Tax Fields for GST,HST and PST

Hi,
I am on a project in Canada and we have following tax numbers which has to be printed on customer Invoice. The question is in which field we should populate these numbers (legal requirement) to enable it to print on the invoice.
1. GST
2. HST
3. PST
Thanks,

Hi,
As per my knowledge once we given the tax code in p.o it will be automatically come to the invoice in item level .
After that we want to calculate the tax amount through  by selecting the taxcode and put the tick mark in calculate tax check box then system will calculate the taxes as per your given taxcode in p.o .
Thanking you

  • GST,HST and PST-How to report the canadian tax codes in the expense report?

    Hi,
we are implementing SAP T&E for Canada and we have a requirement regarding with the Canadian taxes.
The taxes calculation for Canada will not be done in SAP FI. This tax calculation it will be done in another solution, out of SAP.
What Travel Management have to guarantee is when the posting is done the taxable amounts are transferred to fields XREF1 and XREF2 of the finance document.
What we would like to know is:
    1) when the traveler is entering his receipts, he has to insert at least all the possible combinations of the GST/HST/PST using the field VAT code. The field VAT code is enough or another field will be necessary?
    2) when the posting is done the taxable amounts are calculated and transferred to the required fields XREF1 and XREF2 (BaDI). These two fields are enough or it will be necessary another one, as we have three taxe types (GST, HST, PST)??.---
In Canada , i think that we can have only HST or GST/PST and depending on the provincies we can have one method or the the other and only the values for PST are differents.
    Could you please help?

    Hi Francis,
Check the BADI "TRIP_WEB_CHECK" method "USER_CHECK_GENERAL_DATA".
Here based on the schema you can modify the "estimated cost" field.
    Hope it helps.

    Hi,
dates will be stores in the table 'SCAPPTSEG'.
I double checked it. This table stores all the date types of one order transactions...
    The relationship is as follows..
    CRMD_ORDERADM_H- guid = crmd_link-guid_hi
    crmd_link-guid_set = SCAPPTSEG-APPL_GUID.
    Thanks and regards,

        Hi,
you should try with FM: CRM_DATES_READ_SINGLE_OB or CRM_DATES_READ_DB.
There is something in table SCAPPT and SCGENAPPT.

        Hi,
I can tell you where the pricing records are saved, replicated from ECC.
The data from ECC table Axxx (e.g. A304) is replicated to CRM table
    CNCCRMPRSAPxxx (e.g. CNCCRMPRSAP304).
Here you can find fields TIMESTAMP_TO and TIMESTAMP_FROM.
About the dates: what Sreekantha Gorla stated, about table 'SCAPPTSEG' is correct.
What might help is to execute program "CRM_ORDER_READ". Here you can find
    the relevant entries also.
    regards,
    Wim

I have selected the sales data from the VBRK and VBRP tables which is for sales information and now i need to find out the Stock information. My Requirement is to maintain sales stock and to show the Turn Over Ratio ???
Can you tell me the tables and the fields where i will get them ...
I m calculating my Stock as:

In MSEG there is field for Sales order number as well as item number from that you can get the Goods issues quantity, similarly in MSEG you also have purchase order number and purchase order item numner from which you can get the goods purchased quantity by passing it to VBAP and EKPO respectively.

    Hi Srinivas,
Can you please tell me how the service tax will get calculated in rental conditions?
I've made the following configuration settings:
    Step1: RE-Fx>> Accounting>> Automatically Generated Accounting Documents>> Summarize Documents:
Under this node>> Set Item Summarization "Active" for the particular co. code.
Step 2: Defined service tax under "Tax Type" for country INDIA
    Step3: Under the IMG node:
    RE-Fx>> Accounting>> Integration FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP>> Assign Tax Code:
I've maintained Service Tax (tax type) to the country IN.
Also in the contract under posting parameters tab; i've maintained the Tax Type as Service Tax.
In conditions tab also, when I'm simulating the condition, I'm getting the correct entries, (as shown in the screen shot):
    Condition Amount: 20,0000 INR
Net Cnd Crrncy: 20,000 INR (for the month of July)
    Tax Cnd Crrncy: 2472 INR.
However, when I'm doing RERAPP; i'm unable to post the condition. Getting the 2 errors (screen shot attached):
    1) Tax code S2 does not exist in company code E500
    2) Taxes by item is activated; consequently, transfer by item is mandatory
Kindly pl. assist where I'm going worng or any configuration missing due to which I'm unable to execute RERAPP for a condition (with service tax calcultaion) for a commercial lease in contract.
    Thanks

  • Grey field for project definition and WBS element

    Dear all,
I have created a project and WBS element in CJ01. Now I go via CJ02 to the change mode and the project ID and WBS element ID is not greyed out. But I would like that the system shows these key fields as not changeable anymore, only fields like description should be changable. Can you please tell me, which customizing step I missed to get the grey field for project ID/WBS element ID?
FYI  I do not use a project mask to create the project.
    Thanks for your answer.
    Heidi

    Hi Heidi ,
I don't think you can grey out the Project Definition and the WBS Element fields after the creation .
If you want to restrict the users to change the Proj definition and WBS , a better way is through
Authorization objects and restricting only specified users to change the WBS

  • Creating custom fields for manual entry and fields that gather data from Active Directory

So I am no SQL developer but I am being asked to do this.. I've spent the last few days researching but cannot find anything related to my particular situation.
I have made a copy of the following report to add or modify a few columns:
Hardware 01A - Summary of computers in a specific collection
    So I have 2 questions:
How do I create a field that will search the "Managed By" tab in the Computer Properties window in Active Directory.
How do I create a field that can be manually updated for example: "Date Deployed" or "Deployed By: Analyst"
I understand I need edit this in SQL report builder and think I know how to create the columns. I believe all I am really asking is.. What are the SQL statements I need to write in order to get this to work?
I'm sure it's not as cut and dry as I hope it to be so I will be standing by to try to answer any further information that you will want to know.
    thanks!

Before you can accomplish this you need:
"Managed by" -attribute has to be added to your Active Directory System Discovery, more on this here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb693618.aspx
For "Date Deployed", I'd use a custom Tattoo script in your task sequence to "Tattoo" the installation info in the registry, after that I'd configure the Hardware Inventory to pick that from the registry, more on this here: http://ccmexec.com/2012/08/script-to-tattoo-the-client-registry-during-osd/
    and here: http://www.petervanderwoude.nl/post/reporting-about-the-all-the-different-os-deployment-versions-with-configmgr-2012/
After those prerequisites, you can start working with SQL reports. More info here: http://myitforum.com/myitforumwp/2012/10/29/sccm-2012-reporting-for-dummies-creating-your-own-ssrs-reports/

  • Creating Ztable with fields for URL link and making available in ESS Portal

    Hi,
I have a requirement for maintaining URLs in a table, The URL can be unspecified length.
Table maintainance should also be provided.
I have searched SDN for this. But could not find the appropriate solution.
I have to pass these entries to ESS Portal through RFC.
Can I pass a string more than 255 chars. as an export parameter in an RFC.

you can have the field length what ever you want, but you can;t maintain them using Tablemaintenance. you can do one thing using some bdc or upload program update the table with the url what ever you have.
and also you can pass the parameter with more than 255 chars length using the function module.

  • Update KOMV-KBETR field for sales order and billing

I would like to update the KOMV-KBETR (condition amount or percentage) under condition tab for both Sales order and billing.
example:There are two condition types ZA00 and ZB00 and need to get the KBETR value from ZA00 and add it to KBETR value of ZB00 and update the sum in KBER value of ZB00.
    1. creation of sales order & billing.
    2. Change of sales order & billing.
    3. For single & multiple line items in both sales order & billing.
    4. during updation of price in the change mode of sales order & billing.
5.When user click on Update button in the condition tab(i.e., when clicked on Carryout new pricing)
I tried with the VOFM routine but as the routine is triggering multiple times the sum is calculated again and again. For that I set flags also.It is working for sales orders but for billing creation the field XKOMV-KBETR is cleared after this routine.
So I would like to know are there any EXITS for this scenario or any one entountered the similiar issue which I am facing.

    Hi Brad,
It is an Client requirement. So need to do the addition of that condition types.
Can you please let me know the configuration point where we can do it and the condition type which we need to update the Rate/Amount value.ie., KOMV-KBETR is and Price list value and not the subtotal one.
    Thanks,
    Srilakshmi Lagisetty.

  • On forms central -- can you format fields for phone # and zipcode

is a form is sent out, the data that is returned is non -formated, or if i collect a field called zip code and it has a 0 as the zero is not returned

I realized something - I would recommend that you change the field type for the Zip Code and Phone number fields, I'd guess you are using a "Number field" and should consider using "Text Field".
I have a habit of using "text" fields for zip codes and phone numbers, using a text field the entire string (with leading 0s) is submitted to the response table.
If you use a Number field the leading "0" is stripped out but if you use a text field the entire number entered by the user will be shown in the response table.
    Thanks,

  • CO-PA : How to define separate value fields for Revenue & Incoming SO

    Hello friends,
In CO-PA reports, how can I see separate value fields for Revenue (ERLOS) and "Incoming Sales Order" ? I created a value field for incoming sales order value.
But when I goto customizing for CO-PA, Transfer of Incoming Sales Orders and Transfer of Billing Documents refer to the same tcode KE4I. So its not possible for me to define a condition type to 2 separate value fields.....how can I see both incoming sales order value and revenue (from invoices) together ?
Any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
    Cheers
    Ken

    Hi
In COPA value flow from a condition type thru a value feild.
One condition type can be assinged to only one value feild ratio
    Condition    :        Value feild
         1                         1
    But where as ratio between
    Value feild              :         Condition
          1                                     N
Apart from above check the operating concern check for the values & characteristics and activate.
    Thanks
