I am unable to log in to my Ovi Mail account, and am receiving an error message; specifically:
'We were unable to open your mailbox. Try loading again.'
I preferred the Ovi Mail service when it was still inhouse at Nokia. Yahoo doesn't even appear to keep an SSL connection beyond initial authentication.
Can anyone advise on how to resolve this issue?

Getting the same message this morning...
First thing I logged in to check my emails and all was fine - then I sent an image from my phone (E72) via email to myself, and now I can't access my email via the PC...
Is this an issue with Nokia/Ovi as a whole today (I've seen several of the same messages today from different people), or is it something I've done by trying to email from my phone to my PC? (my data cable's not working!)

    You can call the local support number from the page to ask them to verify the account for you. If not, you can ask them to open a support ticket for you.

  • OWA error: A problem occurred while you were trying to use your mailbox (Exchannge 2010 SP3)

    Hi!
    I have several mailboxes that are was moved from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010.
    Sometimes occurs a problem: in OWA may appears error "A problem occurred while you were trying to use your mailbox" when selecting interface elements (such as "Options", "Public Folders",
    "Reminders"). After this error user cannot access to mailbox through OWA during 10 minutes. The error "A problem occurred while you were trying to use your mailbox" appears in top of browser window on any computers. This behavior is manifested
    in any browser, but it can not be associated with any particular event.
    Access to mailbox through Outlook or through mobile devices (ActiveSync) continues to work fine in this time.
    The errors in Application log on Client Access Server is absent (including error with EventID 9646). ExBPA is not showing anything specific to that error message. Test of OWA connectivity working successfully.
    In the logs of IIS finded records:

    Event 9646 occurs if a MAPI client opens more than the default value. You can follow the steps below for troubleshooting:
    1. Run regedit, and then click OK.
    2. Expand the following registry subkey:
       HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\ParametersSystem
    3. Right-click ParametersSystem, point to New, and then click  Key.
    4. Type MaxObjsPerMapiSession, and then press ENTER to name the new subkey.
    5. Right-click MaxObjsPerMapiSession, click New, and then click DWORD Value.
    6. Type Object_type, and then press ENTER to name the object.
    Note: Object_type is the name of the object type in the error message that is mentioned in the "Symptoms" section.

    I tried ordering a Macbook Air yesterday several times, but it keeps saying "your order has been canceled because we were unable to verify your information." I used some egiftcards for some of the balance and credit card for the rest. I tried several different credit cards but this keeps happening, and it doesn't work to go into the store because they said they couldn't take my egiftcards there. I called customer service and they had no idea. They said the relevant team will do "an investigation" and call me back when it's complete, but who knows how long that will take. I'm getting ready to go to China to give my cousin the laptop and I got the gift cards just for this purchase. So if I don't get this sorted out soon, I'm stuck with over $900 in gift cards I'll never use. Can someone please help?!

    Clearly the message hasn't trickled down to Adobe support. After purchasing Captivate, and trying to register now I'm locked out of my accoun entirely-- including all my files on Creative Cloud!! I just spent a the better part of two hours dealing with this exact same issue as the orginial poster (creative cloud login issues... likely due to an old email address floating around). Here's my favorite gem:

    I finally installed Exchange 2013 on Datacenter 2012 R2. My first try to access the setup I encountered the following messages

    Hi 
    Did you try logging into outlook for the affected user  and see the results ?
    Did you try for one more user or the issue is happening for just one user ?
    You can run  Get-MailboxPermission  on the affected mailbox and see if there are any permissions missing
    Also i would suggest you to run Test-MAPIConnectivity -server mailbox1 | fl and see the results
    I think the mailbox might be missing few attributes like exchangemdb,home server etc
    Try recreating a new mailbox in Exchange 2013 and see the results

  • When I logoff & click close button for OWA , I don't get message w/ IE. "To complete logoff process & prevent other users from opening your mailbox, you must close all browser windows and exit browser application." Result is - I don't logout.
