
I want to know the list of tables used and the link between the tables related to GRC PC.
Mainly I need tables involved while creating task plan, test logs. We need to develop a report using this data. We need to know how the tables are linked. We saw some two, three GRPC tables, in which the primary key is GUID. We need to know how this GUID is getting generated and on what basis we can retrieve this information from the tables.
There is one report in report center of GRC PC 2.5. In that selection screen, is it possible to add another filed and based on that retrive data.

I can offer the following:
1) SP07 was released on 4/20/2009 and contains a new report "Test Step Status." You might want to look at this report so you don't unnecessarily reinvent the wheel. This would, however, require application of SP07. That report has 42 available fields.....lots of data.
2) The table that contains Test plan Master data is HRP5327.
We previously had minor reporting change required and SAP was able to issue a fix for it. The request was a minor, natural extension of an existing report. Part of the problem is that we have very limited web dynpro ABAP skills in house so development of a report was very time consuming. Another option you might want to look at is BI.

I modify last sentense because one table primary key is equal to another table Foreign key i.e
one table ID field = another table ID field or one table NAME field = another table Name field.
Please understand my intenction and check linking fields in tables.

Hi,
I'm currently working on a program in FI and CO where I must determine PRIMARY postings (FI Postings from table BKPF/BSEG) REPOSTINGS (table COVP, VRGNG = RKU3) and
DISTRIBUTION (table COVP, VRGNG = RKIV).
The problem is that I need to link the table COVP to BKPF/BSEG to see the initial FI documents.
There is a field in COVP called REFBN which contains the reference document number from FI. It's ok for REPOSTINGS but is empty for DISTRIBUTION.
Is there any other table that can link CO DISTRIBUTION (VRGNG = RKIV) to it's original FI document?
