View Organizer Sync Log File

when i am trying " Configure sync logging options"
In that i am unable to open view organizer sync log file.
it gives me message
AdobeReader could not open "Synclog.html" because it is either not a supported file or because the file has been damaged
Can anyone please help me to solve this problem

  • Getting IO exception when trying to view the joblog.log file

    Hi,
    We are unable to view the joblog.log file. The joblog file is created in server path, but when we trying to view/read/download the joblog.log file we are getting JCS-108004: An IO exception occurred accessing a local file error.
    server path: xxx/log/processerver_.log.
    But we are able to view the reports through redwood for these extensions (*. html, *.csv. *. xml.).
    server path: xxx/lis/sys_.html
    Can anybody help on this issue.

    Your Question is not clear to me. what i understood is you can abel to check log in redwood , and unable to open in server at os level? if it is correct, login to server with cps installation user, ten i hope you can able to open files, check the file permissions in init file in $JCS_HOME/admin directory, check the permissions given, and also check listener port value, is it correct?

  • Cannot find Hot Sync Log File

    I recently installed Palm dsktop on my new Vista PC. It synchs very well with my TX via bluetooth, BUT whenever there is a Hot Sync Log Message I get an error message saying that the PC cannot find the Hot Sync Log.  I searched for this file on my PC but it cannot be found anywhere. I am using Mozilla Firefox as my web browser.  Is there a solution to this?

  • Pc Suite - Sync log file

    I currently have a "small" issue with Sync. Sync works fine (i.e. my device and Outlook synchronise) however the log file doesn't seem to generate or be viewable. (The Sync screen says something like - 7 records updated but if you click view log, the log is empty).
    I've done a search on my PC and there are no .lml files anywhere so I assume this is probably a permissions issue with writing out the log file.
    Does anyone know where the log file should be stored when syncing?

    Just downloaded new version but still have same problem.
    (There goes another 30Mb of mobile data charges ;- )
    I'm fairly sure it's permissions - can anyone tell me where the files are meant to get written to?

    Figured it out.
    To view the Sun JavaTM System Application Server Platform Edition 8.2 log file:
    In the Servers window, right-click the Deployment Server node and choose View Server Log.
    In any text editor, open the log file in the following location: install-directory\SunAppServer8\domains\creator\logs\server.log

  • How to view report execution Log files on RAS Server

    I wish to view the log files that are generated when a crystal report is run. In my application the crystal report is triggered from java application. The report templates are stored on the BO server. The report is executed converted to PDF and then returned back to java app for viewing. I need the execution logs and the activities performed by the server for this report generation.
    1. Where can I find the log file with this information on the server?
    2. Are there any setting required to be made to capture these information ? If yes, where and ho can I make these settings ?

    Thank you very much for your reply. I am fairly new on working on the Admin side and this is my first opportunity to be managing some tasks of this role. I have majorly been a CR report designer.
    The answers to your questions are as below :
    1. The reports are developed using CR 2008.
    2. I have access to the CMC. The product version as specified in the settings tab is Product Version:  12.1.0.882 .
    3. The Dev application programming language is Java(Spring,hibernate etc)
    4. I have access to BusinessObjects Enterpriseu2122 XI Release 2 Administratoru2019s Guide. However I couldnt find anything that can give me report execution information.
    Am I looking at the correct application (CMC) and docs ? If not, what is the correct BO application I should be using to enable  Iogging. In the settings tab, I can however see that Auditing is enabled. Below is the complete information I can see under Properties in the Setting tab of the CMC application.

    i have a .lml file from my previous n81. i could open it using the pc suite before after trying serveral ways.
    but now it prompt me an error "the opening <logml > tag is not found" i need to open up the file urgently. can anyone advise?

  • Elements Organizer Sync Agent file problem

    I have started having a problem with the ElementsOrganizerSyncAgent.exe file. This file seems to cause some Microsoft Office applications to hang up. When I look at the error file it says that it is waiting for the ...SyncAgent.exe file.  If I disable this file my problem goes away.  I have reinstalled PSE v.8
    and that does not seem to cure the problem.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

    The simple and quick fix is right-clicking on that little Safe icon in the system tray (near the system clock) and choose Stop Backup/Synchronization.
    Turn it on and off as needed.
    If you are using face recognition and smart filtering you can also switch off Auto-Analyzer for improved performance.

  • Dm6 - view the sync log?

    how can this be done?  there is nothing in the user guide on this subject.  this is yet aNOTHER problem with dm6.  whoever was involved in releasing this software, with it not being THOROUGHLY tested or documented needs to be let go.  i think i see an android in my near future!

    If you have any extensions that can block cookies or other content then check their settings.
    If it works in Safe Mode and in normal mode with all extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) disabled then try to find which extension is causing it by enabling one extension at a time until the problem reappears.
    Close and restart Firefox after each change via "Firefox > Exit" (Windows: Firefox/File > Exit; Mac: Firefox > Quit Firefox; Linux: Firefox/File > Quit)

    It will be possible to create a Materialised view with up to 20 tables, but you have to understand the restrictions on complex Materialised views with regards to fast refresh.

  • Cannot Display Log File with Palm E2 and Palm Desktop 4.1.4.

    I finally got the Palm Desktop 4.1.4 which works okay with Vista. I have the Palm Tungsten E2. When I sync, and when it indicates that there were some duplications, etc. and do I want to view the HTM log file, I click on view log, and it comes up unable to display/find the page! Does anyone know what is going on?

    Sometimes, yes, sometimes no. When I first sync-ed today, I got the prompt, and when i clicked on VIEW LOG, it took me to a web page that said "FILE NOT FOUND "("Firefox can't find the file at /C:/Program Files/palmOne/Stephe/HotSyncLog.htm.") I re-sync-ed and did not get the prompt.

    i am replying to Milind's mail.As per your given note id 466743.1.We have checked that if any interoperablity patch is missing,but in our case we haven't missed interoperability patch before applying RUP 7 patch.After that we compiled apps schema&relinked f60webmx as per given google resolution.Since than the error is not yet resplved.It is comming "Client routine fdpvrw failed for file transfer".Please help us to provide a exact resolution for this.

    Is there a log somewhere that I can check to see what files are synced during a Mobile Account sync session? Something like a sync log file?
    I looked though the WGM'er and didn't find anything.
