While creating Sales Order with reference to Quotation Error occured.
""Create sales document" not allowed (User Status CRTD, object VB0005000006000000)"
Same error is also appear while creating Sales Quotation w.r.t. Sales Inquiry
How to solve?

It seems you have to change user status as the User status is created which does not allow this business process.

1. User status - CRTD
2. User status - REL......................Both with the same Lowest and Highest Number and with same priority and Position
The status pofile is assigned to M2 Notification type.
Now please let me know with these customization already done, how to go about the following:-
1. US - CRTD - is to be active till the Corresponding Mnt.Order is CRTD But not Released

while creating the user status ,just doble click on the line which will lead to another screen where you can allow or forbid or set the business transaction .
Assign this user status to the object type notification
make the user status CRTD as Initial and for US REL maintain the set indicator for the required business transaction

STATUS_UPDATE error to update USER STATUS - Update termination error

Hi All,
I am using status_update FM in sales order user exit MV45AFZZ in a perform routine for updating user status in line item for sales order. There are 4 custom statuses created for the sales order line item. 1,2 3, and 4 by configuration. My job is to select one of those based on user selection.
Scenario: During change order process using VA02, I have to change the existing status to a third status when user selects the second one. That is for example, in VA02, user selects status 4 from previous status 3, and save, I have to make the status 4 inactive and save the new status 2 instead of 3 though user selected 3. How do I achieve this.? ????Any programming example is really appreciated. Thanks!!!
I am right now using STATUS_READ and reading the existing status 4. Then making it inactive using status_update FM. And updating the new status 2 as active one and 3 as inactive again. Two inactive updates and one active update is throwing an update termination error while saving the sales order.
Any help is really appreciated.

Hi ricky,
For saving any changes you need to have a Z-table.
In programs we can't store the user selection. In your case you can create a z-table and store the status there and delete the last status. The process would be faster as you will always have one record in the table.
. One more advantage is you can even track the changes through the Z-table(User who is changing it.)

User status ANGE must not be deleted

The user status 'Conf' has reference number 70. In the current object status 'Service Process 742', the reference number of a status may not be higher than 10.
Procedure
You can only set user status whose reference number is not higher than 10.
Anyone know where this value of 10 comes from?
Any idea how this can be fixed?

Error in F110: System status CRTD is active (ORD 603625)

Hi All,
In APP, one of the vendor is going in to error .
The log says System status CRTD is active (ORD 603625)
When I check, for the particular item in vendor line item display, that is linked to the
purchase order, which in turn is linked to the internal order 603625 . The internal Order 603625 is
in CRTD status.
I think the status of the order needs to be changed to TECO.
But I have two questions here.
1. What factors should be looked in to before changing the
status of the order to TECO.
2. Why the system is not able to make a payment when the ORDER is in CRTD status.

You received this error from the Status Management of the Internal Order.
1. What factors should be looked in to before changing the status of the order to TECO.
Actually, you should not change the status to TECO (Technically Complete) rather you should Release it then APP will be processed.
2. Why the system is not able to make a payment when the ORDER is in CRTD status.
Every status in the Order is assigned to the Transactions Allowed
Common Scenario
1. When status of the order is CRTD then you can only post budget to the order, you can not make FI Posting.
2. When status is RELE then you can make an FI Posting.
Ask the owner of the Internal Order to shift the status if conditions have been met.

Urgent: error: user status ECUS is active for equipment.

Gurus,
My material is assigned to only one serial no. and one equipment.
I am trying to do pgi from va02 and the system is throwing an error saying ' user status ecus is active for equip.' but in iq02 when we check the ecus status is not active. infact when we change the user status to anything the error thrown is still the same. Kindly reply urgently as this is affecting the clients production process.

i think once you have delivered the material ,it will create the equipment master record record stating the status as installed at customer site,
the status you have said i think is user status ,if so kindly change the user status and proceed with the above said procedure

Error: User Status OUTS is active

When using IW42 to enter completion comments on a work order, I enter the work order number and green check it. If the work order does not have an underlying notification, I get a 'User status OUTS is active (QNF #1)' error (actually, two identical errors are displayed).
Any ideas?

I got it. My default notification type was set to M2. In my organization an M2 notification is created with an OUTS user status set and the notification must be "approved" (user status set to APPR) before further processing can be done.
M3 notifications have no such user status restrictions to deal with They're created and the user is off and running.
With my default notification type set to M2, IW42 couldn't get past the user status restrictions.
We tell users to set their default notification type to M3. I'm not sure how mine got set to M2.
I appreciate both of your help. You zeroed me in on the real issue.

Diagnosis
For object ORD 300761 user status Z5 (Technically Complete (IO)) is active. According to this status, transaction 'Budgeting' is not allowed.
Procedure
You can only carry out the requested function if this is allowed according to the status of the object.

It seems like you dont have authorisation to change the status.
Please check with your BASIS person, he may provide you the required authorisation.
As soon as you got the authorisation message, type immidiatly ?NSU53 in transaction code field and ENTER.
You will now get the information regarding roles, which will be helpful to BASIS people for tracking authorisation for you.

1. go to tcode BS22 (Maintain: System Status)
2. look for the system status CRTD.
3. Double click the field "CRTD".
4. in the transaction control tab look for the business transaction "RMWA" or goods movement (you can type it in the lower left corner buttom box bcoz there will ber many entries , and it will be very difficult to find RMWA).
5. select the radio button from "Forbidden" to "allowed".
6. save your changes

Getting Error User Status DPND is active

Hi Experts,
I am getting error User Status DPND is active , during saving User Decision.
I am getting this error only If i am doing Defect recording in QE01.
Without Defect Recording there is no error ....
Plz let me know what is this error & how to resolve it ?

With Defect recording, system creates Q Notification based on the Notification type assignment to the
Inspection Type in Config step QM>QN >Defects recording
This assignment is at client level, not advisable to change
There is one more setting at Defect Class level, (You assign Defect class for Defect code while creating catalog Type 9) In defect class if you uncheck "Activate Q-Notification" in the "Next fuctions in results recording section" system will still genrate QN but will not be activated
QM>QP>Basic Data>Catalog>Define Defect class
This Notification will be Automatically closed, while UD
For existing Notifications already created while DR , you can go to QM02
Select the item created, go to Task, create new Task and Mark that task as complete, the status of the notification will change to ATCO , complete the UD after this, it will mark the QN status to NOCO and complete stock posting

System and User Statuses Missing

Hi All,
Does anyone know what causes the system and user statuses to disappear on the main screen of the production order. Normally we see all system statuses and the current user status like this:
Status CRTD PRC CSER BCRQ MANC SETC REL
User Status ERR
Some configuration must have changed because even though the statuses are in JEST, they are not displayed on the order.

Just a different thinking to see, whether we can get some clues.
I would suggest you get into the order in the change mode, try some minor changes may in terms of operation text etc...and try to save the order. if there are some missing stuff, I am sure now SAP would throw out the error lets take the leads from there on.

Issue with CRM_STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN - Not updating user status immediately

Hi Everyone,
I need to set a user header status in CRM based on the delivery block selected in ECC sales order. for example, If the delivery block is A2 then user status should be E0008(Image review) etc. For this to happen in the transaction CRMD_ORDER, in save userexit I am reading the shipping data and based on the delivery block, I set the user status using FM "CRM_STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN".
When I open the sales order again using CRMD_ORDER, I could see the old status still remaining but when I go to change mode, the user status is reflecting correctly. Can someone pls help me how I can fix this i.e status should change to correct one soon after I open the sales order in CRMD_ORDER.

Unable to edit User Status in Service Order

Hi Experts,
There are several service orders with user status 'Open', whereas the system status is 'In Process'. The individual items are either set to Completed or are Released. I am unable to change the user status from 'Open', as there are no other options available in the dropdown list in edit mode. I even tried changing the status in CRMD_ORDER and was not able to do it. I checked the configuration for this and its perfectly fine. The status profile has been maintained properly.
I tried using FM CRM_STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN and CRM_STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN_OW for this purpose and it still did not work. Any help/tips to resolve this will be highly appreciated.

As per your last reply, for some Service Orders you are unable to change the Status. Can you have check whether those service Orders are error free?
Sometimes, when there are errors in service orders or in 1Orders you cannot change the status from In Process or Open even when you have released certain Items.

Requirement is strange, but still may be possible,.
Can you give some more info like..
1. all the users have to be blocked or only particular user?
2. what wud be the next flow processing of tht order ? like after blocking what you wanna do ? want to raise a message or ?
Some Work arounds for the above 2 scenarios wud be.....
1. if a set of users have to be blocked, its very much possible thru customization like, you can define status Authorization keys in Status Management in SPRO where u will be setting the auth key for the user profile
2. if you want to just block the user not to go ahead i e atleast he shudnt save the order, you can implement CRM_ORDER_STATUS Badi in which you have to raise a error message on the application log saying tht it cannot be saved for so and so reason
if this solves..coool ....if not tell me the exact scenario ..

Restriction of user status in service order for billing due list

Dear CRM Experts,
I have configured status profile for service order as OPEN,INPROCESS and Completed and have assigned this to the service order transaction type.
Now once i save a service order without errors ,the system is automatically generating abilling document in billing due list TX:BEA_DL_01 even though the user status assigned to it is OPEN ,INPROCESS AND COMPLETED.
According to our client requirement ,a billing document has to be created in Billing due list if the User status assigned to it is COMPLETED only.
Please suggest the solution.
