WebLogic Server - JDBC - Oracle

Hi,
I'm a JDBC beginner and I got an ORA-24327 error when accessing Oracle database with IBM WebLogic Server and JDBC OCI 1.2 on a Sun Solaris 2.6 host whith Sun JDK 1.2.2.
Who can help me ?

I am not able to see any consumers in the remote machine.

There are no errors /exceptions. The project is deployed, since it is a JMS adapter with consume operation it should poll the queue and get the message if it is available.
This is the *.jca file for adapter.

OutofMemoryError while starting weblogic server in Oracle SOA base domain

Hi,
I have installed Oracle SOA suite 11.1.1.7.0 in my machine. My system is 32 bit with 4 GB RAM.
When staring my weblogic server from D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\base_domain\startWeblogic cmd file , iam getting Running state in the cmd but after very long time like 5-10 mins.
When iam trying to open the console , after giving the login userid and password it is not going inside and iam getting critical warning in cmd as OutofMemoryError.
Please help resolve this issue.

Hi,
This could be for different reasons.
One first approach you can take is to increase the JVM memory parameters on the <DOMAIN_HOME>/bin/setDomainEnv or setSOADomainEnv

Periodic Report genration in Weblogic server using Oracle database and EJB3

Hello All,
I have to generate reports periodically, when periodicity for report generation is inserted into database(Oracle 11g in my case) using EJB3 entity bean from application server(Weblogic 11g). Immediately on insertion i have to start generation reports in csv format and save these files into the application server directory. My application server and Database are running on different machine.

Oracle WebLogic Server with Oracle Developer 10g

Currently I have customize product with I am using Oracle Developer 10gR2 as Front End, AS10gR2 as Middle Tier and DB10g as Back End. Now I want to replace the Middle Tier by Oracle WebLogic. My question is to all of you that Is it possible? If yes then I would like to request all of you please share some configuration document or Metalink Note ID which can help me to configure it.

Can I deploy an Oracle Forms Application in WebLogic Server?

Dear all:
I need to know if Oracle WebLogic Server supports Oracle Forms applications?
I am looking some clue in the documentation, but I didn´t find something clear yet, please help me.

I don't believe that Forms will be certified on WLS until 11g based on a ppt I saw at Oracle Open World. However, you'll need to get confirmation on that from someone with Forms knowledge. Their forum is here:

Hi,
Some admin server process is still running ....so check the process using ps command and kill the process and try to start again . When you kill the process all lok file will get removed.

Weblogic Server 10.3.3.0 fatal error

Hi,
I am installing weblogic server 10.3.3.0 on IBM AIX 6.1. After i except the default location (/u01/app/oracle/middleware/wlserver_10.3) for Weblogic Server and Oracle Coherence (/u01/app/oracle/middleware/wlserver_10.3) i get this error msg.
*"A fatal error has occurred. This application will terminate."*
It's a generic error msg and Metalink doesn't have any notes regarding this. Has anyone seen this issue before?
Any help would be appreciated.

I get the same error msg when i try to install 10.3.2.0. I know that is clearly mentioned in the note for upgrading OEM GC 10g to 11g but i thought this version might have some bugs so i tried to install the most latest one.
Unfortunately they don't have many notes on Weblogic Server installation and issues.

Hi,
Try starting the managed server with parameters:
./startManagedWebLogic.sh myManagedServerName http://serverName:7001
Does that make a difference?

Hi,
I am currently using the Weblogic Server 10.3.0 version in which the handling of Multiple Result set is not working properly which works fine in the Weblogic server version 10.3.3. When analysed futher I came to know that the weblogic driver that is being used in the server 10.3.3 is 9x whereas in 10.3.0 it is 8x.
Also when I browsed through sites I came to know that the Server 10.3.0 will support the driver version upto 8x. Hence please let me know if there are any patch available for to accomdate the same functionality of driver 9x in the Weblogic Server 10.3.0

Just download the latest version of the ojdbcX.jar and put it in your
WLS server\lib directory to replace the one already there (same name).
We will/have to support the latest appropriate driver for/with any

Weblog server licensing and 11.2 grid oms psu ?

I had couple of questions( i have already tried searching in the oracle docs and metalink notes, but could not find anything on it). First thing, looks like oracle 11g OEM Grid requires a Weblogic server. Which is fine, But wanted to know do we need to pay extra for this or is it part of oracle 11g OEM Grid diagnostic pack licensing?? If so, i was looking for a official answer (metalink doc or oracle doc)
Also another thing that I was curious was OMS? Is OMS only at 11.1.0.1.0 version or can this be upgraded to oracle 11gR2? As from below link, i only see 11.1.0.1.0 software.
