Update software download for Z10 continually fails at exactly 62%

Download to update Z10 software REPEATEDLY fails at 62% of download. Have used BBlink and BB website using both Firefox and IE with same results....at 62% of download it fails and says "internet problem." Have tried dozens of times with same result. Any ideas or suggestions? Have 9.5GB free on Z10 and internet connection is fast and solid.

Hi,
Can someone help me to install the eStore Software Downloader for PC? When I run the said application, it's asking me to login my CEC Login but it always says "CEC User ID &/or password entered incorrectly or not found in the system". See attached file.

So if you can't repair try this:

Check for malware before installing it.
Download a fresh copy of iTunes

Save the file on your PC.

If you don’t see an entry for one of the programs that did *not* uninstall, look out for entries that start All Users that are blank entries or have numeric entries that look like version numbers
restart your PC and try installing iTunes
If you want Quicktime, that has to be installed separately

There is no software download for this printer. It will all come through Apple Software Updates. Most likely you are getting that message because the list of compatible devices needs to be updated. I have a UC520 (I know it's EOL long ago) but I was wondering if it is still possible to buy a support contract so I can have access to software downloads for IOS/CME/CUE?
I would like to update the CUE to a newer version.

I realize the Uc is EOL but there are still downloads available which I cannot get access to without a contract. What I'm asking is if there is any way to access these files.

Hi Nogot7, you will have to share 3100 over your network.
On the XP computer .....
Open Printers and Faxes.
Right-click the printer you want to share, and then click Sharing.
On the Sharing tab, click Share this printer and then type a share name for the shared printer.
On the Win 7 computer ....
Go to Devices and Printers
Add a printer
Add a local printer
Select Create a new port:
Select Local Port for the Type of port:
Enter the network name of the XP computer ie. \\XPcomputername\share name
Install the 3100 driver when prompted (DO NOT use the CD but the Win 7 built in driver)

Several attempts failed. All applications were closed during these attempts. The upload froze each time in about the middle of the configuration process. No problems encountered when I installed this software on my MacBook 10.5.5.

When using Software Update from the Apple menu, the update is downloaded and automatically begins installation. Particularly when the update is large (the Java update is more than 136 MB), and if your internet connection is relatively slow (modem or DSL), the download can get corrupted by a glitch in the internet transmission. That is why it is suggested that you download the file manually and install it locally.

find the update you want and download it from there.
Additionally, after I download the .dmg file with the update package in it, I open Disk Utility and do a Repair Disk on the .dmg disk image. Because it is a relatively small disk check, compared to a hard drive, the diagnostic only takes a few seconds and you can be reasonably assured the download was not corrupted.
Before installing any system updates, and as an important general practice, you should have a bootable backup handy.

I'm running vista on an old computer and it doesn't have service pack 2 on it, which is needed for the full download feature download.
Just wondering if its worth installing service pack 2 to get better features.

For Windows Vsita any service pack is supported and you are not required to install a service pack to install the Full Feature Software, Only Windows XP require atleast Service Pack 2..

IPod updater software download problem

Hi. I got the !/folder icon on my Nano. Plugged it into my computer and reset it (but still get !/folder). Got a message that software version 1.1 was available. Am unable to download software. When I click the "download iPod updater software" button on the ipod updater download webpage, the download dialogue starts but no progress is made in the download. I've tried many times (using both the "save to folder" option and the "run" option, but the download stops as soon as it begins [little icons of pieces of paper fly through the air and into a folder but no data!]. I waited overnight in case the download site was swamped and tried again, but the same thing happened. What could be the problem?
1. Reset your iPod. Check
2. Retry with a different USB port. Check
3. Restart your computer. Check
4. Reinstall iPod and iTunes software. Problem!
5. Restore your iPod.
What to do? What next?

FYI: Problem resolved. I still don't know what the problem was, but I have finally managed to download the updater software.
Using the updater to install the new software solved the problem with the iPod, BTW.

Security Update 2013-004 for Snow Leopard Failing

I've been trying to download this new security update for almost 2 weeks now. Every time I try to do it, it says the updates have failed. I've tried doing it with all my updates at once. I've tried doing it as a single update. Each time, it goes through almost the entire process and then says that it couldn't be updated. I'm now encountering other problems as a result of it. I'm trying to backup my iPhone to my computer and it keeps giving me an error, saying that all my software must be up to date... (which I can't have if it keeps failing).
Anyone else having this issue / know of a fix???

Try going to disk utilities and repair permissions, and verify disk, if verify disk comes back with errors (they wil be RED)
Use your install disc, boot holding the C key, select language, next page select utilities from the menu /disk utilities, repair disk.
Log out trya again, use an ehthernet connection rather than wireless, it is less prone interference.
Try settig Ssfari preferences to "save downloaded files to" desktop and then download the stande alone installer, run the installer pkg

It downloaded 183 MB out of 219 MB with this message PART thus the file cant open. What can i do to continue with my download or to open the file. Follow the insntallation again till the license agreement step.
Click the 2nd link - Internet connection Usage Settings and select No, Thanks for botht of the listed options.
Confirm the changes, accept the terms and proceed with the installation which should go further that step now.

Deskjet F2480 Software download for Mac 10.9

Hi!
I'm trying to install my F2480 printer onto my macbook running 10.9.2 Mavericks. I've had no problem with the macbook recognising the printer, but I don't have the original disk to install the software. I have tried downloading it from the website, but I can only seem to find the driver patch, which doesn't work. So I can't seem to scan from the printer onto the macbook. Any help would be great! The drivers are available from the Apple Software Update server.
Try scanning using Image Capture or Preview as these are the provided solutions for Mavericks, scanning from the front panel is not supported on the operating system:
