Web pages suddenly aren't printing correctly - thefont is very small and it only prints part of the info centered on the page -what can I do about this?

The printing on the page uses only about 1/6 to 1/8 of the width of the paper and is centered and only prints about 27 characters and in a very small font. Also some web pages won't print out any info at all except for header info at the top.

OMG, thank you! It worked. Here's what I did (I have a Mac):
File-> Page Setup...->
# Settings: <page attributes>
# Format for: I made sure my printer was selected.
# Paper size: I put <US Letter> or <borderless 8.5" x 11"> both work. This is where the settings had been off!
# Scale: I put <100%> - it had been at 500% which didn't help either.

If you're accessing the page from your mobile, make sure the cookies are turned on.
Settings > Safari > Privacy Browsing OFF > Accept Cookies ALWAYS
If this doesn't fix the issue, have you tried validating from a desktop?

All it takes is a real light brush or touch for the pad to sense a page turn. Is your cover/case touching the edge?

Only my home page won't open when I go to log in, it gets the message that the session has timed out. What can I do about it?

I can log in and use my homepage in IE but I get a session timed out message when I try to log in while using Firefox. the URL is: https://familysearch.org.

I also did one other thing, before I got the reply. I changed my home page from the log in page to the website's home page. Then I can log in after clicking the log in button. It seems that the log in page wasn't allowing me to get into another session. Perhaps this will help someone else. Why are my views pages zooming to 300%? What can I do about it?

I'm putting up new images that open upon clicking my thumbnails. They are zooming to about 300%, even after I change the sizes. they don't do this on any other browser.
What can be done about this?
It's making my large views look blurry and out of focus and most people don't know enough to zoom out.

Hello, can you try your page in another computer Firefox ?
Because, here in my computer I tried 5 or 6 links and all look the same in Chrome 39, Firefox 33 and Internet Explorer 11, all in Win8.1.
Nothing looked blurry to me.
I hope it's only happening to your Firefox and no clients have suffered this issue.

I chose double sided printing and it only printed half the pages. it didn t ask me to flip them

I chose doubke sided printing on my F2280 and it only printed half the pages for me. . . . . .I didn task me to flip them round and continue and it is quite a big document to print it over again

Sometimes the wireless MagicMouse can be erratic and seem to automatically zoom in, etc. Try going to System Preferences and detuning the sensitivity settings, see if that helps.

"Odd Only" and "Even Only" print options ignored

The "Odd Only" and "Even Only" print options in the Paper Handling paper handling pane of the print dialog are ignored. Running 10.5.8.
I've tried several different printers, and several apps, including basic things like Text Edit. I've found some archived threads mentioning a similar problem in Leopard, but no resolution, or any real diagnosis/acknowledgement of the problem, or recent news.
Some applications (e.g. MS Word) have their own odd/even only option, but not all.
Any info?

Printers: "Open PDF in Preview", plus both Epson and Gutenprint drivers for Epson R220.
All gave the same results - the option is ignored.

All devices signed into the same iCloud account will finish up with the same contacts. Of course if prior to joining iCloud two family members each had an entry for Uncle Fred, then you will finish up with two contact cards for Uncle Fred, and so on. If you tidy this up on your computer then the changes will propagate to everyone else.

There is no application called "Adobe" - you are either working with Adobe Acrobat or the free Adobe Reader. Open up the preferences for the application (Edit>Preferences), then go to the "General" category and modify the settings for "Scale for screen resolution". You will have to restart the application after you do that. Does that fix your problems?

C6150 - how to make it a black and white only printer

I have the C6150 all-in-one printer - it keeps running out of color cartridges even though I rarely use color printing. I want it to ignore the status of color cartridges even if they are empty. I set my printing option to say "black cartridge only" but it still doesn't allow printing and given an error message that "Replace the following empty ink cartridges to resume printing" - why does it need color cartridges to print in black when I am explicitly specifying it to use "Black cartridge only" in my print option? How do I make this printer a black and white only printer and igonre the status of color cartridges?

I have that happen as well. I have it set to print black only and it is still using color. Haven't a clue why!!!

It sounds like your iPhone screen is solid white and you cannot do anything with it. Take a look at these steps from the following article about that kind of issue:
Get help with the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you see a solid color screen (black, white or blue)
Plug in your device to a power source. If you see the low-battery screen when you plug in, let your device charge for at least 10 minutes (20 minutes for iPad) before using it.
Reset your device while it's plugged in.
If resetting doesn’t fix the issue, restore your device.
If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.
