They downloaded into seperate files but when I double click the .exe file for the 7z it works fine, however with the other file i recieve a message that "The file archive part of adobe Photoshop 11 is missing. You need all parts in the same file to extract Adobe Photoshop 11. Please download all parts." It looks like the download should be fine, I never recieved an error and I've now downloaded it twice (it takes forever) and neither will work. I am running Windows 8 and I'm wondering if there might be a conflict somehow?

About all you can do is wait until it finishes or you get an error message.

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entries, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

Movie streams and about half way through it wont stream anymore

I open a movie on my external hard drive and the movie begins to play via airplay to the apple tv2. About half way though the movie, the streaming locks up and can't finish watching the movie. Any help would be appreciated.

HT1040 I cannot upload my iphoto book to the apple store for printing, it cuts out half way through the download. What can I do?

I have made a photo book which is ready now to send to the apple store for printing but half way through the download process it cuts out unexpectadly and will not send. I have printed many books from my computer through Iphoto and have never had this problem before. What could be the problem? I have checked for updates and installed all of them. Turned my computer off and then on again. But still keeps doing this. Help ?

The reason for this may be that the book contains photos that cannot be rendered. Have you checked the preview of your book? Does the pdf look correct?

If that is not the problem, check your network and your security settings. If you are using a Firewall or Antivirus filter, disable it temporarily.

Solved problem by converting to another file format.
The two that worked were .mov and MP4 that is .H264

I own a PC and ever since i downloaded the new version of itunes i can not get itunes store to load. its goes about half way then the store goes white! PLEASE help!

I own a PC and itunes store was running fine on it... up until i downloaded the new version and then it quit working it would load about half way and then quit and turn the store home page white i have tried a few different things including re installing, trying to fix it, but nothing has worked!
this has happened to me once before on an older computer and i could never get it back working then either and it has also happened to another person i know and they also have tried to fix it! i am very fusterated with itunes/apple for not fixing this issue becuase it has happened to many others as well!!

I've been working on this all day!!! I've tried everything I know of and can't get it to load either. Sounds like lots of people are having problems. Here is what I have so far...I have uninstalled EVERYTHING on my pc from apple and reinstalled itunes to no avail. I have tried all sorts of things I've read as fixes online. NOTHING has worked. Here is something interesting that i have noticed though. my main pc (which is the one i have always managed my itunes account with for years) is a 32 bit system running windows 7. Yesterday I installed itunes for the first time on my new netbook which is a 64 bit (windows 7) system and it works just fine. i have three other laptops (all window 7) in my household that are all 64 bit operating systems and ALL have updated to 10.5 and THEY ALL work fine. this is FOUR 64 bit systems ALL updated w/10.5 that work and ONE that is a 32 bit that will not. Can't get any help from apple. their suppot *****! I want to get someone on the **** phone or a live chat but cant. *** APPLE????? please let mw know if you find SOMETHING i can try next. I'm out of ideas and patience!

HT1657 My ipod movie rental started dowloading and got about half way through before it stopped

It downloaded about half way before it stopped and completely started over and now it won't download at all.

I managed to find the rest of the movie by going to View in task bar for Safari Browser and going to "show downloads" and in there was the movie on pause. I have no idea how it got to this point but I was just glad to fins it finally. Itunes should think about coming up with something to make it easier for the novice to re find a paused movie that falls off the earth the way this one did. It took me almost 45 minutes of screwing around to find the movie. Just by placing a click on that said rented movies or something like this it would make it a whole lot easier to see the movie that just disappears this way. Hope this helps someone.

I don't suppose you're using 10.5.0? Apparently, that version of iTunes has some issues with Audible audiobooks (at least). Its only with format 4, so if you get the hight quality files, or the lower quality, the book should still play fine.
There is a version 10.5.1, but be warned, it has several bad changes from the previous version. In that audiobooks are now treated like just big audio files. You can't select chapters & there's no bookmarking.
Plus, I think there was a 30 second quick reverse, that has gone away as well.

Was watching a video I downloaded earlier today, and it worked fine. Tried watching it now and it stops about half way through. Solutions to this issue?

This happened just today with the only two videos I downloaded from iTunes. They seemed to stop working after I synced my itouch, but I don't know how that would have caused the problem... Both videos will play about 2 minutes on the itouch, then stop.

In case you do not know, to redownload videos you have to contact iTunes.

Hello everyone. For almost 2 years now I have had this ongoing problem. I have called Verizon several times, stopped by the store several times and no one has been able to help me yet. I will be on a call and all of a sudden I can't hear the person talking on the other end but they can still hear everything I am saying. I have tried many times to figure out if there is something in common about the calls but there never is. I talk to people that are on land lines, cell phones from various wireless providers, I called them, they called me, day, night, different towns, different states - many, many scenarios. Same thing all the time. Sometimes it happens when I'm on the phone for one minute, 30 minutes, one hour - sometimes it never happens. I used to have the Verizon thunderbolt. I had it for about 10 months before it started happening. I put up with it until I was at my 2 year mark and upgraded to an IPhone 5. One hour after walking out of the store with the new phone it happened and has been happening still for the last year. I'm not lying when I say I have spent HOURS on the phone with Verizon and their technicians. The customer service reps always promise to call me back and they say "Don't worry I won't drop the ball. I'll call you when I get in on Saturday" and blah, blah, blah. My phone is used for work and it's embarrassing when you have to tell the attorney or anyone else for that matter to call me back because you can hear me but I can't hear you. I am beyond frustrated and am considering breaking my contract. Wish I could figure out on here how much that would be. HAS ANYONE HEARD OF THIS ISSUE BEFORE??? PLEASE HELP..

I'm sorry to learn that you have endured the audio issues outlined in your post for almost 2 years SusanLM1! This is certainly not normal! Let's get to the bottom of this issue, first please confirm your phone model; your mention that you have the iPhone 5 but your post is on the iPhone 5S forum. Also, share the iOS version currently installed on your phone. What is your ZIP code? Does this happen mainly while you make/receive calls from a particular location (home, office, etc)?
