Wall Board Issues

I posted this to an older thread but haven't recieved any response...I am starting a new thread to see if someone can help me out.
I am trying to get this working,  but I am runnning into some issues.  Enterprise manager is not installed  on the uccx server.  I do have access to it from another installation  but I can't get connected (Domain's aren't the same) and I don't know  the sa password.  How can I get this resovled?
Thanks,
Joe

Just to be clear the inital QueueStats page displays with the ResourceGroup and changes colors if their is a call in the Queue.
I am using Windows Authentication, logged in as CiscoWbUsr.  If I look @ the database db_cra, CiscoWbUser is a role member of db_wallboard_read and public.  db_wallboard_read has Select permissions for RTCSQsSummary but not for "Resource".  Is the wallboard.asp file using a table that the CiscoWbUser doesn't have access to?  The statement:
strSQL = "SELECT x.resourceName, t.eventType, x.datetime FROM (SELECT t1.resourceID, t1.resourceName, MAX(t2.eventDateTime) AS datetime FROM Resource AS t1 INNER JOIN AgentStateDetail AS t2 ON t2.agentID = t1.resourceID GROUP BY t1.resourceID, t1.resourceName ) AS x INNER JOIN AgentStateDetail AS t ON t.agentID = x.resourceID AND t.eventDateTime = x.datetime ORDER BY x.resourceName"
If I run the above in query analyzer I get a permission denied, which I expect since CiscoWbUser doesn't have rights to that table.
If I run the portion of the script that QueueStats:
strsql = "SELECT CSQName, loggedInAgents, availableAgents, callsWaiting, callsHandled, totalCalls, callsAbandoned, convLongestWaitDuration, endDateTime FROM RtCSQsSummary ORDER BY CSQName"
I get results that I would expect.
What tables should the CiscoWbUsr have access to?
Thanks,
Joe

  • Wall Boards for UCCX 7.0

Any recommendations for a Wall Board for UCCX 7.0?

To avoid compatibility issues please check the compatibility guide.  TAC will not be able to assist with wallboard issues that fall outside the compatibility of the CCX environment.

  • IPCC Express 7.0 - Wall board not updated

We have IPCC express 7.0 and everything was working fine and without any change suddenly the wall board stoped showing latest statistics. Is there any particular service in IPCC whose reset can resolve this issue or something else has to be invetigated.

We use Wallboard too with UCCX5.0 and i hope it works with UCCX8.0 you might want to check Control Center and check which server is Master, then point your browser to that server.

  • T400 System board issues

Has anyone else been having issue with the T400 and the System Board.  I have had 5 now that stop booting.  All you get is the power light, battery light and the plug light when plugged in.  Hit the power and nothing comes up.  I tried removing the battery and same thing minus the battery light.

I am also facing the same problem. Looks like Lenovo is loosing it credibility and integrity, it previous used to have, especially for Thinkpads.
I am already living with WiFi problem for my T400. Now this System board issue. Really tech support also not good at all.

  • I have a MacBook pro that stopped working - mother board issue?

I have a MacBook pro that stopped working. Was told the mother board is bad. However, it still turns on and makes the normal start-up noises, DVD works and ejects, etc. - only the screen is out. Does this sound like a mother board issue?

It is a 15" MacBook Pro purchased new in October 2007. It has a 2.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Due processor with 4MB shared level 2 cache, 2GB SDRAM, 120GB hard drive, and a NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT with 128MB of GDDR3 SDRAM.
I read in another thread that there was a problem wiht NVIDIA video cards. Could this be the case with this computer? In the thread, the person indicated that NVIDIA was fixing these issues under warranty.
I was told by the Mac repair tech (not an Apple store) that the new motherboard would by $700 and not under warranty.

  • Is USB part of Logic Board issue?????

I am ignorant about computers, so I just learned this past week that both of the USB ports should have been working all along. I have had this computer for almost 4 years; only one has ever worked and I recently damaged that one. I was told that the 2nd port could not be repaired to work because of the board needing to be replaced. Is this part of the repairs Apple is owning up to?

Hi, Sheila. Welcome to Apple Discussions.
No. The iBook Logic Board Extension Program is for display issues only.

  • Graphics card/logic board issues: Macbook Pro Freezing during Apple Hardware Test!

I have a macbook pro that was working fine then the screen started acting funny. It would sometimes "tile" up where you would see the same issue repeated over and over on the screen and then computer would freeze. Sometimes the screen would start to have a strobing look and then freeze. I thought the computer was crashing but once the screen froze but the processor was still running. I knew the computer was still processing because I was streaming a video online and the audio from the video continued to download and play event though the screen was frozen.
I went to the apple store and they said they think it sounds like failure of the hardrive, graphics card, display, logic board. A new hard drive was just put in the computer about 4-6 weeks ago, and if it is the other issues could be $500-$800+ to repair. I tried to use the Apple Hardware test (non-extended test) but it keeps freezes at 2 min 32 secs every time when it starts "testing the main logic board"....
Has anyone seen anything like this and have another way to test what the problem could be? Thanks!

I know you're in denial, but it really does sound like the motherboard or graphics board which is integrated with the motherboard.  Yes, fixing these things will cost almost as much as a new MacBook Pro.  Get a new one, take the HDD out of your old one, and start over again.

  • *INSTALLING I/O BOARD ISSUE.....

I just installed a new I/O (left) board for my MBP. I still have the cover open and when I plugged in the power-cord, the LED Light blinks (but very faintly where it's almost solid and you just see very light blinking)...and I also hear a ticking sound)....I only listened and looked at it for a few seconds and then I unplugged it because I don't think it's normal. I did this a few times to see if it would stop but it hasn't. I never tried to press the power button yet.
Is anyone familiar with this issue? I'm positive everything is connected the right way....

Note, you posted in the new MacBook Pro forum, which refers to the MacBook Pro that was released two weeks ago. Installing an I/O board on such a machine if it becomes damaged, in most likelihood would void your warranty. Since no one here works for Apple, we can't say for certain if it would be voided, but reading of the warranty basically precludes "unauthorized modifications," which swapping the I/O board would appear to be one of them. If your machine is older than a year old, and you haven't purchased AppleCare, these places may repair the machine at a certain cost:

Do it yourself logicboard installation instructions are typically available on http://www.ifixit.com/ or http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/
This forum discusses using the elder MacBook Pros:

If you purchased AppleCare, or the machine is under a year old, let this be a lesson learned not to do any hardware installs yourself, not recommended by Apple's own support pages:

    Good luck!

  • Mail and Key board issues with Mavericks 9.2

I am using a Mac Pro and have just uploaded Mavericks 9.2 upgrade.
I am now experiencing erratic response to key board commands, while typing and Mac Mail is sometimes unresponsive. My epson photo stylus 1400 printer driver also bacame unresponsive. This issue was resolved by uninstalling the driver, re-installing the original driver >reloading the upgrades from Epson via software update>adding the newly installed printer to the preferences. Presently the printer is working just fine, but the Mac Mail menu bar is blinking uncontrollabley and is unresponsive until I quit it and reboot the program.  Anyon else having these issues?

Problem resolved by restting the PRAM.

  • Logic board issue discussion

Hey everyone, while waiting for answers on my other post, I'm going to start this discussion to see what you guys think of this on going logic board problem. (To see my situation look at my other post.)
I think this logic board problem is very similar to the "Windows Vista" problem. They are rushing to produce so many logic boards that the quality they produce is complete junk. Alot of people are having this problem but why has Apple not yet fixed this issue? I have read alot of posts of getting the board replaced only to find out that the replacement board is also faulty.
Right now I'm just very aggrevated because the closest Apple Store is an hour drive into the city (Melbourne, Australia). I made that trip yesterday and waited as the replaced the Hard Drive and RAM only to find out today that the problem is probably the logic board. I really want to get my MBP working as I am a student and a musician. I thought this was going to be more of a good investment and not a big headache.
Also what is the process to getting the Logic Board replaced? How long does it take? And for people who are out of warranty, how much will it cost?
Luckily, I guess, I bought this Macbook about 2 weeks ago so I am still covered by the warranty but it is a shame that I actually needed the warranty after 2 weeks of the purchase.
I want your opinions! =) I do like Apple but right now I am just really frustrated >=(

Hi Bruce, sorry to hear of your frustrations. First off, Apple doesn't make logic boards. Heck, Apple doesn't make any of the parts under the hood of your computer. I'm surprised that on a two week old computer they didn't just offer you a replacement. Was the computer purchased through Apple or did you buy it 3rd party?
When you say... "alot of people are having this problem." What are you using for your sample size? How many, what proof do you have that there issue is the same as your issue? Is it with the same make/model computer that you have?
A logic board replacement is a pretty straight forward replacement. A good tech can be in and out and have service verification in about an hour (uninterrupted). Typically though the process is a 3-4 (or more) turn around at Apple Stores, simply because they will sometimes need to wait for the part and your machine may not be first in line at the time it is received.
Out of warranty logic board replacements are very costly, definitely the most expensive component to replace in the machine.

  • MSI BIOS Beeps and Mother Board Issues

    Hi gang,
I am new to this forum. I am a tech at a small town PC store. I have an msi mother board that is throwing an error beep that I have never heard before. The beeps go something like this 1-2 a high pitch beep, then a low pitch beep. The mother board is the MS 6526 Ver. 2. I have tried another video card and the board will still do the same thing. The mother board does not act this way all of the time. Sometimes the machine boots fine and runs perfect. I have noticed that when restarting the machine, the problem occurs there most of the time. the machine will reboot and set there with an amber light on the monitor. I can turn the machine on and off a couple of times and then it will boot and run; this pattern is not consistant. I felt that it could be a bad processor or mother board. Any ideas?
    Thanks

If the beep code is 1 long beep followed by 2 short beeps then that's indicating a problem with the display card. Perhaps it could even be an issue with the slot itself. If you try a PCI graphics card instead of AGP do you still get the issue? Have you tried a different power supply too?

  • Message Board Issues

For some reason, whenever I try to post on an Invision Power Board forum, my Safari crashes and restarts. What can I do to fix this?

Well, I got my first Creative MP3 way back in 2004 and that was the Zen 20gb (the black brick) and it is working even today without me having to bring it down for servicing. I suspect that I will probably grow bored of it before it dies.
I also got a Creative MuVo V200 about the same time and although it is still working, I stopped using it because the screen is too small and now the memory size is too small. But it still makes a nice thumbnail **bleep** radio.
I got two new Zen, one 4gb (September 2007) and a 2gb (January 2008). Both are working great now. However, the 4gb did die a month after use and I got a replacement in October. The replacement is working great no problem as yet. I guess it probably all ends up with luck because if the failure rate is high, they would have issue a recall or something. So far each time I visit the Creative Stores in Singapore with the Service Centres, they are usually very empty, the most I see is like ?or 2?customers at the service centre. Most time, nobody is there.
I love my Creative products, I am currently using their keyboard, sound card. headphones and earphones.Message Edited by eddy2099 on 0-20-200808:09 AM

  • Logic Board Issue?

Hello. I run an external monitor off my 12" PowerBook G4. A couple of weeks ago after I reconnected the display, it would show the screen but with a green tint. I sent it into Apple and they said they replaced some internal cable after they determined it was a problem with the video-out port (which seems strange because isn't it connected directly to the logic board?) Anyways I got it back yesterday and it worked for about an hour before the external display turned green again. The internal one works fine.
Anyways I was playing Halo today and there were lots of black lines flashing on the screen at times. (been using the game for months and never any issues like it. Also tried reinstalling it but no change) Almost like static. It would happen every 30 seconds or so. I retried the external display today and it work for a second then went green again. Apple told me not to bother sending it in again but to bring it to an Apple store and have them check it out.
So any ideas as to what it could be? The distortion in Halo made me think it might be more then the port. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks for your time.

Apple store genius determined it was a bad video adapter.
