UDS libraries not visible in Workspace

Hi,
I'm unable to see some UDS libraries in my workspace - e.g., XMLSvr, OLE2, etc., I was able to see them earlier, but after my PC was rebuilt (and UDS reinstalled), they are missing.
I suspect it's due to some log flags that are not set. Can anybody help?

Have a try with this one: cfg:ui:21-21:1
If the library is not immediately visible refresh the workspace display by changing the component filter once or twice.

  • HFM 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.2 upgrade - applications not visible in workspace

    Hi Gurus,
                        Recently upgraded HFM system in distributed environment from version 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.2 on MS Win 2008 R2 platform and Oracle 11g database. There are two servers as follows:
    Machine 1:     Foundation
                           Reporting
                           Workspace
                            HFM Web
    Machine 2: Foundation common components
                       HFM
                       FDM
    Applied maintenance release, configured existing databases for individual components and deployed to application server on existing domain (on Machine 1 WebLogic) which went fine. Lastly configured web server on Foundation (Machine 1 - Oracle HTTP). Then executed the HFM schema upgrade utility.
    Workspace & shared services are working fine, HFM apps are appearing in shared services, hfm text appears using hfm url, services are running fine. Issue is that HFM applications do not show up on workspace.
    Oracle support suggested applying adf patches, HFM 303 & 305 patches, but the problem remains even after applying all the suggested patches. Is this a bug in 11.1.2.2? Please help.

    Hi Hamm,
    The fact that you are saying that "hfm text appears using hfm url" can mean that you have not configured the workspace web server after you configured the HFM. Have you done that?
    As another test, have you tried toy connect to HFM via smartview to an existing app?

  • Slider(Web Analysis)  not visible in Workspace

    I have a specific problem with Web Analysis (Slider). When I use Sliders in Web Analysis reports, they are working fine, but when I view the same report in Workspace, I am not able to view the slider at all.

    I did got same error some time back. Go to visual Administrator and start the application if that does not work undeploy that application using Visual Administrator undeploy the deployed the Application, and then again deploy the application

  • Merging Libraries not visible...

    Everytime I merge my Macbook Pro library with my master library on my iMac the projects are on the project list but when I select one it does not show any images. After I rebuild the library (option+cmd and start Aperture) all the images are visible. Is it normal that to rebuild the libray after I merge an other library?

    We have upgraded from hyperion 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.2. after that we are unable to see the planning application in workspace.

    yes, applications are upgraded. We are able to access the same applications through planning link

    And all the steps had been done. But the deployment step, i couldn't see my process on the BPM Workspace. I searched the other opinions in the forum. It's completely same with this thread -> Process is not visible in BPM Workspace in Application panel

    I hope you already ran the demo community seed app to create all the test users and groups etc in the default authenticator. If not, please see this below post:

    1. First login into bpm/workspace with domain adminstrator username/password. Then on right side, click on Adminstration link and see if you could see all the roles related to hello world app and also the users that you added to those roles.
    One other very basic thing is, you should and must deploy the TaskForms project that has all the taskdetails UI pages. I hope you did this while deploying the workflow and checking the check boxes to deploy other ui projects also.
    If seeding and getting demo uses is confusing, you can always use your own users. From weblogic console, create some extra users like weblogic1, weblogic2, weblogic3 etc with some password. Then use these users to assign to the roles from hello world app. Then login with these users. This will also work.

  • Illustrator CC Workspaces, my workspaces are not visible, I can't access my palettes. Can anyone help?

    At some point I lost my workspaces, i have tried selecting "Essentials," "Printing and Proofing." and even creating my own work space, but now none are visible. Under window in the main bar it shows those palates as active but they are not visible. Are they hidden, if so what is the key stroke to unhide them?

    I am having a similar problem on both of my computers. Both running OS 10.10.1.
    Illustrator works space selections will not load palettes. If I get one set to appear and try to add another palette to the visible ones, it will not appear, though checked in the Window list. The web word space seems to be the only one that will appear by selection it. But no other palettes can be made visible.
    Did you find a solutions to this? I have shut down numerous times. No older versions are loaded on the computers as both hard drives were wiped clean for the upgrades.

    If FR studio is also throwing error that mean issue with FR configuration.
    Run epmsys_regsitry.bat under user_projects\bin folder
    Run validate.bat under user_projects\bin folder
    above will generate html file for configuration.
    FR studio is not connectiong then check FR studio client log file under FRstudio location\Diagnostic folder.
    Log file name is FRclient.log file.

  • How to create a group that is visible in workspace

    I would like to assign a task to group "Test".  However, I get an "invalid principal exception" when I do so through the assign task process. 
    My group "Test" is set up with "workspace user". 
    I have added "user 1" to the group.  User1 has the "workspace user" role.
    When I log into workspace with User 1, the group "Test" is not visible on the left pane.  I think this is my issue, but not sure how to solve.

  • EPM 11.1.2.1 Consolidation Application (Create) does not work from workspace

    We have installed and configured HFM, Planning, Essbase, FR, FDM in single server-Windows 2008 R2 SP1 (64-bit). We have checked all diagnostic logs and configuration is 100% successful. All the services start successfully. We can connect to foundation/workspace on 19000 port and create planning application successfully and also use it with no problem.
    But when try to create Consolidation application, we get error as below:-
    Description: Invalid or could not find module configuration 'hfm.appcontainer'.
    Also the icon is not visible for all consolidation link under Navigate/Administer.
    We have installed Java 7 and dotnet framework 4.5
    Please help as we have reinstalled/reconfiguration numerous times and faced the same problem.

    Hi there,
    Have you reconfigure the Web Server after installing all the additional components? Usually, the icons are missing when you have not reconfigured the Web server after the installation and configuration of a component.

    I have successfully created a database(ms-sql) and configured it.on top of it i have created an application successfully.but when i try to login that app thru planning web or workspace its not visible there.can anyone tell me what is the cause for this.

    If you are going direct to planning and not seeing the app in the dropdown then it may be down to having created multiple instances in the config utility, if that is the case you will need to associate the datasource with the active instance - http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E10530_01/doc/epm.931/html_hp_admin/ch02s10s04.html

  • Images are not visible in the iPhone.

    When I open iTunes there are number of images found in the iPhone, but the images are not visible in the iPhone actually.

    I using local deployment. I deploy my application directly from NWDS to a Mobile Client running also locally in my machine. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that Mobile Client look for resources in NWDS workspace.
    This is the dpi file located in the Mobile Client inbox folder when I perform the deployment.

  • Cross References Not Visible in Panel

    Hi all,
    I have been enjoying the Cross References functionality in Indesign CS6 to use dynamic text that changes....until recently.
    When i first started using them, the Cross References (CR) would be listed in the Hyperlinks/CR panel.
    I can create a destination, create a hyperlink to that destination, change what it shows (I am using Paragraph Number) and it works as it should.
    The problem i am having is that the CRs are not visible in the Cross Reference panel (the hyperlinks too for that matter)
    This means i cant modify my cross references.
    Does anyone know why they wouldnt show in the panel? Or is there any other way to see them?
    I need to fix this. I have tried resetting the preferences as i found in other posts, but that didnt help

    SOLVED!
    The problem appeared to be with my Workspace profile. I changed from my personalised profile to "Interactive for PDF" ( which has the Hyperlinks panel) and it worked. All the Hyperlinks and cross-references show.
    I personalised my workspace again with the panels i require and then saved a new workspace with the same name. All works fine after saving a new profile. I am going to take a backup of the workspace file so i can restore it easily if it happens again.

  • "Files" and other tabs not visible for document library after script editor webpart is added

    I created a document library and uploaded a few documents to ti.  On the ribbon, I could see both "Files" and "Library" tabs.  I then added a Script Editor webpart to this page because I needed to run some javascript on this
    page.  Now, when I go to that document library page (AllItems.aspx) then I don't see the Files and Library tab.  My guess is that this is because these tabs are context sensitive so they only appear when Sharepoint knows you're working with a document
    library and since now I have both the webpart that shows the document library and the Script editor webpart, that context is not there.  If I click somewhere on the page close to the actual list of documents, then the Files and Library tabs reappear since
    now Sharepoint knows that I'm working with a document library.  Is there any way aroudn this?  We don't want to have to ask our customer to click somewhere on the screen in order to get access to these tabs.  I'm not sure why Sharepoint would
    be confused by the Script editor webpart.  It is not visible so when the page is not in edit more, you can't even see that Script editor.  So, my question is: is there any way to:
    - either find some other way of using javascript on this page (maybe external javascript file with some link to it on the page?
    - or, some way to force the Fiels and Library tabs to be visible no matter what (i.e. despite having the Script editor webpart on the page).
    I also experienced this issue when I wanted to insert some customized text on the same page that had a document library.  For example, I created a document library and then on the AllItems.aspx page I inserted a content editor webpart so that I can
    show some text at the top.  That also caused the Files and Library tabs to disappear.

    I understand Files/Libraray tab disappear after you add web parts to a document library, once you click somewhere in library list, it will appear again.
    This is by design. As workaround, please try to use SharePoint Desginer to edit Allitems page of document library instead of using script web part.

  • Development Component not visible in dev config, but visible in DTR,CBS

    Hi,
    we have recently migrated our production track from netweaver 2004 to 2004s. In the Dev Config perspective I am unable to see a DC, but I am able to see the same from the DTR perspective. I am also able to see this DC in CBS.
    I am unable to create a project or work on this DC because of this problem.
    Has anyone else faced the same problem ? What can be done to make the DC visible in the Dev Config ?

    Thanks again for your reply.
    Here are the findings :
    1)The DC is not available in both the active and inactive tabs in the Dev config perspetive.
    2) I have only NWDS 7.0 on my machine, but Admin has the older version 6.4 and it was not visible on their machine.
    3) I tried Re-Synching the archives, but still no luck, the DC is still invisible.
    4)The DC was last modified during the creation of the new track, the activities making changes to the DC before that are mostly UI changes, no deletes etc.. which could cause the DC to not be visible.
    5) It is a WD DC.
    6) The DC exists in Cons/Dev (both active/inactive) DTR workspaces as well as CBS build spaces (on both versions of the track)
    7)There are no pending activities for this DC in the old track.
    8)There were couple of broken DCs on the new track but this is mainly because of compile time errors due to use of deprecated methods.
    While checking for all these items I noticed that the .dcref file for the DC is missing in the DTR for both active and inactive, could this mean anything ? Is this the reason for the DC not being visible in the Dev Config perspective ?
    Is there any way to recover the DC ?
