TS2446 I am trying to purchase from my account and it comes up to pay through my credit card. I Cannot get to my account.
I am trying to make a purchase from my account which has a balance of over $100. The payment options come up as my credit card and I cannot get the charge to go to my ITunes account for payment.

They already have the money from the gift card so would rather collect from your credit card. -
Why can I all of a sudden not purchase on Cand Crush and on Words With Friends?? The credit card company has NOT stopped anything. I have no problems with other iTunes purchases!

Just a few minutes ago i tried to purchase from The Simpsons tapped out game, but there were a warning that my purchese was declined and i was asked to re-filled the payment info in order to compete my purchase. I did that but that wont work and the warning keep showing up. Whats wrong? help please.. Is there any correlation with the software update? Please google search for "Mountain Lion disk crash" before upgrading you mac pro. You might need to replace you Mac hard drive after the upgrade.So many people had the same problems including me.

WHEN TRYING TO PURCHASE FROM iTUNES I ALWAYS RECEIVE A POP-UP "COULD NOT PURCHASE (NAME OF SONG) A REQUIRED iTUNES COMPONENT IS NOT INSTALLED (-43404) TRY AGAIN. EXPERIENCED THIS DURING FALL OF 2012 AND HAD NO SATISFACTION AND AFTER A PERIOD OF 4-6 WEEKS TRIED AGAIN AND ALL WAS CORRECTED SOMEHOW. LAST PURCHASE WAS DEC 28TH 2012. NOW MARCH 2013 CANNOT PURCHASE AGAIN. WENT INTO ACCOUNT AND MADE SURE ALL WAS UPDATED BUT STILL NOT ABLE TO PURCHASE. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

AlexCarey, I've been having issues purchasing recently and place a number of calls to the support team. On Oct. 5th, and on my own decision, I went into my itunes profile and re-entered my credit card expiration date and security code. (Notice, it is not displayed for safety measures.) Today, I received an email from Apple support verifying if I made changes made to my account. For the heck of it, I logged back into itunes; click "Buy". It's working again after three days of failure. However, diagnosis still displays "Secure link to itunes store failed". Very confusing state of affairs, lately. See my post on "Itunes dilemma"

Trying to purchase from the App Store which I have done before. For some reason now I am getting message that says account not valid in the US store and I must switch to the Canadian store. How do I do this?
CHANGING APPLE ID/EDIT ACCOUNT INFORMATION/CHANGE ITUNES COUNTRY
Tap Settings / iTunes & App Stores, then tap the Apple ID signed in. Sign out of the current Apple ID account and then sign in with another account or create a new Apple ID http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2731?viewlocale=en_US
Go to settings/facetime and tap the ID there and log out and log in with new ID.
Go to settings/messages and turn off imessages wait 30 seconds and turn it back on, go to “receive messages at” tap on the ID there, sign out and sign in with new ID.
Go to settings/icloud and delete the account and when prompted select “keep information on your device” then turn it back on with the new ID.
To edit account information tap Settings / iTunes & App Stores / Apple ID: / View Apple ID
To change your iTunes Store country, sign in to the account for the iTunes Store region you would like to use, tap Settings/iTunes & App Store/Apple ID/View Apple ID/Country/Region
