Transaction Overview tab in CiC0

Good Day
Please help.  If a user opens a transaction in CIC0, and then goes to Document flow and the Overview tab, the system takes a long time to retrieve the data.  Does anyone know how we can improve the performance on this?  We have applied the performance improvement notes for CIC0, but this happens when an activity partner has many transactions linked to it.

Hi,
The "Move" button is given, if ur BP is at address1 and suppose after 1year he is planning to move to address2. Then CRM system gives you flexibility to maintain this new address with new validity period.
After 1 year system will automatically change the BP address1 to address2 as per the validity.

    In support desk I am raising a message as a message creator from a satellite system
    Then as an administrator i assign the call to the processor
    At this stage when i change from Fast entry mode to Transaction Data i can see the details and communication under Overview tab.
    Now When i log in as a processor or end user and see in my messages and open the message which is raised for solution
    i cannot see any thing under Overview tab.
    Overview tab is coming blank for same message raised.
    Please help is there any component or role to be activated or given to processor and end user for seeing the details under Overview tab.

           I need to add an additional column to the item overview tab of the warranty claim.( transaction WTY ).
    If anyone has done this before then please send the details as to where and how this needs to be added.If added what are the necessary tables which needs to be updated.Is there any BADi or user exit to change and update this data .. ?If not how can this be done .. ?Is this a feasible requirement.. ?Please let me know soon.

  • Changes in custom tab shud reflect in std Item overview tab in VL32N

    Hi all,
    I have added a custom tab (Overview tab) in transaction VL32N and Vl33N using the BADI "LE_SHP_TAB_CUST_OVER".
    Now for transaction Vl32N,when I change delivery ,if i change the quantity field in teh  custom tab,then the chnages have to be reflected in the std ITEM OVERVIEW tab .Is this possible??
    My understanding was ,I cna do changes i n the std tab and those will be rfelected to the custom tab but not vice-versa.can someone pls confirm?

    For each transaction type (e.g. Sales Order, Business Activity, opportunity, ....) you can maintain in which channel (IC WebClient, IC WinClient, SAPGUI, PCUI, ...) they are allow to be used. Probably the transaction types you want to see in the IC WinClient (= CIC0) are not enabled for this channel, that's why they don't appear in the WinClient (CIC0).
    How to do this?
    SPRO>CRM>Transaction>Basic Settings>Define transaction types
    Here, look for the transaction types you want to enable in WinClient. Select the transactiont type and select "Channels" from the left pane. Here, add the channel "IC WinClient" (or something like that, I don't know the exact name anymore, in newer versions this no longer exists).
    Save and restart the CIC0, after this the transaction type should be enabled.

  • Lease-In FI Account Statement Report on RECN Overview Tab

    Hello gurus,
    I am trying to add a report for Lease In FI account statement (which should contain documents/lines from Accounts Payable). I need to ensure that this report is similar to the Lease Out Tenant Account.
    I could see and make the necessary settings on the IMG via Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX)->Contracts->Implement Enhancements (BAdi)->Add your Own Reports to Overview path. It is easy to make the settings here to set another option for Lease-In in the Overview drop down box.
    However, does anybody know which PBO Module to use i.e. so that it displays the Lease In FI account statements? I can see that the Lease-Out contracts will use the REEX_GUI_LIST_ACCT_SHEET_PBO PBO module, but cannot seem to find the right one for Lease In. Or is there any one at all for Lease In?

    The following describes how you can add to and modify the overview lists that are available on the Overviews tab page in master data processing.
    Example: All Rental Objects for a piece of land
    Procedure
    1. Create a function group in which the list is implemented.
    Example: ZREFX_GUI_RENT_OBJ_LIST
    2. Create an initialization module in the function group.
    This module must have the following interface:
    Importing Parameter:
    Name Typing
    IO_BUS_OBJECT TYPE REF TO IF_RECA_BUS_OBJECT
    ID_LISTID TYPE RECAC_WBLIST-LISTID
    Exporting Parameter:
    Name Typing
    ES_SUBSCREEN TYPE RECASCREEN
    Example: ZREFX_GUI_RENT_OBJ_LIST_PBO
    3. Register the list with the module for the given business object.
    Create a new entry for the object type you want (such as IG for land) in the Add Your Own Reports to Overviews IMG activity. Choose a new list ID and enter your module, ZREFX_GUI_RENT_OBJ_LIST_PBO.
    Remember that this table is cross-client. The overview can be selected in all clients in the system.
    Comments
    At runtime, the registered module for the object is called in PBO, and the module is supplied with the business object currently being processed in the application, as well as the list ID. The number of the subscreen, on which the list is implemented, has to be returned.
    Using the list ID, you can further distinguish among other different attributes within the module.
    Example in the system (existing list):
    The measurements of the subordinate objects on the master data are implemented using the module REBD_GUI_LIST_MSSUBOBJ_PBO.

  • Approval Process Overview tab?

    Hello,
    I'm trying to work out how to populate the approver list table on the Approval Process Overview tab.
    We are on SRM7.0 SP7 using a custom application controlled workflow.
    The approvers are determined correctly but the approver preview list is not populated.
    I have created a container element Approver_List (type BBP_WFL_APPROVAL_TABLE) and populated with approvers like the N-step BADI does but this is not being displayed.
    Any suggestions?

  • Transaction Data Tab

    Dear All,
    When user creates ticket all the user status displayed in ticket under Transaction data tab-->Action Tab.
    But in my case for some user all the configured statuses are not getting displayed.
    What could be the reason? User has got enough authorization too. Is any additional autho is required?

    I think you are confused, in transaction data tab
    Actions tab-will show the scheduling actions and action which are carried out with the status of their execution.
    Status tab shows all the status values you have configured.
    This tab basically shows the current status of the ticket.

    I cannot read minds, nor would I know every available or non-available enhancement option across the entire SAP landscape. I assume the same is true for other moderators.
    People should learn to invest a little more effort into explaining their problems and the background, just like you did in your post here.
    A one-liner starting with "how to" is very likely to get locked, even if in 1% of the cases it might not be justified, in 99% it is.

  • Creation of additional drop downs in 'Item overview' tab page on portal

    Hi,
    I would like to know how do we add additional fields/drop downs on  the xRPM portal in the  'Item Overview' tab page.
    For eg:
    We are having TECHNOLOGY TYPE field at Item overview tab page in xRPM portal - Portfolio Management view. Wherein we can have different dropdown values for selection.
    Question 1 -> Can we have similar dropdown created on the same page? If yes, how?
    Question 2 -> If we want to create more than one such dropdowns with their own defined dropdown values, can we maintain the dependency between them ?

    I went through the document on the mentioned by you.
    But my requirement is a bit diiferent.
    I want to have 3 different drop downs with a  numeric field attached to them.The sum of these numeric fields should always be 100 (two values are manually selected but the third value should be calculated automatically based on the previously selected values).
    Example,
    I select 10 as a value for Drop down 1, 40 for drop down2 then for the drop down3 the value should populate automatically as 50 (100 - (10+40)).i.e. the sum being 100.
    Can you or any one please help me with this.
    Also I am not sure how do we give multiple options for selection (like 10,20,..50 etc upto 100) for a drop down.

  • Deliver Plant on Item overview tab of VA01, VA02, & VA03

    We have an issue when we create a sales order, the field RV45A-DWERK found in the header section of the Item Overview tab is not populated.  The ship-to partner has a deliverying plant setup on the customer master.
    Once we start entering material on the sales order the item plant field VBAP-WERKS is populated with the delivering plant from either the material master, customer info rec, or the ship-to customer master.
    We would like to have the deliver plant at the header section populate with the deliver plant to start with. 
    We are currently on ECC6 SP4.

  • About the Run... button of the Overview tab of portalapp.xml

    When I deploy a portal component successfully,
    I choose the "Run..." button of the Overview tab of portalapp.xml, it cause a error:
    Portal Runtime error:
    Access denied (Object(s): com.sap.portal.system/security/sap.com/CustomComponents/
    UndefinedSafetyLevel/mySiteMapProject/components/BeanTestCls).
    Exception id: 11:01_25/05/08_0013_1699150
    See the details for the exception ID in the log file.
    I think the problem is that it did't  display a logon page automatically to enter uid/pwd.
    If I open a IE window to logon to portal firstly, it not cause a runtime error.
    What wrong with the setting?

    You can debug you JSPDynpage either from NWDS with the help of break points or by writing log statements in your code which will be written in defaultTrace log file.

  • Modify the Overview tab in WebDynpro Based ESS

    The Overview tab of the ESS generally displays 8 Area Pages.Our requirement is we should show only two Area Pages.
    What is the standard procedure proposed by SAP for achieving this?
    To achieve this we have created a custom Area Page group in SAP, assigned Area Pages to this group.
    After that we have copied the standard ESS role and Standard Overview Iview.We have modified the property "Application Parameter" of Overview iview.Then we assigned the Overview iview to the Copied ESS role.
    Now we are successfully seeing only two Area pages in the Overview of tab of new ESS role.
    But when we click the link Employee Search the control is going to the Emloyee Search tab of the Stanard role.
    But we want the control to be in the new ESS role.
    Any clue in this regard will be helpful.

    to achieve the same i copied the "PCD Location" value in the "URL for PCD page" of the area. But it didn't move to the new role..
       But unfortunately i made some changes..(exactly i didn't remember). These changes caused the problem.
    Now two areas(employee search and benefit&payment) from "standard role" are not appearing in the portal as well as in my copied role.  its giving the error stating that Area "EMPLOYEE_SEARCH" not found...
