UCCX 7 - Advanced Reporting - Grade of Service Realtime Report

Is there any sample of what DB fields would be required to build/calculate an Advanced Report for seeing Grade of Service (GoS) for a particular CSQ?
Since there is nothing in the Supervisor Agent to display this, can it be built using the Advanced Reporting capabilities (w/DB Schema documents) of UCCX?
Thanks
Pete

Hi
All looks good to me - SingleSelection is valid I think, certainly works on my 8.x system.
I would take a look at one of the 'Interval' reports - for example Agent State Summary by Interval. The selection of the interval is done using a SingleSelection DBListToList, but with static items. If that appears as a drop down, then the element works. If not, there may be a bug with your HRC client. I'm pretty sure this option has been supported for a long time.
In that case you can take a backup copy of that XML definition, and replace the 'ListOption' elements with your single 'SQL' element in the original file, and see if it populates from the query.
Only other thing I noticed was your 'SingleSelection' property appears before the GUIComponentName property - might be some weird parser error or something, as the Cisco examples have SingleSelection after GUIComponentName?

    Thanks for the reply Sebastian,
I created APS with only CVOM service and changed the parameter Xmx6g, but the result is the same. But there are some strange thing, since com at the time of shipment and PDF generation dedicated to the APS, the value of the metric "Maximum Memory (MB)" was 5.461Mg that corresponds to the parameter Xmx6g, but the metric "Total Memory (MB)" value was 1792Mg and "Free Memory (MB)" the 1.052Mg value. Is it possible that the APS does not use all available memory is allocated to it? At the time of generating the server had memory available to grow.

  • UCCX 8 Custom report - stored procedure

I'm porting over a custom UCCX 5 historical report to UCCX 8. I'm trying to port the stored procedure to informix but some of the helper routines such as getRoutingSkills(), getRestrictedDate() and parse2() are all restricted and I don't have permission to grant access to the report user.
A call to one of these functions generate the error message "SQL Error (getrestricteddate) cannot be resolved."
I'm logging in to the informix database with the uccxhruser account and I don't know of any other account with elevated privilege that I can use for development.
My question is there any documentation on security requirements for creating stored procedures for UCCX 8? What do i need to do to gain access to the functions listed above? Do i need to re-create these helper routines myself?
    Please advise.
    Thanks
    Chris

I've noticed there's a database user named "uccxuser" with privilege set to "DBA".  I believe this is the account i should be using to create my stored procedures but I don't know the password to it.  Does anyone know how custom stored procedures should be created on uccx 8's database and which account we should be use?
    Thanks

  • Problem with Advanced reporting

Ok, so there is an inherent flaw in the way grouping is done in Advanced Reporting - it should not be automatic
Say for example, I have three reports A, B, and C, and what I want is the report generated by (A U B) - C.
Now, when I select minus, it autogroups to A U (B - C). Sure, you can ungroup, but you can't group as above(unless I'm missing something).
Now, say for example you have a record x which is in report A, B and C.
because x is in A, it will be in the second report(the autogrouping one). But it will not be in the first report, which is what I want. These two reports then, are NOT equivalent.

    Thomas,
The grouping is not flawed, just particular about the order of clicks.
    With your three reports all ungrouped A u B u C click the first set operator. This gives you a grouping between A and B. (A u B) u C
Now you can change the second set operator to minus and the first one back to union if you changed it to something else. The result is (A u B) - C

  • UCCX:Secondary node is in partial service & testing the HA mode

    Hi,
Running UCCX 8.5 in HA mode.
Primary UCCX services are INSERVICE status, but in Secondary UCCX service status (UCCX engine ans subsystem)shows PARTIAL SERVICE.
Let me know how to make it INSERVICE.
Also let me know any procedure to test the HA mode is working fine or not!!!
    Help me out!!
    Thanks & Regards,
    Krishna

    Hi,
Please expand the Engine under the arrow and check as to which subsystem is in partial service, this will help determine.
-Also make sure to turn on the engine debugging under UCCX serviceability.
Restart the servers during a maintenance window
-Collect the logs from the RTMT tool
-As after the restart the MIVR LOGS should clearly display the cause for which subsystem is in partial service
-Some of the most common reasons can be :
    -Application manager service in partial
-CMT telephony subsystem might be in partial too
    Also is the setup HAOWAN?
Please send over the CUCM version as well.
Once I know which subsystem is in partial service,I can point you in the right direction
    Thanks,
    Prashanth

  • About UCCX 8 Historical report-no report by running scheduler

    Hi!
I can run the historical report by manually set up the timeframe and generate the report. The content of the  report is correct, but when
I run the report by the sechduler , the content is empty,no data during the interval !... Does anybody encounter the same problem ? My UCCX version is 8.0.2
    Thanks a lot!

Make sure the computer running the HRC is up and logged in during the time the report is scheduled to run. Essentially, you need to make sure the scheduler is running. It's not a Windows service.

  • UCCX Scripting to transfer call to service when office closed.

I am pretty new to scripting and need some assistance.  I have a simple script for UCCX that checks the date and time to determine if the office is open.  I have the script working for when the office is open, which is step one.  Now I have to be able to get the script to make a call to an answering service during closed hours/days.  I am just not sure which action to choose from the menus.  I am guessing that it is one of the Call Contact actions, but not sure.
    Any help would be appreciated!

    netbakter,
Have you come across an issue when using Call Redirect step? I'm using it to redirect the call to an extension (in an AA like environment). I notice the system marks it as Aborted - com.cisco.app.ApplicationTaskInactiveException in the Aborted and Rejected Call Detail Report when the other party doesn't pick up the call. Is this normal?
    Thanks!

  • Vendor advance report by using entries in FBCJ

    HI All,
My client has 4 business locations. So I opened 4 cash journals for each location and map all the cash journals to a single cash GL which wil reflect in balance sheet or trial balance. when making entries using cash journal, they used to take advance agaisnst expenses in business transaction and passed entries using vendor. They asked me a report where how much advance was given to each vendor will be found out.But i didn't found any report. Then I told them to make entries via F-02 by using posting key 29 and special GL indicator. Then by using report FK10n thier problems get solved. But for this I have to open different cash GLs for each location .My question is how can I map all 4 Gls to a single GL which will show as a summerised  cash GL in trial balance or balance sheet. Please help
can I get any report (advance given to each vendor) by making entries in FBCj.If not then please help me to solve this issue.

    Hi Biraja,
You cannot post vendor advances using Cash Journal (FBCJ), You need to create a Cash Clearing GL to use the further process.
    1. In FBCJ at the time of vendor advance you need to select Cash Clearing A/c System will post below accounting entries.
    Cash Clearing Account -
    Dr.
    To Cash Main A/c----
    Cr.
    2. You need to transfer this entry in Vendor A/c (F-48)
    Vendor A/c (Spl GL Indicatior)------Dr.
    To Cash Clearing A/c -
    Cr.
    3. Clearing of Cash Clearing Account (F-03).
Now you can find all the advances made for vendors in Vendor Reports.
    Regards,
    JA

  • UCCX creating new reports

I am involved in a UCCX implemetation which obviously includes CUIC, i need to create a couple of new reports for my customer.
I have learned quit quickly that this is completey different to CUIC UCCE Premium, and i believe that things sucah as report definitions do not exisit! Can someone advise how I go about creating a new report - how do I create what would have been the report definition in UCCE Premium.
I have downloaded all the documentation, however if someone can give me a quick symopsis of what to do and how this differs from UCCE Premium, I would be grateful.
    thanks Sarah

You must set the password for the “Historical Reporting User” it's in appadmin Tools/Password Management
If this a HA system you must login to both servers and set the password, it’s not automatically propagated across.
Then in your data source set the database user id to: uccxhruser with the password you set.
You must then work out the instance name. This is the host name converted to lower case with _uccx on the end. To check your host name login to the cli on your CCX publisher and enter: show status.
If your host name is CCX9Lab then your instance would be ccx9lab_uccx

  • UCCX IPIVR 7 Editor in partial service

    Hi,
    Anybody got any pointers on:
    1) Why the UCCX engine stays in partial service when the UCCX editor is the only item showing as not runing. Surely the editor is only run when required so shouldn't impact the engine status?
    2) When the editor is run up, the engine stills stays in Partial Service as the Editot Bootstrap Manager goes into partial service. I've looked at the MEDT log file with debugging enabled and all I can see is that the engine is waiting for the bootstrap manager to move out of partial sercice.

Hopefully I have my answer to this question.
The editor itself has no impact in the status of the engine, which is what I had expected/hoped ... so it a red herring in my case an not relevant. The reason I have partial service in this scenario is because of bug ID CSCtb77537. I have yet to confirm 100% this is the case as I need to upgrtade the CUCM the 7.1.3 SU2 to confirm it fixes the issue.

  • UCCX 7 Historical Reports Tool Question

Hi, I'm new to this tool and was wondering how I can see the report builds for the existing reports within the historical reports tool.  Is there a way to get into the pre-existing reports using Crystal Developer?  Any help and all help is appreciated.
    Thanks,

    Aaron,
One more thing.  So when I get into the UCCX server to look at the data tables I notice that the table prefix (owner) is dbo. When I go into the reports design view and look at the database fields, their prefix is ado.  Is there another table set out there or are there interim tables being created as these reports are running?

  • UCCX CUIC Custom Reports

    Hi Community,
I'm creating new reports for one of our customers with the CUIC NFR kit in our lab.
But I do not want to create the reports from scratch and want to use the report definition templates from UCCX.
But I don't know where I can download the files?
For the UCCE I know that those files can be downloaded, but I couldn't find the files for the UCCX.
    kind regards
    Markus

CUIC calls the stored procedures, the actual DB calls from CUIC are just calls to a stored procedure. To see the sql part of the reports you need a client to connect to the database and look into the SP's

This is the tool i'm using, works great.

  • UCCX 8.0(2) reset Unified Serviceability password

    Hello,
I'm running UCCX 8.0(2) in HA.   It appears that my username and passwords to get me access to the Unified Serviceability (not UCCX Serviceability) pages are out of synch.   I can get into the primary fine but the secondary gives me "Access Denied"   I do not want to reset the platform or appadmin usernames or passwords.   What is the correct command to do this via CLI?
    Thanks,
    Glenn

    Hi Glenn,
The above screenshot will give you an idea of what users are available and their respective user roles.
In order to reset unified serviceability password you have to reset the application administrator user role.
Below document lists the commands that you need to use, pg 2-4
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_8_5/configuration/guide/uccx85rtmt.pdf
"In case you forget the Application User credentials, use the CLI commands “utils
    reset_application_ui_administrator_name” and “utils
reset_application_ui_administrator_password” to reset the credentials. For more information about
these CLI commands, see the “Gathering Configuration Information for Installation” section of the
Installation Guide for Cisco Unified Contact Center Express and Cisco Unified IP IVR available here:
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/custcosw/ps1846/prod_installation_guides_list.html"
    Hope this helps.
