I changed the battery in my wireless keyboard and checked the batteries to make sure that they are good, I left the computer on while I changed the batteries. When I returned to the computer, the computer does not acknowledge the keyboard so I can't do any diagnostics. What do I do?

Hold the power key on the keyboard down for 5 secs to power off, tap the power button once to start. It should connect automatically.

At one time often flash player needed special software to ensure it was uninstalled correctly, I do not think that is now the case.

I stripped the old iPad (the one I gave my wife), so now she only has the contacts and photos "suitable" for her. When Iwoke up this morning my iphone and my new iPad had only the photos and contacts that I left her on her old iPad!! That really *****! I've lost all of my contacts and quite a few photos. I ended up having to open another account but how can I access that account to retrieve my other songs? I realize I can't transfer between accounts but maybe at least burn to CD?

You can reset your Apple ID password via the steps in the first article below. I would try the option to answer your security questions. If those steps do not work then you may need to reach out to our account security team to reset this old Apple ID password. Once this is done you should be able to access your old DRM protected purchases.

The whole configure over WAN thing is confusing me I don't want anyone to be able to access my airport extreme over the WAN. How can I check to make sure that is the way I have it setup?

I just bought a new airport extreme and I want to make sure that is NOT set up for "configure over WAN". How do I check to make sure that is how I have it set up? I only want access to the base via WPA2 password

Open AirPort Utility, select the AirPort Extreme, and click Manual Setup
Click the Base Station tab located just below the row of icons
Remove any check mark that might be in the box next to Allow Setup over WAN
Click Update to save your settings and the AirPort Extreme will restart in 25-30 seconds
For what it is worth, if you leave the box checked, any computer that tries to access the settings on the Airport Extreme will be asked for the device password....not the wireless network password.

hey guys. I am having trouble with my internet. My MacBook Pro seems to be connected with Belkin wireless router, but the internet would not work. We recently changed the router so its pretty new, and it used to work on my HP laptop. Although there were some problems, it still worked. But now, the internet works and stops suddenly, and then works again.
I would love to hear some suggestions to get rid of this.

If you have not already done so, read the troubleshooting section in Belkin's user manual, contact their customer tech support by phone or go to its website. Please detail all you have done to resolve your issue. Need this information so that the users can avoid the "been there, done that" scenario type responses. Ouch. I am afriad the news is not good. If there is no longer a working firmware instance on ATV there is nothing you can do. That's why it has that message about not unplugging it during the update.

I have been on the phone to Apple 3 times and turned off a number of things that I am not using and now power it off more regularly but still not happy with battery life. It is less than a year old and as I said, I don' t use it all that much

My best bet would be to restore the phone. Back it up to itunes, and then reset it Factory settings. This way, any corrupt software will be removed, and you can start fresh. Make sure you back it up first. By the sounds of it, you are using the phone for business and probably need the data from it. Hope this helps!

You need to move the music from the iPod to your iTunes library on your computer then sync with the iPhone.
