I didn't have enough memory on my iPod when I bought mass effect 3 infiltrator so I deleted some apps. When I tried downloading the game again, I find out that I already got charged but it doesn't show any signs that I purchased it.

Unless as part of a backup, or stored somewhere else, they are gone.
Your son needs his own Apple ID for iCloud, FaceTime & iMessage. He can continue to use yours for iTunes content, but for everything else, he needs his own.
When you did what you did, as far as iCloud knows, this is the same person with multiple devices, and that's they way things are supposed to work: keep everything in sync.

My iPhone 5s won't turn off or on it keeps flashing the apple screen on off. When I tried to connect to iTunes on windows 8 computer, it comes up with an error message: iTunes could not connect to this phone. An unknown error occurred OxE8000084

You log into the App store using the same Apple ID you used to set the computer up, verify that none of your apps are hidden and that they have all be accepted and then download and install the update

I m not receiving any authentication email even it says that email has been sent, & trtied to verify my birth date & all then it says

Return to My Apple ID
After all, I am just putting the same id & password, It says INCORRECT.

I do not believe that your parents will go "spastic" because your iPod was stolen. I'm thinking that you jailbroke it yourself. Am I correct?

Try a reset:
- hold the home button and sleep/wake button down at tyne same time
- release both buttons when apple logo appears
Does the issue occur when plugged into charge?
If issue remains try a restore in recovery mode:
If you can't update or restore your iOS device

Have you held the menu and left arrow together for 6 secs ? (I think you have from what you say).
Also try unpowering and restarting AppleTV.

If you log into too many devices with the same Apple ID, it automatically shuts your ID off as it views the multiple logins as a security breach.
Just change your password at iForgot, and then log back in. Should work just fine.

Apple TV powers off when not in use

My Apple TV turns off when not in use and needs to be rebooted by unplugging device to "wake" it up How do I avoid this?

All ATVs go into sleep mode when not in use.
Simply pressing the power button on the remote should wake the device up, is that not occurring?

Apple TV3 turns off and on when using remote, already reset and restarted.

Apple TV just started acting up yesterday. When using remote, light on Apple TV would turn off and on so it would somewhat work when the light was on and would not when light when off. When light is off and in a menu selection, cursor would just move to the end of the list and stop. Already restored back to factory and reset it. Difficult to program after reset when remote only works part of the time when the light goes on so stuck in out of the box condition. Any help on this? Thanks!

Only the former owner can remove the Find My Phone lock and erase the device. That can be done remotely. Without this the device is useless to you because it will be permanently locked.
