I'm having trouble connecting to apps, itunes store, internet on my iPhone 5 running iOS 7.0.4. I am currently connected to a perfectly running WiFI connection. This just started happening today (2/19/14)! Why am I not able to connect anything? I've tried ALL the fixes suggested. HELP!!!!!!!!! You may not really be connected to your WiFi network.
Your router may not have given your iPhone a valid IP address. Go to Settings > Wifi > your network name and touch the "i" to the right to see the network details. If the IP address starts with 169 or is blank then your router didn't provide an IP address and you won't be able to access the Internet.
Sometimes the fix can be as simple as restarting your router (remove power for 30 seconds and restart). Next, reset network settings on your iPhone (Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings) and then attempt to connect. In other cases it might be necessary to update the router's firmware with the latest from the manufacturer's support web pages.
If you need more help please give more details on your network, i.e., your router make, model and version, the wifi security being used (WEP, WPA, WPA2), etc. -

I have proble of "cannot connect to itunes store. After I have updated the new software ios6, the problem arised in one of my mobile. In the second mobile, I didnot updated the software.Today in the morning, the problem ariesed in that mobile as well. I cannot open the itunes, don't have access to apple store . I tried to solve the problem like going to setting, general, Date and time, automatically off, keeping one year ahead date. I tried all the possible options I could get from the googel. No - I have not tried other routers on my network.
What I meant was I could use my itouch on other users wireless networks without any issues.
I'll update the routers DNS to try using Google's 8.8.8.8 instead of my ISP.
Is the issue DNS performance using local ISP -or are there other possibel isues when using local isp DNS? -
Since I have updated my iPhone 4 iOS 7.1 to iOS 7.1.1, my phone doesn't have any communication anymore. I have tried to take out my Sim card and put it again or Power on/off and restarted it again... but with no success.
Please help meMine did the same thing 2 days in a row i get the phone and no service I put it in flight mode and back & still nothing I have power down then restart. BTW mine is factory unlocked

I had the same problem on my Mac Pro, iPad, Macbook Pro. Could not load iTunes, App Store or any support community. Called Apple Care and she asked if I had rebooted my router in awhile. I had not. Each of these would load half way and then just stop. She said iTunes and App Store could be stopped as they are different than my Discover or e-Bay accounts, which were fine. So during the 75 min call I pulled the power cord of the Netgear Wi Fi router, let it sit for 2 or 3 min and then replugged the power adapter. In about 4 to 5 min the sites started to load, although not displayed correctly. After quitting and re-starting the apps in question they are working fine again. But this has happened twice now in a 6 hour time period. So give it a try, but also give it a couple of tries.

If you are unable to get the iPod into Disk Mode to try and restore it, it's a very good indication, as mentioned in the article, that the iPod's hard drive is damaged and in need of replacement either by Apple or a third party repair company.

Thnksssssss....So you are saying that you followed all of the steps in the support document for problems with connection, including removing and reinstalling iTunes? You do not say what you have tried, so it is hard to make recommendations. If this is the case, then you have tried resolving driver issues? What if you go to Device Manager and look for the iPhone. You should be able to click on it and see about drivers. You can update/reinstall the device driver.

I had switches off my iPhone 5 at around 20 percent battery next morning I was not able to switch it on. I tried to get it charged but it didn't showed any sign of charging even when plugged in for about 2 hours. I had to take it to apple care centre but they refused to repair it after confirming the problem with the device as it was out of warranty and asked me to get it replaced for INR 22500. I got it repaired outside but after that also if I switch it off in the same situation it again happens and I have to take it for repair it has happened 3 times after that. Is it a inherent problem in iPhone that it uses battery even when switched off and if in that case battery drain out then refuse to get charged because this is the scenario i have experienced every time?
Apple told you it was unrepairable.... You had it serviced by an unauthorized party. It's now no longer eligible for out of warranty replacement by Apple.
There's really nothing else we can say about it. Find a competent 3rd party repair shop or buy a new one. -
I can connect my Iphone 6 and Ipad Air to my Bose Soundlink but not my IMac. I have tried all the usual solutions but nothing works. It has worked recently but not in the last week. Help

Will there be a fix for this or don't they care at all?No iPhone has ever supported file transfer by Bluetooth & most likely never will. So, don't expect a "fix".

Download the yahoo email app, if you already deleted and reinstalled the email account and still have issue.

Thanks! I called Apple, and we did a software update. While the phone now will light up and work for about 30 seconds before going dark again, the representative said I would probably get a replacement phone if I took it in. You are right - probably a hardware failure!

My iphone 4 has died and says connect to itunes. itunes restore wont work, error message 2001, then 2006 appears.Tried all the troubleshooting help, but nothing works. Any ideas???
I solved my own problem. Hopefully this will help someone else.
I did a DFU restore, then started it up as a new phone on iTunes. Everything loaded properly, then from iTunes did a restore from backup, selected the one I wanted and it still took me to the same screen with 3 options of restore. I chose the start up as new phone from the actual phone and after all the syncing was completed, my phone is back in working order.
