can be configured as a cron
entry has to be present in /etc/hosts

1: Make a Dummy report. From some post parameter form trigger, run your original report with "srw.runreport" call. The original report can generate output to a file.
2: Then withing this dummy report run, call a user exit to zip the
original reports output. You need to write this user exit and attach them
with reports.
3: Now use Report 9i distribution for this dummy report to sent this external zip file through mail.

Generate dynamic reports using sql query and send via mail

Can anyone provide me the links to dynamically generate the sql query based reports and send it to Mail. it should be called from the scheduler program using PL/SQL

suppose you have the query as
spool myrep.txt
select * from emp where rowid<3;
spool off
write the query in the emp.sql query at any directory like d:\sqljobs\emp.sql
the call make a batch file like sndml.bat and write the following codes
sqlplus scott/tiger@orcl @d:\sqljobs\emp.sql

I want this as the report is having more than 70000s of records.
Also the XLS has the limitation of 2^16 records and the report is having more than this

Is it a way to read Multiple Attachment and send all - Mail Sender?

 Can you please tell me how to send multiple Attachment in Mail Sender Adapter ?
 I am able to bring Multiple Attachement in Payload .But, Only one attachemen't data is passed to IS.
 First form the attachement i read as row bye row. Rowe like 123 56 98 56 96 like that , then in Integration Process i am using XSLT Mapping to get my required format .
 It is getting the data from the First Attachement only. But i am having Three attachement in payload as MailAttachement-1 , MailAttachement-2 , MailAttachement-3 like that .
 Can you please tell me how to pass to IS as one by one attachement ?

You want to separate each attachment in one single message?
If yeah, change your xslt mapping to a multimapping, which generate the several messages.
If not, in the receiver mail adapter, select "keep atachments" checkbox.

The add annotations field shows as not allowed in the security options. So how do I send this form back with the changes??

I think you you need to click 'save' first, then it is saved to acrobat, where it will prompt to send.

It's difficult to do more than guess when you don't say what version of OS X or Pages you're running, but if you're on the latest, have you tried the Share menu -> Send via Mail command?

"Send Via Mail" is greyed out in PAGES. Why?

Experiencing an intermittent failure of the "Send Via Mail" pull-down menu feature.
It's often "greyed out" and will not allow us to send from withing the Pages application.
Anyone have any ideas?

You haven't set up the SMTP (outgoing) mail server correctly. You probably didn't enter your user ID and password for the outgoing server. They are needed even though it says "optional".

Sql server agent alert is not sending a mail

You can test the connectivity with any server who has smtp access and execute osql to send email to required people.
Below command can be put into bat file and named as DB_MirrorAlert.bat
osql -U XXXX -P XXXXX -S Test123 -h-1 -s "|" -w 50 -n -i E:\DBscript_Santosh\DB_MirrorAlert.sql > E:\DBscript_Santosh\DB_MirrorAlert.csv
OR
osql -E -S Test123 -h-1 -s "|" -w 50 -n -i E:\DBscript_Santosh\DB_MirrorAlert.sql > E:\DBscript_Santosh\DB_MirrorAlert.csv
In above command, you are connecting to a server where db email works fine for you and then you are executing a script wherein you can put alert for success or failure like below:
Success Alert:
Create a success alert file named as DB_MirrorAlert.sql as you are calling above in bat file and put all scripts in one folder.

For example, you can embedded the PDF image in the report and stored as text in the report definition.
2.Reporting Services includes an e-mail delivery extension and a file share delivery extension which you can send report to user or group through e-mail or send the report to a shared location on your network.
If you want to send the report to FAX, you may try to create a custom delivery extension depend on your faxing software.
