Why would you wait 4 months? Your hardware has failed. You'll need to bring the phone to Apple for replacement.

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

HT6030 Unread mail count still doesn't work for any mail accounts after installing the Nov. 7 Mail fix. I deleted Gmail from my Mac Mail so that's not the problem.

Nevetheless why does Apple prodcue "updated " software which isnt properly comptiable or tested; with the result that it now doesnt work well with Gmail when the prevoius version worked fine. You would think an update would at least work with Gmail as well as the prevsoius version did. G mail is very widely used, so they, Apple, and probably Google too are shooting themselves in the foot if they can't make the software compitable,

The iPhone HAS to be active making calls on the UK carrier network for the carrier to identify as "theirs" and therefore eligible for the Carrier to unlock
The way to achieve this is to use a PAYG sim making and receiving calls to establish a customer relationship with the Carrier and then follow the Carrier's process to unlock
With a PAYG it usually means adding a specified (by the carrier ) amount usually £15 /£20 depending on the carrier
This is how O2 function and according to Gemma this is how Vodafone work

Hey, There are afew things you can try.
- Simply turn your phone off and back on again
- Hold down your home button and your lock button and let goes as soon as the screen goes black (Phone will power down) - Then turn on your phone and hey presto!
- Back up your iPhone to your PC, then restore it..
this ones last cause I think you may have tried it already..
- Close all open applications

1.If internet is fine then this might be becase of Creative cloud files, please try the steps metioned in http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/unknown-server-error-launchin g-cc.html and see if it works.
2.Please navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash it. Try to launch CC desktop and sign in with your Adobe Id (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-f iles.html) .
{Note for step 2: The file is in the user Library, not the Applications folder. To see the hidden user Library (not the system Library) in the Finder click on the Gomenu item and then hold down the Alt / Option key. You will see Library appear between Home and Computer. Click onLibrary and then navigate toApplication Support > Adobe > OOBE.
Alternatively open the Terminal and paste in the following and then press the Enter / Return key:
rm ~/Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db, This will also delete the file}

When pinging my iphone directly at 172.20.10.1, while I'm surfing and it times out, the ping shows nothing but "request timed out" .. Sometimes it "comes back" and sometimes I have to reboot my phone or disconnect the USB.. It's always done this and only on USB, it's very frustrating.
I have packet sniffed also, using Wireshark. When the "timeouts" happen, there's no more data coming from the Iphone. My PC continually sends ARP requests as well and don't get responses.
Have searched google endlessly and have gotten no where. This has been going on for several months and I'm just getting a bit fed up now.

Wrongly told by provider phone was unlocked...bought it...now how do I unlock it as vodaphone wont help but the phone is not registered as stolen or anything!!??please help..had it for a month now and they just wont help me!!

to cut a long story short. I was interested in an i-phone... got the details..checked them all.. on the phone and with the provider, VODAPHONE... told unlocked, not stolen etc etc. proceeded to buy the phone...new sim topped up £10 only to find it wouldn't work...

BUT WHAT can i do PLEASEEEEEEE? all they keep on suggesting is that I get the original owners details but he is not answering anything...and the phone is not registered as stolen etc so what is the problem!?

Welcome to the Support Communities!
The first thing I would suggest is to quit the iTunes Store app and sign out of your iTunes Store account on your iPhone.
Then restart / reset the device.
When you sign back in, you should be able to re-initiate the download.

Hi, i have my iMac from 2008 and it's always work but for almost the lasy year youtube doesn't work. That's wasn't a problem but. right by now, everytime i tried to watch a video the mac start to freeze and i must close all the application which are working and, sometimes, i need to shut down the entire sistem. First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
And reboot the Wi-Fi router.
