Unable to Validate my "Go Daddy Work Space" email using Blackberry Classic

Despite following the instructions per Blackberry's KB Article 33444, I'm still can't add my "Go Daddy Workspace" email account to my Blackberry Classic.

Hello,
That KB does not, I think, apply to BES/Enterprise configurations. If you are indeed subscribed to BES from GoDaddy, then you need to talk to them to obtain the proper configuration credentials for that account.

  • I am unable to attach PDFs to Hotmail/Outlook email using my FF browser today. Never had issue before today.

    1. I am unable to attach pdfs today in Outlook/Hotmail email using my Firefox browser (27.0.1). I keep getting an error message that says, "The file is not a picture and can't be inserted inline." I do not understand why I keep getting this error message. I am not attempting to insert an image. I am selecting to Insert Files as Attachments from the drop down menu.
    No matter how many times I attempt to attach various pdfs to my emails today using Firefox as my browser, I keep getting this same error message. I have cleared the cache, cleared all cookies, cleared all history, signed out of my Hotmail/Outlook account, signed back in, restarted computer, etc., to no avail. Same problem.
    2. I switched to my Safari browser, and have no problem attaching pdfs in my Hotmail/Outlook email account. The pdfs are attaching perfectly as usual. My emails are being sent normally with the attachments. The attached pdfs are being received and are opening perfectly as intended.
    3. Why am I unable to attach files with Firefox today? Firefox is my browser of choice and I have used it with my Hotmail/Outlook email account without any problems, till today. Please help me! Thank you!

    Thank you jscher2000. Yes my PDFs do contain the .pdf extension. I tried your excellent idea to utilize the drag and drop method, but I still get the same error message with PDFs. I have no problem attaching photos or Word documents with either method; just PDFs.
    For further diagnostics, I started composing my email in Safari, attached all my pdfs and saved my email as a Draft.  I then went to Firefox, opened the draft to continue working on it, and voila!  There are all the pdfs I attached previously while in Safari.  I was able to send the email with attachments through Firefox with no issues. The attachments went through and were able to be opened.
    I am mystified, as Firefox has been trouble-free with my email account, and I have never had this particular issue till today. I made no changes to anything else on my computer, but I did notice very late last night that Outlook had one of those typical messages at the top of my Inbox to refresh my browser since Outlook had been updated. I refreshed and shut down for the night, and when I rebooted this morning that is when I discovered this brand new glitch with attachments. I'm assuming this has something to do their last update.

  • Unable to Validate Muse Subscription - fixes not working

    I have the same problem that others have had with the error message "Unable to validate your Adobe Muse subscription.  We haven't been able to validate your Adobe Muse subscription  for some time. If you don't connect to the internet in the next few days, Adobe Muse will no longer be able to launch."
    I subscribed to Muse in Dec. 2012 & have been billed monthly successfully for the last couple months, however I recently changed the card number to be charged - could that be the issue?
    I am not signed up for Creative Cloud, which one of the discussion solutions seemed to mention, so might that be part of the problem?  But if so, why now after a couple months with no issues?
    Where the error message mentions connecting to the internet, I'm not sure what that means or how to do that - does that have something to do with Cloud?
    I'm building a new site & we're not yet ready to publish, so we aren't ready for hosting, but I'm hoping that is not part of the issue?
    I've tried some of the solutions posted in discussions (e.g., deleting certain folders & files), but before I uninstall/reinstall Muse, I'm hoping someone can help.  I'm down to 1 day on the clock, so I'm hoping not to be shut out of Muse.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    In following the steps provided in this URL, I discovered that somehow the Firewall in Norton Security Suite had been set to block Muse, although all the other Adobe CC products were set to "Allow" in the Norton firewall.
    By changing "Block" to "Allow," Muse now opens fine, but fair warning: I lost all the Muse sites I had been working on by following the other steps in this URL.
    I suggest that the first step in the instructions in this URL should be changed to: check your firewall first to see if Muse has been blocked. If I had done that first, it appears that I would not have lost 10 months of work.

    It's a phishing attempt to get your account id and password, the 'validate' link on that page isn't an Apple website (there are similar phishing attempts regularly posted on here) - you could forward the email to Apple : [email protected]

  • Unable to validate security for resource 'EXTRANETLOOK'

    We have UCM 10gR3 installed. We have Extranetlook component installed along with WebDAV. Currently when the users take any action that they don't have privilege to, they come accross Unable to validate security for resource 'EXTRANETLOOK'error message. Before it use to give exact error message so that it was easy for us to troubleshoot. Recently due to some changes in the settings in the system, we started seeing this error message instead of actual error message something like Unable to retrieve page. User 'abc ' does not have sufficient privileges. Is there a way to suppress thie Extrenet look error message so that the actual message comes through?

    Thanks for the response Bernhard. I'd like to address some of the points you mentioned:
    possibly you have not the permissions to add resources
    -I am an owner of both the PWA and the project subsite
    there are no resources inside your project plan (you have to use the "Build Team" in the Ribbon)
    -I checked the "Build Team" list and confirmed there are a dozen users in there
    not each view allows you to edit each field
    -I've tried switching views and noticed that there are other fields that I cannot add values into including: Actual Start, Actual Finish, Baseline Finish, % Work Complete. I am able to change the Task Name, Start, Finish.
    Very strange problem. Im still doing development on it but obviously cant roll this into production when users cannot add information to tasks.

  • Work Space war

    Hi
    I am trying to bundle the customized workspace war file with my application EAR file which is out side BPM. Just to validate my understanding . After customizing the work portal in studio, we have to copy it to Enterprise webapps folder and then generate the new workspace war file from enterprise server admin and package the work space war with my application EAR and deploy in app server. Is this right ?
    Also I read in the doc, like BPM engine can be in Enterprise standalone server and workspace on any other apps server. If so what configuration is required on the enterprise server for it understand that it should use a different web server for workspace ?

    Nope, it must be done the other way around... your device enabled on the BES before the split workspace and personal space can be used... When it is, in your Settings (swiping down from the top bezel), you will see the choices.

  • "-unable to validate this serial number-" – Moving CS6 software to new employee

    We just had a member of our team leave for a new job who we had upgraded from CS6 to CC a few months ago. We've been trying to install his "old" copy of CS6 on a new employee's machine using their (new) company Adobe ID but when entering the serial number during installation we get the following message:
    "We are unable to validate this serial number for CS6 Design and Web Premium. Please contact Customer Support."
    Trouble is, when going through CS6 CS there doesn't seem to be any direct contact for CS (no phone, no chat). Is the serial number still tied to his work Adobe ID? If so, how can we deactivate that so as to re-open the license for a fresh install?

    As far as I know (I do not work for Adobe) a serial number is "tied" to the person who activated it... so you are going to need to DE-activate by logging in on the old computer with the old ID
    Then, to use that serial number with a new person, I **think** you will need to do a license transfer (you may be able to just activate with a new ID, but I really don't know)

  • Unable to validate message; key used for decrypting message is invalid;

    When trying to decrypt an RNIF message in our SAP XI system we are running into an issue with below error message:
    "Unable to validate message; key used for decrypting message is invalid; expected keystore entry: SSL-<SID>; keystore entry used: null"
    The keystore administrator role is mapped to XIAFUSER. We validated the decryption using the J2EE Private Key thru a third-party (non-SAP) tool and it works fine. The keystore SSL-<SID> contains the Private Key and Cert from our CA. The message was encrypted using the Public Key of J2ee engine.
    We were unable to generate more details even after increasing the log level. The security.log is the only place showing the above error message.

    The folder C:\j2sdk1.4.2_13\jre\lib\security contains the Java Cryptography Extension (JCE)  files -  'local_policy.jar' and 'US_export_policy.jar' .The default files will have a size of 3 kb.These need to be replaced by JCE Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy Files -  'local_policy.jar' and 'US_export_policy.jar'  which are of size 5kb. In brief, C:\j2sdk1.4.2_13\jre\lib\security should contain the files -  'local_policy.jar' and 'US_export_policy.jar'  and their size should be 5kb (and not 3kb). After we did this change the decrypt worked fine.

  • Will Link access my Q10 Work Space?

    I'm trying to put together a quickie How-To for some people in our company and was taking some screenshots on my Q10 which tells me they're being saved to my Work Space (despite taking the screenshots on the Personal Space side). I hooked up via USB to my computer, opened Link and it would seem I am unable to access the data on the Work Space using Link, is there a way to access/enable that or do I have to email from my Blackberry and access the photos through my computer's email program?

    I could not find a exact answer but maybe you need the password.

  • Bluetooth and motorola e770 "unable to validate device" ???

    hey everyone --
    did some hunting online this morning and see that quite a few people have been having trouble connecting their motorola phones to their ibooks. i have a g4 with os x 10.4 and a motorola e770 (vodafone spain). after pairing correctly the phone and the ibook, i tried to send a file (.mp3 and later a .jpeg) and got the error "unable to validate device". I have no idea why it won't work, considering the computer recognizes the motorola and vice versa.
    tried restaring both phone and ibook and uninstalling/reinstalling the bluetooth recognition/connection. no luck. anyone have any advice??

    oh i must tell you all that this is the worste phone i ever owned, and ive read many people saying that motorola is nothing but garbage these days.
    the phone does various noticable things at glance, like freezes up when switching between menues after a few times for a few minutes , not one but few, and if you hit any buttons the one that seems to work the best in waking it up is the one for the web, and that costs 30 cents at starts, this happened 11 times, cant help it since the same button has several functions, beware that the screen changes menu options for that button.
    i recomend you take that phone back and smqack the guy who sold it to you, this way retail clerks have more sense then to lie thourgh there teeth about such a phone, its a sham.

  • Phone to ibook 'service list not found'  Mac to Phone 'unable to validate'

    I'm trying to send files from my ibook to my Samsung SGH-E900 but it always gives me the warning on 'unable to validate' also when I try and send photos from my phone to the computer it gives me a warning of 'service list not found' Any ideas?

    Two suggestions.
    Turn off phone, remove the Sim card carefully and don't touch the gold contact. Put back in phone and turn back on see if it functions again.
    Secondly, I would try this first. Hold down the Home Button at the bottom and the on/off button on top together until you see the little apple logo. Release both buttons and let the device reset.
    Now if either of these fail to work, go into settings-cellular-network
    Click on reset network.
    One of these suggestions should work.

  • Unable to validate expense report invoice

    Hello all,
    Can some one please help me in resolving the below mentioned issues?
    1) I am trying to validate an prepayment invoice for an employee expense report and its going on system hold with name No Rate and reason as "Invoice is not in functional currency and has no exchange rate"
    Functional currency here is INR and the employee should get prepayment in US Dollar.
    rates are defined in GL and also all the options looks good ion AP but not sure why iam unable to validate this invoice :(.
    and the second issue is.
    2) Have created expense report for an employee and have run the expense report export program but still the invoice did not get exported to invoice work bench.
    Description of the report in view log is showing invoice fetched as 1 and invoice created as 0.
    Can some one Kindly be of help and give the solution for the above mentioned issues?

    1.Please, follow these steps to solve the issue:
    1) Be sure that an Exchange Rate Type and an Exchange Rate have been created between the invoice currency and the functional currency
    2) Run the AutoRate concurrent program
    3) Review the issue to know if it has been solved. Otherwise, please, provide the results for the APList diag script for the involved invoice to progress with the analysis.
    2.please enable the payment method to your employee in supplier work bench.
