Transfer order requirement

hi every one,
my requirement is
If the transfer order is confirmed - i.e. VBUK-LVSTK (Overall WM status) is C,
HU determination should be done using FM - HU_GET_HUS by passing delivery number in IS_OBJECTS.
HU can be picked from table ET_HEADER. Material and quantity from ET_ITEMS
i.e if tranfer order is confirmed source storage unit are cuurently any moreAfter repacking in VL02N the displayed HUs are not currently anymore.
WM-TR is not yet confirmed, in this case the determination could stay unchanged
can any one help me to write code...
thanks in advance.

Maxx,
I am not sure why this question has resurfaced again. I thought you had figured this yourself below.

  • How to cancel more than one transfer order and delivery as once

    hi everyone
Thanks for taking the time to read this message.
I need to cancel about 500 transfer order # and corresponding deliveries. I know that using lt15 and vl02n i can achieve this for individual orders. As to Lt16, I donot have authorization to use so i can cotacted my colleague who does. But we could not work out the Storage Unit. What is that?
Is there another transaction that would let me enter a sequence of transfer order# and also Delivery# and let me cancel it at once?
    Thanks in Advance

I would try going route of VL09 to address the deliveries in mass quantity. Can't remember if this will take care of the transfer orders as well. Working at service based company now, so can't really check. If not, perhaps get an ABAPer to write a BDC session to run LT15 in background and delete the transfer orders required. I guess the real point to consider here are the transfer orders confirmed as well? Anyway, give a try with VL09 first.
    Thanks,
    Jay

  • Transfer of Requirements for Return Orders

    Hi,
Please I need  help on TOR management with Return Orders in SD.
I've already red  all the threads realted to TOR and ATP but I couldn't find a solution. As we know TOR is dependent on the following data: reqts type, reqts class, checking group and schedule line category.
The reqts type and class are determined in the strategy group (material master - MRP3).
Now if I switch on Transfer of Requirements for Returns, at Schedule Line level and Reqts Class level, the result is that I can see requirements related to Returns in the availability check overview of Sales Orders (ATP count) but if I check in the requirements list (i.e. transaction MD04) these requirements related to Returns are not recorded. Why?
And also another point please: requirements generated from Return Orders, into ATP count are considered as normal Sales Orders (negative sign, reducing ATP quantity, when it should be the contrary because a goods receipt is expected).
Can you help me please on these 2 points (perhaps something related with Sales Document Category)?
    Thank you very much
    Kind Regards
    AP

I practically did a sample order / returns order to see your requirements and these are my observations
    a)
If you create a standard sales order, then the availability check registers a minus sign with stock required in Rec./reqd qty field.
Once you save the sales order, this is not seen again as the total quantity is reduced by sales order quantity.
It was indicating a minus sign when you created a returns order because you checked the Transfer of requirements and availability check indicators in schedule line category.
It was simulating a requirement as you checked the indicators in schedule line category.
If you create returns order with standard DN (i.e. Transfer of requirements and availability check indicators are not checked), then you would not see any requirement for stock i.e. you don't see any new entry in availability overview screen.
    b)
You are not seeing returned quantities in MD04 because of Movement types. This has nothing to do with Transfer of requirements.
Schedule line DN uses movement type 651.
Using movement type 651, you post returns from a customer with returns delivery to blocked stock returns.
The blocked stock returns are are neither valuated nor part of "unrestricted-use" stock.
Hence you are not seeing the returned stock in your available stock.
If you click the magnifying glass on total stock i.e. top line of your stock/requirements list (transaction MD04), you could see the returned quantity in 'Returns field'.
If you want to post returns from a customer with returns delivery directly to the valuated stock, you could use the following movement types in schedule line category.
653 Returns from customer to unrestricted-use stock
655 Returns from customer to stock in quality inspection
With these movement types, you could see returned quantities in stock/requirements list.

  • Creating transfer orders based on transfer requirements

    Hi,
I have a requirement to create a transfer order based on a transfer requirement and also in that transfer order I need to specify the SSCC pallet number as Storage Unit Number.
I have searched the SCN and found that I should use FM L_TO_CREATE_TR. I also see that I should fill import structure it_trite with storage bin related data.
I am on a 46C system and I do not have the it_trite structure. I have seen comments that it exists in 45B and I also see it in ECC6 systems.
I cannot find any related notes on OSS.
Can someone confirm that 46C should not have this import structure? How am I supposed to specify storage unit number if that import structure is not there? Are there alternative FM's I can use?
    best regards,
    Glenn

  • Combining Transfer requirements into a Single transfer order

    Hello all,
Is there any SAP functionality that allows to combine Transfer requirements of various materials into a sinlge Transfer order with various transfer requirements as line items in the transfer order. Pl. reply at the earliest,as this information is much needed.
    Thanks,
    Maxx

I solved this requirement using wave pick. The steps are explained below:
    Wave Pick:
    1.     LP21 – Replenishment planning for fixed bins – Enter the requirement type as P – Production supply and also enter the requirement number
    2.     This helps to combine the Transfer requirements with the same requirement type and requirement number into a single Transfer order. This can be achieved by enabling the wave pick strategy.
    3.     Wave pick is useful for generating group of deliveries by having time as the basic criteria. Hence while executing LP21- replenishment for fixed bins enter the planned date and time under the section “additional info for transfer requirement”
    4.     Finally, by creating a wave pick with the timeslots, we would be able to group the transfer requirements in to a single transfer order
    5.     We can monitor the wave picks and their status using wave pick monitor.
    Reward points if helpful.

  • How to find out Transfer requirement number rom Transfer order

How to find out Transfer requirement number rom Transfer order
I have a TO number, I need to find out the relevant TR number.
Is there a way to directly find out?
    OR
Is there a table where I can check.
    Regards
    Alex

    Hi
I think the table will be either LQUA or LTAP but if you display the TO and drill down in to it you will find the TR number and by using F1 on the TR number field you will find the correct table that contains the data.
    I hope that this helps

  • Update Transfer requirement for partially picked Transfer Order

    Hi,
I am looking for a functionality to update a transfer requirement for a partial picking.
For example, we have a TR for quantity 100 pieces and we have 80 pieces in stock, so we create a TO for 80 pieces and the remaining quantity on TR would be 20. Now we dont want to pick for the rest of the 20 pieces, instead we want the TR to be updated for  the quantity which will be picked i.e 80 Pieces.
Also, is it possible to put some kind of a rule which govern that the TR should be updated only if we are picking for atleast 80% of the quantity originally mentioned in the TR.
    Thanks in advance,
    Mike

    Hi Frenchy,
Thanks for the answer. I have one more question.
Is it possible to automate it based on a movement type, so that every time we create a Transfer Order for this movement type the relevant TR will be automatically marked for 'final delivery'. This would help us, because then we would not have to go to WAM everytime to mark it as complete.
Or some kind of configuration that will dictate that only one Transfer order will be allowed for a Transfer Requirement and the TR will be set to complete as soon as the TO is confirmed.
    Thanks,
    Mike

  • Transfer Order (LT03) additional info required

    Dear All,
I have a kind of a problem. Thing is that I need to save additional information in case transfer order processing (LT03 transaction, both foregrand and backgroung - run  from VL06O) failed. I'm trying to get through user exits but cannot find any suitable for me and now the question is if it's me doing it wrong and looking for it not carefully or maybe it's not that easy.

  • Error while creating a transfer order for delivery note.

    Hi Gurus,
I have already created an outbound delivery.  I am creating a transfer request as a basis for goods movement in the warehouse and to print the picking list. so i use the path:
Logistics -> Sales and Distribution -> Shipping and Transportation -> Picking -> Create Transfer Order -> Single Document.
Now here i enter the warehouse number, plant, delivery. when i press enter i get error "No items that are to be picked were found".
I went to the following IMG path -- Enterprise Structure --> Assignment --> Logistics-Execution --> Assign Warehouse number to plant/storage location.
Assign the warehouse to the plan and storage location.
Still i get the same error. Could some one help me out here?
    Thanks in advance
    Amit

    Hi,
can you check whether Warehouse number exists and transfer order creation is required or not at Delivery document under Picking tab

  • Automatic creation of transfer orders from goods receipt of purchase order.

    Hi experts
    The project i am currently working on requires the following;
When goods receipting a purchase order i have a requirement for the system to create automatic transfer orders to put the stock away into storage bins.  I am aware that the stock goes straight into the 902 area once goods receipted.  Is it possible to have the transfer orders created automatically out of 902 once the goods receipt has been posted.
    In support of this, i have made an entry in transaction OMKX for the following;
    Reference Movement Type - 101
Movement Indicator - B (goods movement for purchase order)
    Movement Type - 101
TR Create Transfer requirement - X
    Immed. TO Creation - A
    Addl Data - X
Once i receipt the PO it just sits in 902 and does not create any automatic transfer orders.
    Could someone please help me
    Thanks
    Simon

Please try to process the material document of the GR manually by LT06 in foreground to find out the root cause of the error.
You may also want to setup the mail control (V_T321-MAILK) for immediate TO creation in OMKX. The system will send you a express message (depending on your setup) if TO creation is failed.

    Hi,
If it is one time requirement, you can run the report LT23 and download the data to excel sheet and donwload material details in another sheet and you can match the temperature column in excel file.
If it is permanent requirement, create a query and attach transaction code to that or write a seperate report for this requirement.
    Please let me know.
    Thanks

  • Open Qty is not copied in Delivery for Stock Transfer Order

    Hi,
In the Stock Transfer Order process, Once the STO Order is created, I am creating delivery in the transaction VL10B or VL10G.
When I am clicking the background button Delivery gets generated. Then when i am going in the transaction VL02N and increasing the delivery Quantity which is more than STO order quantity, the system is accepting it. But i want the system to throw an error message if the delivery quantity is more than the order qauntity. For this I have made the following settings.
In the Transaction Code 0VLP, i have selected B in Check Over Delivery field. But still it is not throwing an error.
The reason for the same may be, the system is not copying the Open Delivery Qty from the STO Order (Which normally happens in Sale Order to Delivery process, bcos of Copy Control). This field has 0 value. So the system is not able check for over delivery.
If I get this value in the delivery then it should be working fine and the sytem will throw an error for over delivery.
Can you please suggest me a way to get this open qty value in delivery for STO order or suggest me some other option to check for over delivery in STO.
    Regards
    Vijay

    Dear Friend,
If I can understand you clearly.
to achieve your task the best way you can sit with your abaper and configure a routine and assign the same to T-code OVLK delivery type customizing :
In the Item requirement : Generally it is 202

  • WM-production order-need change the open quantity in Transfer order

    Hi,
I created the production order (order quantity 1000).  i did material staging and generated TR. .
But i need to change the open quantity in transfer order . i need to create the partial Transfer order
        against TR..
       KINDLY SUGGEST ME
       WITH REGARDS
       Dinesh

    Hi Dinesh,
TO for partial qty is possible.
When you are doing material staging with 319 mov.type, you create a transfer order for partial quantity as follows:
You first create a manual transfer order using transaction LT04.
You specify the TR number in the intial screen and navigate to the detail screen, system shows the Open TR quantity and the proposed TO quantity. By default, both these quantities are equal to the TR quantity.
However, when you create by clicing the "Create TO button" (the icon with a plus sign in the tool bar of LT04 screen), system takes you to another screen where it asks for the "Requested Qty" on the top of the screen.  Here you can modify the qty as per your requirement; then you can check and confirm the storage type and storage bin for source and destination stocks & save.
It is important that you give the correct source storage type & storage bin that is having stock or otherwise system might give error message.
System will create a TO line item with the entered qty and propose the balance TR qty as the 2nd TO line item. You can skip this 2nd TO item or delete it from the TO.
Once again, if you click the Save button, system will save the TO with the partial quantity.
The balance quantity will be available in the TR as open quantity and this can be seen in the header data of transaction LB03.
    Regards
    Prabhu
