Updated CC now says trial expired

I have had the CC Photography plan for several months and just installed the latest update for PS but now it is showing both PS and LR as trial versions rather than my paid subscription and not allowing me to use either program. I have logged out and back inot my account, checked my account payments and it is current, restarted the computer and logged back into my Adobe Creative Cloud app. Nothing has worked to get me back to the usable version. Please help. Business is suffering due to processing not being possible.

    I have a monthly subscription to Adobe cloud apps.
    I thought I could use it at home and at work.
    On my home computer it says trial expired with no options other than to enter a serial number.
    What can I do? I pretty sure I'm allowed to use at home machine too.

    If you have any trouble to launch your Adobe product and has been revert to trial and/or prompt for a serial number, please try the steps below:
    1. Sign Out and Sign In back following the steps:
    Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app
    2. Delete the OPM.db file: 
    Close the Creative Cloud application.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
    Delete the opm.db file.
    Launch Creative Cloud.
    Show hidden files, folders, filename extensions | Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7
    Access hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 Lion
    3. Reset your Hosts File: (follow the steps 3 from the link below)
    Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later

  • Photoshop CC says trial expired

    My Photoshop CC says trial Expired.  I am showing my account as active and being charged for it.  I have downloaded all updates and am current.  I try to lisence software and it says I am not connected to the internet as I know this is not true as I m sending this letter.  I tried the chat and they say they are transferring me to the techincal dept and no one comes to help.  What do I do so I can get what I am paying for.

    Just tried those instructions Chris and it still comes up with the same thing that my trial has ended.  I can get into Photoshop CS6 as a stand alone.  However Lightroom just prompts me to get into CC and of course that turns out as a dead end.  On top of all that when I try to liscence the software I get a message that I am not on connected to the internet.  Really wierd stuff going on.  What is the best way to get a hold of someone from the activation group?

    It wouldn't install for nearly 5 times I tried to do this.  Now it's finally installed again but it won't budge past the trial version.  I click BUY NOW but then it says "error you already have a subscription" then it times out and just stays on the Trial Expired page.

    Please log out from your Adobe application and login again.
    Once you launch Acrobat and get error saying trial expired, you will find an option saying 'license this software'.
    Select this option and enter your credentials.
    Now check and let me know.

    I used the premiere trial until it ended and then bought creative cloud. Premiere still says trial expired and I have tried logging in and out and I made sure all my information is correct on my account.

  • WinCoder now says trial ver expired?!?

    purchased MSI G4Ti4400 quite a while ago - i think when they first came out...
    as we all know, it came bundled with a FULL VERSION of InterVideo's WinProducer (including WinCoder).
    after a bit of trouble getting the card, drivers & software installed and working to capture video, we got it working great...
    HOWEVER, we tried to use it again last week, and WinCoder won't work anymore!  it says that the Trial Version has expired!!!
    anyone else having this problem?
    while waiting for calls back from MSI and/or InterVideo, we tried uninstalling, and then re-installing, but WinProducer2 won't re-install!

    the serial number is written on the top of the CD itself...  on the left hand side (as you look at it), just above the line of text "SUPREME VIDEO PRODUCER"
    now...  i've never heard of such a thing, but we were just told by the MSI tech support that you have to enter the serial # in lower case, not upper case, as it is shown...
    he is saying that since we may have not entered the serial number correctly, the program installed the Trial Version, and the trial expired - and that may be the reason that the software doesn't work anymore and we cannot re-install it...
    i don't know if i believe it, but you may want to try entering the serial # in lower case...

  • I Purchased Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium for Mac about 4 years ago and now every time i launch one of the applications it says "Trial expired"

    I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 5 and Premiere Pro CS5 in late 2010 and I use the applications on a daily basis, until now. About a month ago I decided to create an adobe account and log in since it asks me every time, after i logged in the applications worked for about a day or two but on the third day i was getting an error that said trial expired on every CS5 application i opened except for Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 Adobe Bridge CS5 and  Adobe Onlocation CS5, I no-longer have the original boxes with the serial numbers due to the fact that I moved about a year ago and the boxes with the serial numbers must have been accidentally thrown away (trust me i have spent hours looking for them, i opened every box i have). What can i do to get my products working again? To repurchase all of the products it will cost thousands of dollars that i don't have.

    I just downloaded Abode CS4 Master Collection Trial Version and all the programs in the suite except CS4 Photoshop (64-bit) say "Trial Has Expired". PhotoShop (64-bit) comfirms I still have 29 days left. I am running Win 7 (64-bit) Professional. Please help thanks.

    We can't. Once the clocks goes, it's gone.
    That said, this is the type of thing that might happen if you don't install the 32 bit apps in the Program Files (x86) folder.

    I've already read a couple posts on the forum about Lightroom mobile telling trial expired, no fix found yet.
    So i'm subscribed to the full adobe cc program but i'm unable to use lightroom mobile because its telling me my trial expired, i checked my licence its creative cloud, not a perpetual license, so thats supposed to be good.
    Already tried restarting my mac and lightroom, signed out and in again but nothing seems to work..

    Looking on slim.nl site I see a CC-for 132,00 price and the only reference to Mobile I see is this (translated to English using Google):
    "In addition, you also have the right to different mobile apps such as Photoshop Mix"
    It is not clear the LR Mobile is included in this set of apps or not.  It is possible that LR Mobile uses more CC storage than some of the other apps and is not included, but this is just speculation.  You might ask the slim.nl people if LR Mobile is explicitly included or not.
    FYI, when I log into adobe.com and click Mobile on the menu there are quite a few apps listed, LR Mobile and Photoshop Mix being two of them:

    It may be that you need to talk to Adobe Customer Service and see if your AdobeID is linked with a product suite that include LR Mobile or not--if that is something they can tell from there side.  Users on the forums have no access to that type of information.  I'd suggest using the Chat for Adobe CS if you have it available in your location.
