Trying to change plan but no chat or email customer service available

Since I cannot email this question (there is no email option) and the Chat option never works I am asking these questions here.
I thought I would be able to change my plan simply, since there is a "change your plan" page, but the only option they offer is to add more service for a more expensive plan.
I want to
1.)   take one of my phones off of my plan. I currently have 3 phones on a plan but I want to remove one. This option is not available, or I couldn't find it.
2.)  I want to swap numbers with two of the phones. The phone/number I want to take off the plan is in better shape than one of the other phones.
So I want to remove the phone but keep using that phone with one of the other numbers.
I don't want to speak to a customer service rep and have them try to sell me anything or upgrade anything or sell me insurance or whatever. I have been trying to access chat all day but there's no agents available. I notice there's other posts on here with the same complaint. and of course there's no email, even though many other customers have complained about that too.

i have three phones on my plan.
i want one of them removed.
in fact, i haven't used the phone in three months and when you call it you get a "not in service" message.
but the phone i still listed on my bill and I am still paying the (ludicrous) surcharges and taxes and line fees.
there is absolutely no reason why i shouldn't be able to change my plan online, without talking ot anyone.
there are hundreds of complaints about your lack of email. there are hundreds of complaints about customer service chat and customer service in general. look it up.
this is simple
1) i want one of my phones removed from my plan (3-1=2)
2) i want to know how much it will cost for the two remaining phones.
3)i want to be able to contact a customer service rep through email
4) i want to be able to look at the different plan options online and be able to change them online.
5)really nice of you to offer help but ... on twitter? really??? facebook too? no thanks.
why don't you just have the availability on your website to change plans and offer email customer support?

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    When your account becomes disabled, Apple provides the following recommendation:
    "This message means that someone tried and failed to sign in to your account multiple times. The Apple ID system disables the account to prevent unauthorized people from gaining access to your information. You need to reset your password, following the instructions at the Apple ID website".
    Visit iForgot.com and follow the instructions there.
    In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
    Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
    In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
    In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > store, scroll down and tap your ID)
    If that doesn't help you might try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support

    I have the same problem. I found the passes page but it does not show how to complete the passes.
    BTW This is ridiculous. All I did was click an itunes link to an song I heard on a website and iTunes said, "This artist is in not in your countries iTunes store. Would you like to switch to another store to purchase?" I clicked yes and now I can't upgrade my apps, I can't switch back, I can't do anything.
    Things I've tried:
    • Turning on / off email notifications and clicking save.
    • There is nothing else I can do on this page.

    Close the App Store app, reset your iPad and then try again.
    To close the App Store, drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
    Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

    You should be able to log out of the old version of the account on your iPad by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in with the updated version - if the account is greyed out there then do you currently have Settings > General > Restrictions > Accounts (under the 'Allow Changes heading') set to 'Don't Allow Changes' ?

  • Tried to change plan, 9 hrs later it says "Order Still Pending"

    Selected what was needed on website to change plan from 900 minutes to 450 minutes, 9 hours ago. Got no confirmation and the website still says "Order Still Pending". How can that be? Isn't this an automated change? Is this a glitch? It seems to be stuck. How can I resolve this?

    It is not a glitch. Verizon makes it as difficult as possible for you to change to anything other then the Share your Wallet plan.  You need to call Customer service and let them try to convince you that the Share your Wallet plan is so much better for you. They will offer you all kinds of things they never intend on giving you and if you stick to your guns, they will change the plan to what you want but you have to put in the time to get it done.

    May you used Snapfish to create your account?
    From the ePrint Center logon screes, click the Snapfish icon ().
    Try logging in using the selected passowrd.
    If the logon fails, try retrieving the password from the Snapfish logon and and check for any change.

    You will have to delete your rescue email address first, then go back and change your primary.

  • Need to change my Country. Appalled with Adobe Customer Service

    I am absolutely shocked at how far Adobe's customer service has fallen. In the past i could simply call up their toll free line and get an answer to my question or have my isse resolved. It seems those days are LONG gone.
    On Black Friday I wanted to buy lightroom which was on sale. I live in Canada. I always have. For some unknown reason my country was set to the US. When i tried to buy Lightroom none of my payment methods (paypal, creditcard) could go through because my payment methods indicate I live in Canada.
    I immediately tried to contact Adobe. First i must comment on their terrible phone system. I have to wade through menu after menu, none actually representing my need to change my Adobe information. Finanlly i got to an option where i could talk to a live person - but wait - there are callers ahead of me and i'll have to wait an estimated 2 hours (is that a joke?). Lucky for me they have a call back option. But the call back option DOES NOT WORK! After i enter my number the automated message says my number can not be regonized. I tried it every way possible, multiple times and it never went through.
    Eventually I gave up. I chalked it up to Adobe being busy because of Black Friday and just created a new account to buy Lightroom.  That went through no problem (it seems Adobe is good at TAKING my money). I figured i'd try back next week and have my Country changed and consolidate both my accounts into one.
    MORE THAN A MONTH HAS PASSED. I have tried several times over the weeks. THERE IS NO WAY FOR ME TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A TIMELY MANNER!! The phone situation is the same as above. Often the 'Chat with a live rep' option is not even available. When it is I CONSTANTLY get this message in the chat window :
    We are still assisting other customers, thank you for your patience. You can also try ourcommunity forums, where experts are online 24/7.
    Even as i type this message i have been on hold on the phone for 30 mins, and still no response in my chat window. This is ridiculous.
    WHY IS THERE NO OPTION TO EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE???!?!?!?
    At this point I'd be happy with returning my Lightroom purchase and changing my country to Canada on my original Adobe ID. I have lost all faith in Adobe.

    I am trying to get Adobe to rerelease the software and registration number for my CS4 suite but my email & ID has changed from [email protected] to [email protected] for some reason the ID link now says I am in the US not Australia. I get the same message:
    To change your country, contact Customer Service.
    But that has not been possible online.
    Do you have an email contact for them please?
    I only want the dreamweaver and adobe pdf creator & editing software but the links on US site don't work either.
    I already paid for the whole suite a few years back so don't want to pay again after I had to replace a HDD in a windows 7 machine.

  • Monitoring and Controling Incoming Requests for Chat with a Customer Service Agent

    I've reviewed the suggested threads, but I do not see one that captures the essence of my query.
    Bascially, I want to set up a generic Chat ID called "Customer Service".
    Users would open a chat to this ID and ask their question.
    On the backend a monitoring module would look for CHAT available CS Agents, and route the call to the first available.
    IF no one is available the user would recieve a reply that there is X minutes wait and give them the option of waiting or getting a chat back when someone comes available.
    Has anything like this been developed?
