Using ISM_SALES_ORDER_CHANGE in exit

Hi all,
I am making an enhancement in EXIT_SAPLJF60_011 (SAP MEDIA) in where I modify registries of table JKKD using the FM ISM_SALES_ORDER_CHANGE during the billing (JF01). the problem is that the modification is not possible since during the billing the order this blocked. any idea? Thanks in advance

Apart from this, you also need to pass in the header BAPI BAPISDH1 values of Sales org, div & distribution channel.

I havethe same issue, even though I place the user exit variable in Filter section, its not working as expected in WEBI/crystal.
the variable that i have created will assign default value as sysdate.its working fine BW.
Are there any extra settings at BEX/BW level which have to be set before using user/sap exit variables in webi/crystal?

Hello SDN:
We are on BW 3.5 SP16.
We are currently using a replacement path Query(RP) with variables
to populate a variable in another Query(T).
The problem we are having is with performance.
The entry of variables in replacement path Query(RP) is optional (This is necessary there cannot be required values)
When results from Replacement Path Query are small performance is fine. (e.g. 10 seconds)
When results from Replacement path query are large performance suffers. (e.g. 1+ minutes)
Users are free to leave the replacement path variables empty resulting in a large set of data to be replaced. This is the worst performance case.
We would like to discover a way to conditionally execute the replacement path query. That is if users do not enter values for the replacement Query(RP) variables do not execute the replacement path query(RP).
Does anyone know if this is possible within reason and in customer exit space?
We have reviewed the situation from all angles and the requirement for the replacement path FUNCTIONALITY and the freedom for the user to leave variable values blank remains.
I've been searching and reading SDN and SAP notes for about a week and do not find threads which address this situation.
We are also exploring Customer variable exits to mimic replacement path functionality
(different topic subject="How do I...Mimic Replacement Path with Query using Customer Variable Exits?")

AT EXIT-COMMAND lets you call a module before the system executes the automatic fields checks.
Automatic field checks can be avoided through AT EXIT-COMMAND, which works exactly the same way as CANCEL works from standard tool bar. In the R/3 screen, if your want to quit the processing of that particular screen without entering the mandatory fields then user can click the CANCEL button, same functionality can be incorporated in the user defined transaction by usine AT EXIT-COMMAND. This module can be called before the system executes the automatic field checks.
Code for AT EXIT-COMMAND in flow logic and in module pool program can be written as follows.
In Flow Logic:
PROCESS AFTER INPUT.
MODULE EXIT AT EXIT-COMAND.
In Module Pool Program:
MODULE EXIT.
case okcode.
when 'EXIT'.
leave to screen 0.
ENDMODULE.
To achieve this kind of functinality, the pushbutton or menu item should be assigned a function type 'E' (Exit). It tells the system to process this particular module before carrying out any field checks.

Use of Customer Exit - IP Wad Input ready Query

Hi All,
Can anyone confirm if we can use a customer exit variable(populates a SEQ number) be used in a input layout on IP>>WAD application.
In my case it displays the seq number in the header area,but displays the "No rows or cols displayed because the axis not input readyu".
We applied the note SAP Note 1337901 - Query not ready for input if there is an empty results set;
But had little luck;
When I remove the exit variable it works fine as long it is drill-down in the rows;
Any help would be apreciated.

My Exit variable works fine,and generates the sequence in WAD/BEX..
The problem I have is when I include teh exit var on the query/filter of the agg lvl;
The Wad screen displays the generated seq number in the header area, but turns the input grid OFF.

Using 2 field exits in 1 screen

Hi,
Is it possible to use 2 field exits in only one screen? i have activated 2 field exits for the POS tab of MM42. What happened was the other field exit doesn't work anymore. The new one works just fine.
What is the reason behind this?

As01 transaction using substitution user exit populate classificaion

Hi all,
I have a requirement, where in using the substitution user exit rule U210, I need to populate fields ANLB-NDPER, ANLB-NDJAR and ALNA-VMGLI from the values maintained in Ztable.
I am able to overwrite the SAP standard values for the fields ANLB-NDPER and ANLB-NDJAR. But not able to populate the filed VMGLI(Classification key).
For some asset classes, the classification key is not mandatory and the user without giving the value in that field if save the transaction, then I need to populate the value of VMGLI with the ztable value.
The present rule U210 is not working for classification key.
Please suggest, is there any other user exit for the scenario where we can populate VBGLI field.

In the user exit documentation, it doesn't say anything about this exit being used for validation, therefore, it probably shouldn't be used as a validation routine, especially if its not being trigger at every PAI.

i wish to use user exit COZF0001...
however i have no experience how to do it. do i need an ABAPer or other consultant to do it or can i just activate it and make it work with minimal instructions?

Go to transaction CMOD . Create a project called ZVA01. Choose the Enhancement assign radio button and press the Change button. In the first column enter COZF0001.
Note that an enhancement can only be used in 1 project. If the enhancement is already in use, and error message will be displayed
Click on Save . Go to Components. You can now see that enhancement uses the user exit EXIT_SAPLCOZF_001. Double click on the exit and add your code.
Activate the include program. Go back to CMOD and activate the project.

Without delay, all necessary purchase order and call data is provided for the table 'ERS' u201Crealtimeu201D via the interface from SRM. It must be ensured that this table is always filled for SRM scopes synchronous with the SAP standard tables (EKKO, purchase order header data, EKPO purchase order item data, EKAN vendor address, EKPA partner roles etc.). Runtime error in MIRO while using User/Screen exit

Hello,
I have implemented an exit in ABAP for MIRO which when transported to Quality server through runtime error.
I have used EXIT (SMOD) : LFDCB001 which contains FM -> EXIT_SAPLFDCB_001 and include -> ZXM08U31. In this exit I have written my code to disable Inv. Party field. This field exist in Details Tab in Miro Transaction.
Location of the field: MIRO -> Details (tab) -> Inv. Party (Field)
Code written in include ZXM08U31 is:
LOOP AT SCREEN.
IF screen-name = 'INVFO-LIFRE'.
    screen-input = 0.
    MODIFY SCREEN.
ENDIF.
ENDLOOP.
This exit is assigned to a project in CMOD and I tested the same in Development system. It is working perfectly.
Now I transported the TR (Includes program ZXM08U31 and Customer enhancement projects ZMIRO). Now when I run MIRO in quality server it triggers the my logic and then through runtime error.
Runtime error says:
Short text
    Dynpro does not exist
Error analysis
    The system attempted to use dynpro 0400 in program "SAPLXM08".
    This dynpro does not exist.
I agree that screen 400 does not exists in program for MIRO but it does not exists in development system as well. So if the runtime error is valid in QEC server then why not in DEV server. And when it can run successfully in DEV server why cant it run in QEC server.
Hope I have explained all the things in detail.
Please provide me the solution since user can bombard anytime for the MIRO dump everytime in QEC.

Hi Harjeet,
Reason of your Dump is that the enhancement "LFDCB001" which you used contains one Function module exit "EXIT_SAPLFDCB_001" and another one screen exit in calling screen "SAPLFDCB" number 0150.
So when you activate your project these above mentioned both components were activated.
So when you execute transaction SAP looks for called screen "SAPLXM08" No-0400 but as you havn't created and program go for DUMP.
Solution - Just Create called screen "SAPLXM08" No-0400 and activate.

Using JOptionPane to exit program & Using toString method

In my program I have to use a toString method below

}Now, at first, when I initially tested my code, it was working just fine, printing out the right way
Point is -- now that Im practically finished with my program, and am going back and running it - calling the toString method gives me the address rather than the information . . . Can anyone help me with this issue??
Also, Im using JOptionPane to display everything, but -- at first, it worked fine, then (around the same time I started having the above problem) it stopped exiting the do-while loop:

Populate and display internal table results using search help exit...

I have copied F4IF_SHLP_EXIT_EXAMPLE and made changes. I want this search help exit to populate and display contents related to 'FIELD1' when the user enters a specific value for it in the search help screen, meaning when the user restricts the search by that value. For field2, field3, field4, field5, field6, field7, and field8 I am using a custom view.

Can you use iTunes without exiting Keynote?

I am using keynote to do presentations for kids and it is not a fixed structure for each one.We change between slides regulary and is there a way to embed music into a group of slides 4 or 5 slides without the embeded music for those slides interfering with music embeded in other slides of the presentation.Is there a way to use I Tunes without having to exit keynote,is there a shortcut for I Tunes to be used with keynote.

Welcome to the forum!
1. With KN, you can either have music on one slide or on a whole presentation, but not defined for a group of slides within a larger presentation. The work-around for achieving the effect of the latter is to make each group of slides for which you want continuous music into a separate presentation, and connect the presentations using hyperlinks. When doing this, it's best to open all the presentations before beginning, so there's no lag going from one presentation to the next.
2. You probably already know that iTunes can play music while a KN presentation is being run, so that's not your question/problem. You probably want to control iTunes while running a presentation. AFAIK, that can't be done seamlessly, because in presentation mode KN monopolizes the whole screen. You can come close to this by using Spaces or Exposé, but, as I said, it's far from seamless or elegant. (To try this, you've got to "Enable Exposé and Spaces" under KN's Slideshow Preferences). If you're versed in AppleScript or Automator, that might help, too, but I'm not, so I can't say more.
