TS3899 I send an e-mail message from my iPhone 5c and it shows up in Sent folder as a duplicate, 2 of the same e-mail messages sent at the same time.
I send an e-mail message from my iPhone 5c and it shows up in Sent folder as a duplicate message. 2 identical messages sent at the same time. What's up with this? Tried Apple Support by phone, and did a couple of troubleshoots, then my connection with Apple Support was cut off. Issue not resolved yet.
Did the mail get sent? Is the only issue the fact that it appears twice in the Sent folder?

Click "Unregister".
If that doesn't work, you're going to need to call AppleCare and have them remove your phone from the system.

I want to delete my icloud-account from my iphone 5 and then register again, because I want to change my email-address/account name. What would be the steps to follow? How do I make sure I do not lose any information stored on/in my iphone 5?
You would have to delete the existing iCloud account and create a wholly new one - you cannot change the @icloud.com email address of the one you already have. To make a new one, you will also need an new AppleID as any AppleID can only have one iCloud account associated with it.
Deleting the account will not delete anything off your device (if prompted for things like contacts, choose to keep them). You will have to sync everything anew with the new account as you cannot move your sync'd content, your old backups or anything else from one iCloud account to another. You will have to set up sync again and let it sync to the new account, and then make new backups to the new account as well. -
Updated my software and now I can't send messages from my iphone

How do I download my voicemail messages from my iPhone to my Mac Book? It appear that I am only able to download photos.
I don't know the reason.
You can go to the Apple store and ask them directly.
Or you can ask your cell phone provider as voice mail is a carrier feature. -
How can I retrieve deleted text messages from my iphone 5
Somebody deleted a string of text messages from my iPhone 5 and I want to know if they can be retrieved and if so how? I'm new to the iPhone as this is my first apple product. SMS text messages are backed up with the iPhone - whether it's locally or to iCloud. If you've already written over the backup that had them (as in, backed up after the delete) then they're gone.
If you still have a backup available from a time where you had the messages on your iPhone, all you have to do is erase the iPhone and restore from that backup.
"Retrieve deleted messages from iPhone" is simple as pie. -
TS2755 Why won't my iPhone receive messages from other iPhones, I can only receive them on my ipad?

I can no longer send photos in an email from my iphone 5. It uploads the photo the the "mew message" page and then it freezes! I can use safari and check my emails, and when the email part is frozen I can still use the rest of my phone. Any advice ?!?

I would recommend closing any open applications in multitasking and restarting the device. If unfamiliar with multitasking, I have included a screenshot on how to process an application close.

Regarding text messaging, if I send a message from my iPhone, the reply goes to my ipad, or mini ipad. How can I stop this from happening?
Go to Settings/ Messaging/ Send & Receive on each device to set the contact points to be reached at, and to set the "from" address when you start a new message. It sounds like your iPhone might be sending messages out as one thing (e.g. an iCloud address) but set to not receive replies only to your phone number. Make sure you review settings on each device since you may, or may not, want to have them common.

I recently switched from my iphone to a samsung Galaxy S4, trading in my iphone. I now can not send/receive text messages from any iphones to my galaxy S4. Since I traded the iphone in, I can't access it to make any changes. Any ideas?

When I send a text message from my iPhone response only comes back to my iPhone . If I send from iPad, response only comes back to iPad. Whichever I used last is where response comes. Responses are not coming to both anymore!
On both devices when you go to settings>messages>send and recieve how are poeple contacting you on each device?. e.g. email or mobile number.

You need to link your iPhone number to Messages - and Facetime if you use it. For Messages go to Settings>Messages>Send and Receive at>You can be reached by iMessage at. If your phone number is showing there, select it as your Contact address. If it doesn't appear in there, take a look at the end of this article for help.

Same area, MMS Messaging is on? Should be.
If all else fails, go into Settings General Reset - Reset Network Settings (this will lose WiFi info but fixes a lot of messaging errors).
