Trackpad "clicking" and "highlighting," but I'm not clicking
As the thread title says, my MacBook Air's trackpad is randomly clicking on things and highlighting on things that I'm not instructing it to do. I've checked and I made sure that the "tap to click" option was turned off, so I don't feel this is user error. Anybody have any explanation or ideas?
Got the same problem when I opened my Trackpad preferences and turned on "Dragging" (underneath the Tap to Click box).
Turned it back off, which fixed the problem.
Though, I must click down the trackpad in order to drag, but I can live with that
Don't know if you all use those settings, but if you do, turn off Dragging until Apple releases a fix and it'll work all right
If not... Apple, somethings messed up with Tap to Click's Dragging function.

I have an Apple Trackpad that shows that it is connected with Bluetooth but it is not responding. I've tried restarting the computer, disconnecting and reconnecting and also turning the trackpad on and off but it simply does not respond. Does anyone have any idea on what is going on here?
There are reports of similar behavour but generally it is due to battery connections. Is the indicator light working steadily or does it blink or even not function. Here is the Apple document dealing with some of the problems.

Is your machine within the guarantee period or under Apple care. If so, return it to any apple retailer for examination and possible replacement. -

In iTunes these should theoretically be available on the iTunes Store home page.
On the right of that page under Quick Links find Purchased section (if available for your country) and then choose the TV Show category and choose to download there - it doesn't happen automatically.
If not in US you won't be able to redownload movies (yet anyway).
If a title is not available there are reasons for this but you'd expect it to be if you've only just bought it.
Actually I prefer buying in iTunes - I bought some TV episodes on AppleTV but cannot complete my season in iTunes - maybe i can't for that show (support were useless) but I do wonder if it's because the purchase was made on ATV.

I just got my Ipad and I can not download apps. I get a message saying my Apple ID has been disabled. I have reset my password, I can access itunes and icloud but still can not download apps. Can someone please tell me how to get my ID activated? TY
Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it -
I bought the photoshop install online and I put it on my laptop. But now I have a new and better computer for photo and video but I can not figure out how to reinstall my photoshop on this new computer. When I bought it, they said I would be able to install it on 2 different computers. PS they are both PC computers.

need to be able to setup printing for my Ipad2. How do I find the instructions. THe printer is installed and capable, but I do not see it from either my iPad2 OR iphone 4. Please advise.
1. Make sure you've updated the printer firmware and successfully printed the test sheet from the printer.
2. Make sure that your iPad is on the same network as your printer.
3. Try printing from an app. To print this page from Safari, for example, go to the rectangle with the right- facing arrow on the toolbar, choose Print from the drop down menu, select your printer, and click Print.
Printing in apps is usually under the rectangle-arrow symbol, but is also sometimes found under the wrench- "tools" symbol. -
I installed a font (french cursive) into elements 11, and restarted but it's not showing up. It shows up for other programs. What am I doing wrong?
Elements uses the installed system fonts. You install them in the fonts folder. On windows click the start button and type fonts into the search box to find the folder with all your fonts. If you downloaded the cursive fonts in a zip folder you musy first extract (unzip) the files and then copy or drag them into the fonts folder.

getting the same answer everytime I try to log into i cloud. I get a message that I have a valid ID and password but it is not an icloud account. I have tried for almost a entire year to go there. i have re-downloaded the icloud contorl panel. before I got this notebook HP windows 8 it was easier . I do not like Internet explorer so I downlloaded.Google chrome. What must I do to go to icloud? I tried Internet Explorer and chrome. I buy music on itunes and I am not sure I get all the content I purchase. I have had to reset my password often and my email address to. I once spoke to a live tech a long while ago and he helped me combine all my purchased and downloaded music. Now its impossble to talk to anyone on the phone or even online and i am frustrated.
You must create the account using an Apple device, a Mac (Lion or greater) or an IOS device (IOS5 or greater). Having done that you will be able to sign in from your Windows machine.
FYI, iCal is an application that can display calendars from iCloud (and others) it is not a calendar itself, merely a calendar client. In Windows Outlook is the calendar client. -

I have an account for apple but this is not acceptable for i cloud. It say it is correct ID and password but this is not icloud account. So my phone can not connect with my computer and not synchronization too. Last a few months i have not use this phone. Just i start to use again. Correct. That is only a feature of iOS 5 or later...

Check if your new username/email address is verfied
If this works, delete your account on your iPhone (Settings > iCloud)

Well, to paraphrase the old line, "What're you gonna believe, that email or your own lying eyes?"
The first thing I'd recommend trying is to power down your iPad (press & hold Sleep/Wake until the red OFF slider appears, then slide it to shut down), and then boot it back up and try again. You're resetting a bunch of state signals by doing that and this simple action (the first of a series recommended by Apple in your Users Guide) will quite often clear up these sorts of problems. -
I can receive e-mails but I can't open them. I tried turning the wi-fi on and off but that did not help. Has anyone had a similar problem?
Try to reset your iPad, pressed the On/Off button and the Homebutton at the same time till you see the Apple logo in the screen.
