Unable to Uninstall VS 2013 and 2015 and update VS 2013

Hi,
today I downloaded Update 4 for visual studio 2013 (mu_visual_studio_2013_update_4_x86_dvd_5921353.iso I also tried mu_visual_studio_2013_update_4_x86_web_installer_5921356.exe). But I keep on getting this error:
So I thought I give it a try by uninstalling both VS 2013 and VS 2015. To do so, I did the following:
Start ==> Controle Panel ==> Programs and Features ==> search for "Microsoft Visual Studio Ultimate 2013" ==> click on the row ==> select change. And then I get this error (for both VS 2013 and VS 2015)
How can I uninstall both versions to reinstall a clean install?

Hello Matthijs de Z,
Your problem is a little complex at this time so I want to ask some questions:
1. When you are trying to install Visual Studio 2013 Udpate 4, do you have Update 3 installed yet? Or do you actually have Visual Studio 2013 RTM?
2. The uninstall step complained that the setup has already been moved, so have you manually removed anything before?
3. Do you have a healthy ISO?
I think you may try downlad a healthy ISO, verify its checksum by refer to this page:
http://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/downloads/visual-studio-2013-iso-sha1-vs
Then use the ISO the reapir Visual Studio 2013 then uninstall. Please also remember to clear your %temp% folder before you restart the uninstall action.
By the way, please don't manually remove anything like files or register keys, there is not such a tool to clear the VS installation, if you've manually done any changes to them, then if the steup corrupt we will not able to fix it.

What computer OS are you using? What happens when you try and uninstall it, since you say it doesn't work?

Unable to Uninstall Photoshop CS4 and Dreamweaver CS4

it's been a couple of days since i tried out Photoshop CS4 and Dreamweaver CS4 to see how they compare to the CS3 versions, it worked fine and all till suddenly it stopped working, so i been trying to uninstall/reinstall to get it working under the free trial limit i still have left (27 days as of this writing) it still will not work.
Sometimes i would install Photoshop/Dreamweaver and say an error occurred and some components were unable to install and would be unable to load the file even after doing what the instructions say...
Same goes for when i try to uninstall both Photoshop/Dreamweaver, i would try to uninstall and would still remain in my program files...
I am completely stumped on what to do, i can't even re-install photoshop/dreamweaver cs3 as well due to this...
I am running on Vista 32bit SP1 Pack on HP Pavilion, i want to completely get rid of CS4 versions and go back to my reliable CS3 again, any help please would be greatly appreciated.

John... if you read what I said you would of caught that i did do it:
"did what was suggested, worked like a charm for the CS3 and Dreamweaver CS4 but although it did work on Photoshop CS4. it did something i was dumbfounded to see, it did something odd in which it took out the Uninstall/Change tab option for removing programs (I was viewing it to see if it uninstalled completely) also it brought out a bunch of programs that weren't in that section before and was unable to uninstall/remove them.
So i had to do a system restore point to go back and try again. After doing it two more times (ya two!) still doesn't work, i am 7 hours into trying to resolve this... sigh. "
At that time i said i had done it 2 times, 3 in total, i am on try #6 all with the same results with the exact after effects once i restart my PC.
Here's what it does to tell what goes on:
1) after installing microsoft's cleaner then opening up the cs4 cleaner under admin, it does its thing, it asks me if i wish to remove Flash Player 10 after choosing remove Photoshop CS4, now here i done both remove Flash Player and not remove it with the same results, losing the uninstall/change option on the control panel, which frustrates me.
2) After seeing that i try to install Photoshop CS4 again, once its done, i open it up, try to go to the trial option where as i stated previously says there's an error and can't open the trial page which would open up Photoshop completely but since it can't i cannot go beyond that window.
3) So ya... i try ONCE again to do it all over after restarting and SAMETHING! no uninstall/change option appearing and unable to open up Photoshop CS4 in which i resort to doing a system restore again and trying once more.
NOW, one would think that after the first 3 times it should be working properly, i mean I thought it would after removing both Photoshop CS3 and Dreamweaver CS4 it's bound to do the same for Photoshop CS4, but it doesn't completely create a "FREASH" install. It's like it still remembers what messed up functions it still had and what's up with it removing the uninstall/change option? that just bogles my mind.
i tried many things, re-downloading the trial from adobe, etc i never would of thought just one program could cost me so much wasted time just to get it working and it's a free trial nonetheless so excuse me John Joslin if your remark kind of bugs me, I need some assistance/advice on trying to correct this problem, not a

I am unable to uninstall old itunes and install new itunes 10.7 64bit

When I start up my computer DELL desktop Precision 3500, I immediately get the message that i need to install the new itunes.
I also am unable to open MIcrosoft Outlook in order to get my email.
I go to itunes.com and try to install the new version of itunes 10.7 64bit and it appears to install but will not run until I uninstall the old itunes.
I go to uninstall itunes and it says i do not have persmission to uninstall.

Help!!! When trying to install itunes 9.2 I get a pop up saying "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable". It then goes on to say..."Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'iTunes.msi' in the box below". Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try installing iTunes 9.2 again. Does the install go through properly this time?
(If you do find a clean download site for the correct version of CleanUp, please don't tell me where it is. Without wishing to sound paranoid (although I grant it does sound paranoid), there is a non-zero chance that posting links to download locations for the utility here at Discussions leads to that download location being shut down.)

HT201407 unable to activate after restore and update

I decided to update the iOS on my wife's 3GS phone but was unable to activate the phone again afterward. This phone was originally locked to a French provider FSR and the phone still thinks it is associated with that provider somehow. Contacted Apple support and have restored the phone but still no luck on activation. Ran out of time to deal with this yesterday so I am back again now looking for a solution. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
The message I receive is "We're sorry, we are unable to continue with your activation at this time." "Please try again later or contact customer care"

iPhones require a SIM for activation.
If the device still will not activate, this is typically the result of a device that has been hacked or jailbroken. If that is the case, no support can be provided here.

Unable to Uninstall any version of DTM (5.0.1 or 6.0)

Since my computer automatically downloaded and installed DTM 6.0, I have had nothing but problems. I was unable to get DTM 6 to recognize my BB Curve 8330, so decided to go back to version 5.0.1, which had been working flawlessly. Unfortunately, I have been unable to uninstall 6.0, and keep getting Error 1316.
I have looked up all the previous responses to this error, and followed the directions given - have done the clean uninstall as described in KB02206, even doing the "Additional Information" at the bottom of that article, without success. I still show both Blackberry Desktop Managers in the Programs list, but the Control Panel does not recognize them as programs, so I can't uninstall them. I even tried to reinstall version 5.0.1 despite this with no success - same error.
I am running Windows Vista, 64 bit with all the critical updates installed. I was using Trend Micro Internet Security initially, but recently switched to BitDefender. I have lots of hard drive space, and have 4 Gb Ram with a Dual core processor.
I really hope someone can help me with this. I'm getting more concerned by the day as I have no recent backup of my Life!

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
This will take a bit of time to resolve this issue, just to pre-warn you.
First we need to resolve the Error 1316, which is caused by the install-shield. Follow the instructions in KB04272, once you do this. Then follow the instructions in KB02206.
You may need to locate the Windows Installer cleanup utility to physically remove BlackBerry Desktop Software from Programs/Features. If you do a google search it is very easy to find.

It sounds like you are unable to open iTunes after installing a recent update. I would recommend the troubleshooting in the following article:

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Check for .dll files
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes and C:\Program Files\iTunes and look for .dll files.
If you find QTMovie.DLL, or any other .dll files, move them to the desktop.
Reboot your computer.
Note: Depending on your operating system, you may only have one of the listed paths.
Uninstall and reinstall iTunes
Uninstall iTunes and all of its related components.
Reboot your computer. If you can't uninstall a piece of Apple software, try using the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility.
Re-download and reinstall iTunes 11.1.4.

Why? It comes with an uninstaller.
