The last two times I used my credit cards over the internet they were compromised. If someone is accessing this information how can I make my computer secure?
My guess is that it's not your Mac, it's the sites where you're inputting you information. Always look for the lock icon and to see if the vendor is using a secure https site, and then hope for the best. Nothing these days is completely secure.

There is no sign of any purcases in my itunes store. Where can I get a person to talk to from I tunes? Has any one had this happen to them?
Look at you purchase history.
Open itunes, click on your name in the top right corner and go to your account and look.
BTW, there is no telephone support for itunes at all. -
How do I purchase a number of apps at one time through iTunes using just one credit card transaction. So far it seems that each app purchase is a separate transaction. Is there a shopping cart facility? I can't find one if there is. I'm traveling so each credit card transaction is quite costly.

It is true.
You will be billed for iTunes purchase exactly the same as if you are at home. The CC company will not add any fees.
When purchasing through iTunes, it is NOT an overseas transaction. The transaction will simply show up as a regular transaction in your iTunes store. You will be charged/billed according to your address in iTunes, not where you physically are located.
When you make a purchase in a shop, the retailer ID/location is sent with the transaction allowing the CC company to figure the exchange rates and bill the correct amount. -

If you access your account in itunes, you should be allowed to chose "none" as a payment choice. However, I do know at times that the service will not give you a choice for that. If it doen't give you a choice, and you have to place in a payment method. It's okay. Simply place in a credit card or a debit card that has to be processed as a credit card, and it will allow you to use the service. Even though you are not purchasing anything, your card will not be charged. I hope this helps.

HT2534 Where did the option go to not use a credit card for Apple ID?
I downloaded itunes and began to make an Apple ID on iTunes. When I saw that it required a credit card, I came to this support site http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534. I followed the instructions for a computer but found that there was no option 'NONE' on the billing page. I then tried making an Apple ID online and that worked, but when I tried to use that ID to log on to iTunes it still required a credit card. I could only use the account for discussions. I don't have a credit card, and nor was I planning on purchasing anything. I simply wanted to keep CD's on it and maybe some free books/music. Did this option change for the new version of iTunes or am I doing something wrong?

an I resolve the issue...If you haven't already done so then change your password on your account e.g. by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores on your iPad and logging into your account, via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http://appleid.apple.com - if you do it on your computer or that website you might then need to log out (by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores) and back into your account on your iPad so as to 'refresh' the account on it.

The itunes store says "this card cannot be used with the iTunes store. Please use another payment method". It's the same card I've always used, it's valid, up to date, and in good standing, and works everywhere else. What' up with this? I don't want to use a different card.
