Unable to run example for WSIF binding

Hi,
I am using BPEL 10.1.3.1 version.
- I created Greeting.java, then from JDev generate WebService for class
- in BPEL created one partner link using same wsdl file from local file system
- put invoke activity to call this partner link
- deployed process
- copied all class file with package folder inside $ORACLE_HOME/bpel/system/classes folder
When i initiate the process i get error
Failed get wsdl service definition.
Failed to get a WSDL service that support the portType "{http://BusinessProcess/}Greeting" in WSDL definition "{http://BusinessProcess/}Greeting".
Please verify that WSDL portType "{http://BusinessProcess/}Greeting" is supported by a service in WSDL file.
Please help.

Hi Jack,
How did you define the partnerlink to the webservice? Normally you can specify the the location of the wsdl-file and then this file is copied into your bpel project.
Afterwards you can then just deploy the bpel project with the supported wsdl file within the project structure.

Stuck at error with How To Example for Data Binding in Multi-Form App

I have succesfully completed the section "Serial Forms Use Case" by Ralph Gordon's in "Managing ADF JClient Data Binding in a Multi-Fom Application" How To Document. Everything worked as explained.
Then I tried doing the second section "Concurrent Form Use Case". I got stuck there.
Im sure it's just something silly, but I would love to complete this section.

script it says the following error message in the first screen and when I am trying to install the snappins then it says me to delete this existing files in the second screen.

Unable to run bapis for project status update and date update together

Hi Experts,
I have a requirement to update the dates and status of a project WBS at level 4. I am trying to do update the CJ02 Transaction using standard BAPI available. I need to do both Date update and status update in the same LOOP PASS   i am using the below mention bapi. when i am doing so i am getting an error Project 'A._____' has been currently processed by ID i.e. my id.
I have tried putting a wait for 2 seconds in the code but its still not working. please find the order below in which i am calling the bapi.

Try to use
SET UPDATE TASK LOCAL.
before each BAPI call.
Did you try to debug through your code, leaving sufficient time between BAPI calls? If it does work like that, then the above statement might help.

Windows Limited User unable to run exp for dump taking purpose

We have an application which runs on Oracle 9i database and D2K forms and reports and the same is on Windows XP platform. The server PC is also the client.
We want the windows limited users to run the application and take oracle export/dump back up. Problem is the forms application runs just fine whereas the dump cannot be taken from the Windows Limited User. Does any body know how to solve this?

I have tried everything I could to fix this, but some things require actually being on Firefox, and since I cannot get on, I cannot click on the tabs to do it. I have even totally uninstalled firefox, and that has not fixed this. I still get the same message that firefox is running and I need to close it or restart (which I have also tried dozens of times). I have removed things like Java, and that has not helped either. If I cannot even get on line in firefox, how can I fix this. I am not crazy about using internet explorer, but right now, it is my only option. I even tried to start in safe mode, and the same message box pops up!

Unable to run Xilinx 2014.3 SDK for workspace that had worked.

   Hi,
   I have been developing a Linux application for ZC702.   Starting up the SDK i get the workspace path prompt but
   after selecting the workspace the SDK crashes.   I removed the .lock file in .metadata folder to no avail. I examined the .log file (attatched) and there are several Eclipse errors.
When selecting a previous workspace the SDK starts up fine.   I would like to fix the old workspace and on another note, how do I create a new workspace?

XQuery - Example for binding strings

The example in this article - http://www.oracle.com/technology/sample_code/tech/xml/xmldb/jxqi.html for string binding does not work, as the PreparedXQuery setString api signature is not setString(String, String), as mentioned in the article.
May be the api changed. The current api - setString(QName, String).
So, how can the string be bound.
Pasting example from the article as below.

I'am unable to run time evaluation for the entire year, even though mentioned the date as Force calculation as of : 01.01.2010
and evaluation upto date : 31.12.2010. when time evaluation is run , the log is only run for Jan 2010.
Maintained IT2011 from 01.01.2010 to 31.12.2010
IT0050 from 01.01.2010 to 31.12.9999
IT0003 : PDC recalculation : 01.01.2010

Check if Time Management status is 1 or 9....
If it is 1 then it would not run for the entire year..It would run only till today. If it is 9, then the TE runs for future also...also check if in the schema it is activated for future runs or not...

I am new to ADF, I am trying to learn how to navigate from one page to another, the code that I have is simple, but it is not working, I specified the control flow rules in the adfc-config.xml and I even tried to specify the navigation rules in the faces-config.xml file, but it doesn't matter if I do it in one configuration file or another I get the same error. This is my first time working with ADF, I don't have formal training, just some video tutorial that I have seen on internet. I have previous experience with JSF, so I feel more comfortable writing the code for my program than using all the graphical tools (at least at this moment)
Any help to solve this problem will be highly appreciated.

What is your goal?
What you have find had nothing to do with ADF. If you ent to learn adf then I recommend to work through find of the tutorials available on the jdev home page.
If adf is not your goal, you might want to use Trinidad and ask your question in their forum.
You might not like the declarative approach adf uses, but if you want to learn how to use adf, you have to understand how ADF works. Most can be done using java, but one you understand the framework you see the advantage.

Unable to securely request for a page

Question:
a) I'm unable to securely request for my webpage : https://127.0.0.1:8443/Blah , instead I get the following Error:
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost:8443.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure

On Internet Explorer I simply get:

I did add these lines:

Unable to run Report !

Hi All !
I intend to connect a report from form through a push button..
But when i click that button during runtime, i got an error,
FRM-41214-Unable to run reportFor which i found a solution in this forum as to check with the job status..
When i clicked that job status i got ,
Error
    Terminated with error: <br>REP-826: Invalid printer driver 'htm' specified by parameter DESFORMAT. Yes, i have given 'htm' as DESFORMAT since when i run that report individually from Oracle Reports Developer the format was in 'htm' during runtime..
Please help me with a solution !
