Trouble signing in to Adobe Export account

I am trying to sign in on my new Windows 8 computer to export from pdf to Word (I have an account through August, 2014) and keep receiving an error message that I am not connected to the internet.  I am connected however., but can't sign in.

I'm sorry that you haven't been able to access your ExportPDF service. Are you receiving a particular error when you try to sign in? Are you trying to sign in through Adobe Reader? What happens when you try to sign in to the web interface at http://exportpdf.acrobat.com? If you are receiving the error when you try to log in to the web interface, please make sure that you're using a supported browser (and you may also want to try clearing the browser cache.) For a detailed rundown of supported web browsers please see the Acrobat.com System Requirements page at here: http://www.adobe.com/acom/systemreqs/

    I have tried that several times as well. All that I get is a white screen that says "hello" and tells me "Update Completed Your iPhone was updated successfully. There are just a few more steps to follow, and then you're done!" so i click "continue"  it asks for my iCloud password, I put it in and it goes black gives me white apple logo then takes me right back to where I started with the white "hello" screen displaying.     I'm sorry that you're having trouble purchasing your subscription. Please try this:
    Clear the browser cache and try again.
    Try a different browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported web browsers).

  • Trouble signing up for new ePrintCenter account

    I just setup a new Officejet 8600 printer and I can't seem to sign up for an ePrintCenter account. I keep going to eprintcenter.com, I click to sign in, i click to sign up for a new account and a new window pops up. I then fill in all the info and click the big sign up button at the bottom of the window and the window goes away. At this point I click the sign in button again and enter the email and password i just filled in and I get a message that email address is invalid. I've tried to click the forgotten password button and when I fill in the email address I get the email address is invalid message again. I've tried 3 different web browsers (i figured chrome just wasn't working correctly with the website) but I got the same thing with every one (chrome, firefox, and ie).
    Any idea what's going wrong?

    First i want to know if you have Enabled the web services on the Printer which entail Should have printed out a paper with " Hp Eprint Mobile Printing "
     should consist of 3 instructions,
    1 of course to sign up, 2, should have the printer code, and with just explains what to do..
    -now with that being said what email are you entering into the email field is it your personal email of the 1 of the printer?
    I am an HP employee.

    When I try to open my software, it tells me to sign in, so I do, but it says I'm offline. Then I try to log into my account and it wont let me. Anyone else having this issue?

    Ever since upgrading to Adobe Reader XI I cannot sign documents I could previously sign.  All documents now state 'signing: not allowed'. My signature certificate appears fine.  Any ideas on what could be the issue?

    Well, I tried what you suggested but unfortunately it's still not working at all
    But what I did that saved me from this issue was installing Adobe Reader version 8 (9 didn't work as well oO!)
    And now it's working kinda fine with 8 version (I still get the same error message, but it opens afterwards so that's fine lol)

  • I recently upgraded to Windows 8 and find that I cannot sign in to Adobe Export.  Any ideas of where to look for the problem?

    Previously I downloaded a PDF file and was asked to sign in to convert.  I just upgraded to Windows 8 and since have found that the activity box still appears on the right side of the page but when I try to sign in it does not complete the connection.  I get an empty box that pops up but goes no further.  Not sure what I am doing wrong.

    It might be possible that you have not upgraded the Adobe Reader.
    Please upgraded it to the 11.0.9 version then you will be able to sign-in.

  • Problem signing in to adobe reader. Have a valid account but keeps coming up 'network error'.

    Had a problem signing in to my adobe reader account for about a week now.
    Use the PDF pack to convert Excel into PDF and have been using this for 6 months without any previous issues.
    Just comes up with 'network error occurred while trying to sign in' but my network is working fine and no other problems with my computer or network.
    I have tried unloading and reinstalling the PDF pack but makes no difference.
    Completely stuck, please help!

    Thanks for the quick response.
    I am using the latest version or Reader XI.
    I can log in direct through cloud.acrobat.com so that is a way around the
    issue but I still need the use of the PDF pack ideally.
    If I try to log in to acrobat.com via the adobe Reader XI homepage then it
    comes up with the following - "We cant seem to find the internet. Please
    check your connection and try again"
    I am using my home wifi connection with no problems on any other computers
    or devices.

    To add to sig's reply, "calibrating" does not calibrate Lithiu-Ion batteries, it calibrates the charge reporting circuitry.  If you look at the effect of deep discharging Lithium-Ion batteries in the data from the independent test group, Battery University, you will see that doing so shortens the life of the battery significantly. It looks like an optimum balance between use and life is at a discharge level of 50%.

    Where are you trying to sign in? On the web (https://cloud.acrobat.com/) or within Adobe Reader? Did you try to log in with the same Adobe ID elsewhere?
