URGENT: Wrong Info on Return Labels for Exchange Orders.

Hi! SAP Gurus
Exchange orders are being shipped with labels attached on the box that says DO not return defective part and because of this the customer will either dispose of the part, and therefore the business will not receive the defective back and we cannot bill since we told them not to return the part.
Thanx in advance
Sushmitha

Dear Sushmitha
This can be done in multiple ways, depending mainly on statutory obligations.
One is Invoice in full and do reject cycle (credit memo...), if customer agrees
2nd is use movement type 451 - returns from customer and invoice for net sales quantity only and then close the sales order.

Jitesh

  • Wrong GR/IR account derivation for PM01 orders

Wrong GR/IR account derivation for PM01 orders which will settle to related WBS elements
Two gr/ir accounts have been determined with object class investment and overhead. The FI document picking up different accounts and not the same account for pm01/pm02/pm03/pm04 orders and the costs are getting settled to wrong wbs elements.(example a pm order with object class investment is getting settled to wbs element with object class overhead). The right account in not getting picked up.
Can anyone provide a suitable solution?
An early reply will be much appriciated
    Thanks in advance

  • Multiple Labels for One Order

Can anybody tell me if it is possible to produce multiple labels for one order. For example a customer orders 4 units. A standard package holds 3 units so an additional package is required for the fourth unit. As a result two packing labels are required. Does OM 11i support this?

    Hi Aj
Thanks for your quick response. I was think on the same lines and you have confirmed that we will have to split the line into several lines on sales order.
I am trying to do that now in our ECC box i.e item 10 with payer 1 and item 2 with payer 2. But as soon as I try to change the payer on item 2, i get the following error message which relates to credit management being active.
I am assuming once we decativate CM, we should be good to go. PLease confirm. Also once its time for billing, will SAP automatically split the billing into different invoices per sales order line item based upon number of payers on the line items?
    PLease confirm your thoughts.
    Regards

  • Unable to print return label for Edge plan device

    Hi,
I ordered my device online when it was on back-order. I received it 3 weeks later and now I want to return it before the 14-day period expires. Customer Service told me I can do it online but unfortunately whenever i click on the return label banner i end up on page that says "no orders placed within the last 150 days." Called again and a customer rep. assured me that I can return it to a store; as instructed, I headed to a nearby corporate store but reps there were clueless as to why I would return a device to a physical store! I only have 1 day left in the 14-day period, what am I supposed to do?
I couldn't believe the hassle you are giving to your customers.

This is a customer to customer forum, not going to alert Verizon wireless here.
However get yourself to a UPS or FedEx store location and you pay for the return shipment back to Verizon wireless out of your own pocket
However you need to get the return address before you can send it back. Call Verizon 1-800-922-0204 to get the address or even try Google to see if it matches what they told you.
Insure the item at the most you can afford. Keep your receipt and track it constantly.
Do a Overnight delivery otherwise Verizon will claim its been after 14 days and then you are in big do do.
They will make you pay fees etc. so do this quickly. Its well worth the money.
    Good Luck

  • What shipping carrier is my EZ Return label for? Returning ultracompact USB

    Dumb question...
I got my replacement Ultracompact USB charger on my doorstep, removed the top label exposing the EZ return label to send the old charger back. I brought the box with me to work, but nowhere on the label does it say what carrier the box label is for. All my paperwork is at home.
    Airborn? DHL?

It says DHL on the paper you receive. I'd go to the dhl site and see if the dhl drop off site is near your location. Well i'm not saying the drop off zone, but a place like where they accept package in person. For me it was this place where they have all 3 carriers, fed ex, dhl, and ups. So i just handed the box and walked out.

  • No Return Label for Router return

I received a new router for my broken one.  I am suppose to return the old one with in 7 days.  Do not know where to send it, since you did not send me a prepaid return label.

How old is your current router? Have you tried asking Verizon to send a return label, letting them know of the situation (in case they did say you will absolutely be billed for non-return)?

    Sharan,
The code given was part of the assignment and you are supposed to make the changes for your part right?
Please give details of what you have done so far and not expect us to do your assignment for you. We'll be glad to help answer questions and point to the right direction, but giving us the entire assignment and saying, very nicely I might add, "Please do it for me." Just seems to make a mockery of the hours, days, and years that many of us has spent earning our degrees and learning our skills.
Work on it and ask specific questions with examples of what you have done and you'll get a much better response.

  • Where to locate return label for phone

Placed three new orders online for Early Edge phones. One iPhone 6, and 2 Samsung S5s. I did not get a bag with one of the phones and I called Verizon and they said that I need to come online and I can find where to order the bag to return the old phone. I don't see that. I also didn't know that the phones had to be in excellent working order that I am returning. My sons phone is in his life proof case. However, before he had the case he cracked the glass on the back of the phone. That is why I ordered the early edge so I could replace his phone. Please advise on both issues. I need to get this phone returned.

    Hi,
    SPRO>Materials Management>Inventory Management and Physical Inventory>Print Control>Set Label Printout
For output type used for label, you would need to setup output (condition type) in Maintain Output Types under SPRO>Materials Management>Inventory Management and Physical Inventory-->Output Determination
Read its associated IMG help document right before each of these config elements...You can learn yourself.
once you configure this, for labels, expecially, you need to setup master data in storage location data required.
    Good Luck.

  • Wrong info to sign up for Promo. Now I can't. Time to cancel

Was at Verizon yesterday and ended up getting a tablet and increasing wireless package from 8 to 10 gigs. Doing this while signing up for their "Double Up" offer would cost me $5 (Instead of $25) per month. To do it I would have to sign into my account from home (Why didn't they do it in store....I was there 2 hours).
I tried logging in at home and got page not available. Unable to call them after 11:00PM I called when they opened at 6:00 this morning (Easter) and was told sorry. You lose out because offer is now over. WHAT! The info I got was to go to verizon.com/doubledown and sign up. Oh wait....it was verizon.com/doubleUP.
I am not a verizon employee. I am not a big computer person. So when the page didn't come up I figured OK to much traffic or something.
After 3 phone calls to Verizon today (Easter!) and a completely usless chat session I have gotten nowhere. I'm not paying this extra 20 bucks.
Has anyone been through anything like this?? I will return the tablet and go back to my 8 gigs and than research another carrier. I pay so much money to Verizon it's embarassing to be treated like I made a mistake. I also read they charge a $70 "restock" fee! You must be kidding. ATT and T-Mobile looking better by the second when you get treated like this.

  • Alice: Madness Returns NOT available for pre-order?

My local Best Buy doesn't have Alice: Madness Returns available for pre-order. So I checked online, and it's not available online for pre-order either, for any of the consoles or PC. Do you intend to sell the game in your stores or even offer a pre-order for it?

If you still have this issue, please respond back since it's been several days. On bestbuy.com there is an icon to check local stores for the inventory. Worse case, you can always contact your local store to see when they might be getting it on the self. Some items do not display as in inventory due to returns/displays/glitches and they MAY have it in stock.
    Hope this helps!
