TS1368 I have tried everything on my ipod touch to get to itunes it will not connect. I have reset everything several times. No luck
Unable to connect Ipod touch to Itunes Store. Reset everything, restore did not restore music pictures etc. Lost everything.
Just want it to work. I have wated an entire Sunday.
When you connect the iPod to the computer what happens when you click on the restore button in the Summary pane for the iPod in iTunes.
If iTunes does not see the iPod start here:

Brand new iPod 5 and periodically will pick up our home Wifi, but when it loses it, it's impossible to reset. Says "incorrect password" and it is the correct password. No issue at all with Android devices or anything else on Wifi. Only the iPod and an iPhone 4. My iPhone 6 had the same issue, but I was able to correct it by resetting the network. This "fix" doesn't work on the iPod or old iPhone. Just keeps saying "incorrect password" no matter what you do. Connection has been reset, passwords have been changed... Nothing fixes it. Does the iOS device connect to other networks? If yes that tends to indicate a problem with your network. Yes
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before? no
Try the following to rule out a software problem: (Not clear what you did)
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem. Since it connects to other networks that indicates a problem with your network

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

My IPOD Touch initially had a white screen. I tried correcting this by restoring default settings via ITunes. The Restore Failed with error 1602 and now the IPOD touch is completely dead. It will not power on or respond when I plug it into my PC via USB. I get an error on my PC stating that device attached to USB port is not recognizable. Can anyone help?

I just got an 8GB iPod touch, I'm concerned that I will not have enough gigabytes for future music purchases, Is it possible to upgrade to a 32GB without having to pay $300 for a new iPod?
Well, obviously you can't walk into the apple store and get them to upgrade your iPod for you for FREE when the 32GB costs at least a 100$ more.
Just stick with the 8GB, don't download rubbish apps. -

My ipod touch ios version 6.1.3 will not allow me to connect to my wifi. I tried rebooting my wifi router, refreshing my ipod, resseting the networks and manually logging into my wifi. Sometimes it will go through for a brief moment, but the wifi connection will ultimately disconnect. Each time i try to connect to my wifi afterwards a small pop up will say "Unable to join the network". Please help. it's really annoying and frustrating.

I've restored my ipod both to a backup and back to factory. I know the password is correct,
the router is the newest version (and it's plugged in and on), my ipod is updated, i've turned my wifi settings on and off, i've turned the ipod off and on. No luck yet. I've been working on it for hours now. About ready to sleep on it...maybe some luck will find me tomorrow...

Disabled
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

To restore from backup see:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.
If you previously synced to the computer then you may be able to recover use of the iPod without erasing the iPod by following the instructions here:

What happens when you try to install the iTunes update? Error messages?
You might have better luck posting in the iTunes forum sinc you have an iTunes problem, not an iPod problem. -

You don't need an Adobe ID or password to install Flash Player, but you may need to provide your system's Administrator password during the installation.

When I tried to sync my iPod Touch with my new computer none of the photographs were synced. I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 10. When I did it the first time the photographs were all muddled up in their albums. When I tried to sync again the photographs were all removed. On the third try I received an error message something like 'Unable to sync photographs program cannot be found.' Can anyone help. (It may be to do with Windows 7 and Libraries??)
