Unable to request repair

Every time for the last week that i have tried to get my headphones replaced on the online repair service. It always comes up with the error:
We're sorry, our system is not available at this time.
Please try again in a few minutes or return to the Apple Support site.
Any suggestions, because an apple store is no where near where i live.

I can get my headphones replaced? I didn't even think about that, and they're were useless over than half of a year ago (blown). So waranty covers headphones too?

    I am trying to configure workflow  for leave request, for my requirement i have to do some modifications to stadard workflow(12300111), so i copied it and made configuration settings in spro also, but when i create a leave from PTARQ transaction
    workflow is not getting created.
    when i debugged it, i got amessage saying 1) unable send request 2) you are not one of the possible agents
    Is there any other stting i have to do??

    Hi Kishore,
    Please check below things.
    1. In the SPRO, have you maintained your workflow Template against the required leave type.
    2.Use CTRL + F2, and check is there any error in your workflow. Also check whether it is active or not.
    3. Check the workflow agent assignment in Basic data. It should be General Task.

  • Unable to request new password for Jabber free

    A user-account for a colleague of mine does not seem to work any more, he is unable to log in to the account and unable to request new password for the account as well.
    When attempting to request a new password, he receives this message: 
    Invalid email address or Jabber Video address
    This happens wether he uses the jabber account name, or his email adress.
    If he tries to create a new account using his email adress, he is informed that the adress have allready been registered.
    The account appeared to work fine untill last week.
    What might cause this, and how can one resolve this issue?

  • DTP Questions: Delete overlapping requests;  Repair Full Request

    Hello,
    I'm new with the DTP concept in BI 7.0.
    It is clear to me how DTP is working for normal loads like: full, delta, delta without data transfer etc.
    But I don't see where I can specifies "Delete overlapping requests". Is this still possible in a DTP, or is it only possible by creating a Process Chain and insert the process-type "delete overlapping requests" ?
    Also I have a question about "Repair Full request" using DTP.  Is this option still possible ? Or do I have to create a DTP with extraction-mode = Full => Extraction from Active table.  => Is delta than still working ?

    This option is available <b>only in Process Chains</b> when u use DTP's.

    Full Load was made Repair Full to Initialize if loading an ODS but however you dont need to worry abt the same in Netweaver 7.0 as DTP is taking care of the loading from PSA to DSO.
    Initialization can be done after a full load as the load is <b>only till PSA</b> ( At Datasource Level ).
    DTP doesnot require any initialization.
    U can jst do a Delta DTP after a Full DTP to a DSO or u can even start with a Delta DTP directly.
    For the first time  -> Delta DTP = Full DTP !!

    It is showing 'Repair' status, as you are trying to make modifications to
    either 1) a standard object using Access Key or 2) a semi-standard object which will not ask  for a Access Key.
    In case 1 & 2, the object / application would be developed by SAP.
    In the 2nd case, you can do the customizing change provided you are sure that the application is used only for 1 purpose.
    If it is used across projects, then the changes you are making will be affecting other's outputs also.
    In that case, what you can do is copy the standard / semi-standard application and make the changes in your new custom application.
    In some cases you will have to make some customizing changes to direct the control to the custom application rather than standard application.
    It is always recommended to avoid any repairs being transported.
    While SAP applies any patches, your changes to the object might get overwritten.

  • Disk Utility unable to Verify/Repair Permissions since this week's update

    Hey there folks- I am experiencing some software problems with certain apps not launching (I understand it is an issue with QT now but am not clear on how to revert... Help?) and naturally panicked a bit.
    I went into Disk Utility and tried to Repair Permissions.
    Starts checking and then claims to lose connection and that I need to quit it and relaunch. This, of course, tells me that I am about to corrupt the disk and will "pay" for it (not seriously but feels like it!).
    Anyone know what I can do to fix this as I really cannot, this minute, afford to reformat as I am working flat out with the machine.
    So- review- unable to repair permissions and sometimes the machine runs slower than usual on the net as well as no longer launching some applications. Missing a few too but I can live with that!
    Any help VERY gratefully received.

    OK- thanks for that. I do so like understanding what I am doing and, more importantly- WHY!
    Will do and let you know if that sorts matters...
    As for QT- I hear tell that it can interfere with the running of applications and I certainly had a lot more than just Disk Utility fail on me. Stuff APPEARS to launch and then just stops after a few bounces of the icon on the dock.
    Of course that TOO began only after the update.
    I have to say- if it weren't for your calming influence I'd have freaked by now. I mean- how can we trust the updates if they cause such agro?!

  • SSO Application Configuration .msc - Unable to load mmc and unable to uninstall/repair

    This tool was installed on a QA server by an ex-employee and nobody knows for sure if it ever worked.  Attempting to uninstall/repair fails with below errors in the event log.
    The description for Event ID 11001 from source MsiInstaller cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer
    or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
    If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
    The following information was included with the event:

    Sadly i had the same issue trying to uninstall the SSO App Con...
    I also could not repair the install due to another 1001 error.
    Instead of uninstalling the program i found the registry file i needed to repair the install and imported it to my registry.
    1 Open notepad and paste the following

  • Unable to select repair option

    I am attempting to send in my iPhone for repair, so I am going through the steps (describing the issue, etc.) It then comes to the 3rd step for Additional Information and asks "If Apple determines that the product is ineligible for covered service, tell us how you would like to proceed" and your options are "return my product without service" or "I will pay for the service". I am not able to select "I will pay for the service", is there a reason why?

    I'm sorry if I was unclear. If the product has physical or liquid damage and you pay the $199 price then they will replace it no questions asked. If the product is covered by the warranty and you send it in without paying and they find the damage they will send it back unrepaired. At that point you would need to pay the OOW price due to damage and they will then replace it.
    If you send it in for repair and there is no damage and they can reproduce the issue you are having they will repair or replace the device under warranty without you having to pay for anything.

  • Error 1310. Unable to update / repair / install

    For over a week, on start up of my computer Adobe Acrobat tries to do an update - and fails due to " error 1310. Error writing to file: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\ActivX\AcroPDF.dll. Verify that you have access to that directory "
    But on cancelling - program worked fine.
    Today - same error but now Adobe Acrobat will not open citing serial number error.
    I tried to repair using the install disk - same Error 1310
    I then uninstalled Adobe Acrobat
    Then I tried to re-install - same error 1310.
    Adobe reader runs OK
    But I need the acrobat.

    For some reason I could not get the forum to do an reply.
    It worked but not they you thought.
    I did the administrator thing – but it still bombed out with same error.
    I went back into the folder and tried to delete what was there – but could not due to “permissions” – so I renamed it AAA.
    Then I did then install – but this time instead of my initials for the user & business labels + serial number, I put in administrator for the user, initials for the business name + serial number – and it worked.
    I don’t know if it was the renaming of the activX folder (though nothing was is in it) or the administrator name on the registration page – but it worked and all is OK with my world again.

  • Unable to provide repair order information?

    Hi all,
    Ok so here's my story, for the past week and a half I've been keeping up to date on my repair order which is resulting in HP having me send my laptop into them and them sending me a different one. The problem is, my case manager can't provide me with ANY information on the order. I don't have an order number, expected date, tracking number, etc. She says that she contacted the order department on Monday and they haven't sent anything back, HOW is this possible?! Is the communication that bad in HP that they can't even get a simple order number sent between departments? She mentioned that they've updated their order process or something like that and have had a few problems, I'm just wondering if anybody else has had this problem?

    To get a developer token for production, you must be logged into the Bing
    Ads Developer Portal as a Microsoft Account user with the Super Admin role. The Super Admin may request API access for any user
    within their customer scope. For more information, see User
    Roles and Available Service Operations.  If
    you are logged in with a role other than Super Admin e.g. logged in as Campaign Manager, then you will not see the option to request a developer token.

  • Unable to select "repair disk"

    My system is running slow.  I am able to verify permissions and verify disk but I'm not able to select "repair disk".

    You need to restart from a Mac OS X install DVD to get that option. If you don't have one, restart with the Shift key held down to quietly run a disk repair utility.
    If the Verify Disk function doesn't find any issues, Repair Disk won't help.

  • Unable to request new license key

    Hello.
    I have some problems. Shortly - we've moved our server to the vSphere and had to reinstall SAP.
    Now - the problem. As server's IP, name, etc changed we have to request new license key.
    There's a problem though. I've logged in as Super-administrator yet I cannot request new license (even though I have all  the required authorizations assigned).
    For example:
    System Data Maintenance  -> Your Recently Used Systems.
    When I select my System ID I get No authorization to execute this function. Please, contact your system administrator. message. How come I'm SA and have all the authorizations required.
    OK, next thing to check - Maintain System and Installation Data. I search for our installation using data in the forms, search engine founds the information requierd. Upon clicking on the system - the same message appears.
    Next option: Select System from Hierarchy. After clicking on the System ID: Currently you do not have authorization to use this function. To request the authorization, please contact one of the administrators at your company: and I am listed below. HOW COME!?
    I've clicked  /super-admins and could see duplicated entry with my account.
    Monday starts in a few hours and I doubt we'll be able to use it on the new server so the only thing remaining is to hook up the old one and then transfer database after successful installation.
    Or maybe someone will help by then?

    I am trying to replace my iPod battery online using the support request form. However on 3 different machines, all using different web browsers I get the following JavaScript popup at the Billing Address page:
    "There are no Billable parts (22400,222)
    null"
    Please can someone explain why I am getting this message which is preventing me from continuing. I really need to replace my iPod battery as the device wont work unless plugged in.
